What you will be doing: • Act as a Trusted Sampling Advisor: Partner closely with internal Pre- and Post-Sales Research teams as well as clients directly to provide expert recommendations on study design, sample structures, demographics, quota balancing, click-balancing, and advanced targeting capabilities for complex projects. • Manage & Grow Global Panel Partnerships: Serve as the primary contact and voice of quantilope for panel partners, cultivating sustainable, high-value relationships while continuously assessing new providers to expand our global sampling coverage. • Champion Data Quality & Integrity: Serve as the team custodian of data quality by conducting rigorous audits, implementing innovative validation measures, and sharing market research industry benchmarks and best practices across the organization. • Drive Process & Platform Innovation: Elevate team knowledge across all fielding phases through continuous education, while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to further automate field management capabilities directly within the quantilope platform. • Support Commercial & Client Success: Join strategic client calls alongside Research Consulting and Sales teams, delighting our customers with your expertise, consultative approach, and solution-oriented mindset. Who you are: • You possess professional fluency in both German and English (minimum C1 level). • You bring 2+ years of experience in market research, fieldwork management, or sample operations, ideally gained within a panel provider or research agency. • You have exceptional consulting skills and a winning presence, with a proven ability to translate complex sampling concepts into actionable advice for clients and internal stakeholders. • You are a solution-oriented, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who stays calm and structured under pressure. • You are passionate about data integrity and have a track record of applying best practices to guarantee the highest standards of research quality. Nice to have: • Familiarity with DIY sampling tools, programmatic panel platforms, or market research SaaS platforms. • Deep knowledge of specific European research markets (e.g., DACH, UK) or key industries such as FMCG and Healthcare. • Experience or background in qualitative market research (e.g., moderation, thematic analysis, or online qual platforms). • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Hamburg. Introduction: As a Senior Consultant on our newly formed Tracking Strategy & Insights (TS&I) team, you will act as the key strategic partner accountable for the successful integration and value realization of our clients’ tracking programs. You will blend deep marketing research expertise (informed by the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute school of thought) with exceptional storytelling skills to convert tracking technology insights into actionable business strategy. What you will be doing: • Strategic Program Management: Serve as the trusted advisor and lead partner for complex, multi-category, or multi-country tracking programs, maintaining continuous, high-level engagement with key client stakeholders and executives. • Research Scoping: Lead discovery sessions to understand and define program needs, scope, objectives, and hypotheses. Translate core objectives into research inputs aligned with quantilope's methodology, setting customers up for long-term success. • Workshop Moderation: Delight customers through expert-led Inspiration Workshops to refine pre-study inputs (e.g., category entry points) and Premium Activation Workshops to translate research findings directly into actionable strategic outcomes. • Change Management: Drive client "buy-in" and organizational change, ensuring the adoption of new, market-leading metrics (e.g., EBI principles) and the successful integration of tracking insights into company strategy. • Insights Delivery Excellence & Action: Ensure program deliverables yield excellent, action-generating insights aligned with client business objectives. Provide guidance on activating insights to influence overall brand planning. • Client Growth & Commercial Success: Proactively identify upsell opportunities, collaborate early on pre-sales efforts and proofs of concept, and deliver sophisticated, data-driven presentations to executive audiences. • Tracking Innovation & Scaling: Serve as a beta tester and subject matter expert for the Product team, collaborate to scale the tracking business through product, AI, or partner initiatives, and support Go-To-Market teams. Who you are: • You have 5+ years of Brand Health Tracking experience, either working as a client-side researcher, at a market research agency or technology platform. • You speak fluent English and German (C1) • You have an expert understanding of quantitative market research methodologies, particularly continuous brand health and advertising effectiveness measurement. • You have demonstrable knowledge of modern marketing science principles (e.g., Ehrenberg-Bass Institute's "How Brands Grow" system) and ability to articulate their commercial value. • You have proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior executive stakeholders, lead workshops, and confidently present and persuade executive-level audiences. • You have exceptional analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex, multi-wave data into meaningful, strategic insights and compelling narratives.
