Your role will be to support the Sales people during the entirety of the sales cycle with your fine understanding of leads' and clients' unique context and challenges. This role is part of scaling our Solution Sales Specialist team, as IDnow shifts from product selling to platform solution selling. You will help cover a growing volume of high-value opportunities that need specialist depth. We are looking for a Solution Sales Specialist to help our sales teams win higher-value, more complex deals. You will own the solution and value narrative across the entire sales cycle - not just feed information to the Sales Manager - and partner with Account Executives as a co-pilot on qualification, discovery, and the business case. Your understanding of each client' s regulatory context and specific challenges is what turns a product conversation into a solution conversation. When you and the Account Executive align on the value story, deals close faster and bigger. Key Responsibilities • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the identity verification, electronic signature, and digital identity markets. • Support and advise clients throughout the sales cycle, from qualification and understanding of business needs to demonstrating the value of our solutions—both for prospects and existing clients. • Develop and share deep vertical expertise across our priority segments - banking & insurance, fintech, mobility, healthcare, Telco, marketplaces - and act as the go-to specialist for each. • Stay current on the regulatory drivers that create urgency in those verticals (KYC/AML, eIDAS 2.0, AMLR) and turn them into compelling value narratives. • Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, product, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction. • Present our SaaS solutions during client meetings, demonstrations, and events. • Ensure rigorous follow-up of leads and opportunities using our CRM tool. • Contribute to achieving the sales team’s growth objectives.
