Your mission As Team Lead Level 2 Support & Field Dispatch, you will lead the daily operations of the L2 Support and Field Dispatch team and ensure efficient, structured and centralised handling of operational tickets across all markets. A key focus of the role is to continuously improve the way we work - standardising processes, reducing regional dependencies and manual activities, and using Jira ICSM as the central tool for transparent and efficient ticket management. With a strong Lean and continuous improvement mindset, you will help build a scalable operation capable of supporting a growing network and increasing technical complexity. Your responsibilities • Lead and coordinate daily L2 Support & Field Dispatch activities, including prioritisation and workload distribution. • Own and continuously improve the Jira ICSM ticket handling process , ensuring clear priorities, responsibilities, escalation paths and timely resolution. • Drive a centralised, market-independent way of working , reducing regional and individual dependencies. • Standardise and streamline processes across regions and eliminate unnecessary manual steps and handovers. • Identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation and efficiency improvements . • Promote Lean principles and actively drive continuous improvement initiatives and workshops. • Monitor operational KPIs, ticket backlog, aging and workload, and initiate corrective actions where needed. • Ensure effective cooperation between L2, FSEs, service partners and other internal stakeholders. • Develop team competencies, promote knowledge sharing and reduce dependency on individual experts. • Support the Head of Field Operations with operational performance, risks and improvement initiatives. Your profile • Strong knowledge of IONITY's internal operational processes and current ticket handling setup. • Hands-on experience with Jira ICSM and a solid understanding of the existing workflows, ticket structures and operational interfaces. • Experience in Level 2 Support, Field Dispatch, technical operations or a comparable operational environment. • Structured, analytical and process-oriented way of working. • Strong Lean / continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge existing ways of working. • Ability to identify inefficiencies and turn them into practical and scalable improvements. • Strong ownership, prioritization and problem-solving skills. • Experience in coordinating or leading people is an advantage. • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. • Good understanding of IONITY's charging infrastructure and Field Operations environment. • Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Your mission The Digital Interface Manager is a key role within the P&G – Digital Platform Department, responsible for the end-to-end business management of digital interfaces and connected services. Acting as the bridge between technology, business strategy, and external partners, this role ensures that digital touchpoints deliver measurable value to customers and the organization alike. The ideal candidate combines a strong analytical mindset with a customer-centric approach, thriving in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders and a fast-paced digital landscape. 1. Business Ownership of Digital Interfaces • Manage digital interfaces from a business perspective, serving as the primary Business Owner towards IT. • Define and document business requirements, including data streams for tracking, reporting, and analytics. • Drive the delivery of new features and services through structured requirements management and close collaboration with development teams. 2. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management • Serve as the central contact person across teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholders including Marketing, Legal, Controlling, and others. • Coordinate the successful launch of new features and services while managing ongoing lifecycle activities. • Facilitate transparent communication between internal teams to maintain shared understanding of priorities, timelines, and trade-offs. 3. External Partner & Interface Management • Act as the primary contact for external digital interfaces, including roaming hubs and Mobility Service Provider (MSP) partners. • Align on joint strategy, business roadmaps, and the baseline for collaboration with external partners. • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and interface specifications in a business context. 4. POI Data Management • Manage Point-of-Interest (POI) data connections, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and high data quality standards. • Define processes and quality metrics for POI data, working with relevant internal and external data providers. 5. App Strategy & Business Roadmap • Define and continuously evolve the app strategy, roadmap, and business requirements. • Evaluate the business and customer potential of future digital business models and features. • Translate strategic objectives into concrete product initiatives and prioritized backlogs. • Align with other stakeholders on feature-fit with app strategy. 6. KPI Management & Performance Tracking • Define, track, and manage KPIs to ensure that business targets are met. • Proactively identify deviations from targets and make necessary adjustments transparent to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner . • Establish regular reporting cadences and dashboards in collaboration with Controlling and Data teams. 7. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis • Continuously monitor the market for new trends , emerging technologies, and competitor developments in the digital interface space. • Synthesize market insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy and roadmap prioritization. 8. User Testing Support • Actively support user testing activities for app features and digital interfaces. • Collaborate with UX/CX teams to interpret test results and translate findings into product improvements. Your profile Education & Background • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration , Digital Management, Information Systems, or a related field. • 2–3 years of professional experience in product management, digital business development, or a comparable role. • Experience from EV charging, automotive or energy sector is a plus. Technical & Domain Skills • Solid understanding of digital product management principles and agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe ). • Experience working with data tracking concepts, reporting tools, and KPI frameworks. • Familiarity with API-based integrations, digital platform ecosystems, or mobility/EV industry is a plus. • Proficiency with common product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, roadmapping tools). Soft Skills & Competencies • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-team environments. • Analytical and structured thinking, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Self-starter mentality with a proactive attitude and the ability to drive topics independently. • Customer-centric mindset and genuine interest in digital innovation and user experience. • Business-level proficiency in English; German is an advantage. #LI-Remote

Your mission As a Working Student in Data Protection, you will support our Data Protection Officer and contribute to ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws across the organisation. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a highly relevant field while working closely with cross-functional teams. Your key responsibilities include: • Supporting the Data Protection Officer in daily operational data protection matters • Evaluating and implementing GDPR requirements and other applicable regulations • Assisting in the supervision and administration of our data protection management system • Conducting research on data protection–related topics • Providing administrative support in data protection projects Your profile • Enrolled student (f/m/x) in information law, IT law, law or a similar degree programme • Basic academic knowledge in data protection law, practical experience would be an advantage • Very good Microsoft Office skills - especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint • Initial experience in the field of project management tools (e.g. JIRA) would be an advantage • Reliable, structured and independent way of working • Good communication and team skills • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken • At least 6 month availability, part time 20h/week
