Founder Associate / Growth Associate

À distance ✓EN
D

ABOUT DASH0 Join Dash0 and help us define the future of observability. We are OpenTelemetry-native, building a delightful, simple, and AI-centric platform that eliminates vendor lock-in and meaningless toil. Shape a product developers love, with transparent pricing and built-in cost control. THE OPPORTUNITY Dash0's growth team is responsible for finding out where our next customers come from and building the systems that get them there. That means developing and testing growth strategies across marketing and sales, analyzing what moves sign-ups, pipeline, and revenue, and turning the answers into programs, plays, and automations that run at scale. We are looking for an early-career to mid-level Founder's Associate/Growth Manager/Growth Associate with a strong bias for ownership and pace. If you are analytical, commercially minded, and love running structured experiments from acquisition to expansion, this is your opportunity to build a high-velocity growth engine from the ground up. What You’ll Do • Funnel & Data Analysis: Analyze funnel, pipeline, and product-usage data to identify the biggest growth opportunities and turn findings into clear recommendations for growth, sales, and product teams. • Sales Automation & Growth Plays: Develop signal-based outreach, account prioritization models, and expansion triggers for sales, building the automations in HubSpot and n8n that make them run seamlessly. • Growth Marketing Initiatives: Design and execute growth campaigns across content, community, partnerships, and paid channels, measuring their direct impact on qualified sign-ups and pipeline. • Structured Experimentation: Design, run, and evaluate growth experiments across the entire funnel—from acquisition and activation to expansion—backed by clear hypotheses and success metrics. • Onboarding & Conversion Optimization: Audit the sign-up and onboarding journey, pinpoint drop-off points, and collaborate with product and engineering to ship conversion fixes. • Growth Reporting: Build clear dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide the entire company with a single, consistent view of growth metrics—from site traffic to ARR. WHO YOU ARE • Analytical & Rigorous: You sanity-check numbers before sharing them, distinguish real trends from noise, and can explain complex findings to any audience in a few concise sentences. • Commercially Instinctive: You understand how developers evaluate and buy tools, and you can translate those insights into a campaign, an experiment, or a sales play. • Owner's Mindset: You move fast and prefer shipping a good version this week over waiting for a perfect one next quarter. You follow through on projects until results are measured. • Technical & System-Minded: Comfortable working with automation tools (n8n, HubSpot) and data structures to build repeatable growth loops. QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in growth, revenue operations, or technical roles at a tech or SaaS company (early-career to mid-level). • Clear written and verbal communication, with professional fluency in English. • Strong track record of owning cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, and product. BONUS POINTS • Experience marketing or selling to developers, or familiarity with developer-tools go-to-market. • Experience running structured experimentation programs or product-led growth (PLG) loops. • Familiarity with the observability, DevOps, or developer infrastructure ecosystems. • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, venture-backed startup environment. Why Dash0 This is a unique opportunity to help build a generational company. Dash0 is backed by top-tier investors including Balderton Capital, Accel, and Cherry Ventures, and led by a founding team with decades of experience in observability. We're in the middle of a massive growth phase after our Series B, and we're just getting started. If you're looking for a place where a great product meets great people, where momentum is real, and your impact is visible from day one — this is it. What we offer: • Competitive salary & meaningful equity participation; you'll own part of what you're building • Flexible, remote-first work environment with offices in New York, Amsterdam, and Munich • €60/month Lifestyle allowance • Location-specific benefits • Collaborative, fast-moving team culture with a builder mindset • Clear path for career growth and development • Direct access to founders and leadership

THE OPPORTUNITY We've just closed our Series B at unicorn valuation and we're scaling fast. This is a rare opportunity to step in as our first frontline sales leader on the ground, build out our EMEA footprint, close strategic enterprise accounts, and establish the playbook for our next phase of hypergrowth. We are fundamentally changing how engineering teams work—and you'll be leading from the front line. As our first lead in this position, you are an absolute doer with a fierce winning mindset. Reporting directly to the VP Enterprise Sales EMEA, you will take hands-on operational leadership of our first cohort of Enterprise AEs covering our primary growth markets: Nordics & UKI. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Frontline Leadership & Team Building: Lead our initial Enterprise AEs across Nordics and UKI by example. Drive a clear ramp-to-results culture, actively coach your team in the field, and instill an unrelenting ambition to win. • Hands-on Deal Closing: Stay close to the metal. You won't hesitate to jump into the trenches to co-sell, guide multi-stakeholder strategy, and personally cross the finish line on six-figure+ enterprise deals. • Playbook & Category Creation: Partner directly with the VP Enterprise Sales EMEA to shape the regional GTM playbook—building out the value proposition for an emerging product, defining the ICP, and creating a repeatable enterprise sales motion. • Rigorous Forecasting: Set the standard for pipeline transparency, deal discipline, and forecast accuracy across your territories. • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner seamlessly with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Solution to land key logos and execute land-and-expand strategies. WHO YOU ARE • The Pioneer / Builder: You thrive in early-stage environments where there is no established brand recognition. You know how to create urgency, educate technical buyers, and build a category from scratch. • Technical Credibility: You are deeply comfortable in the developer and engineering ecosystem. You hold authoritative, peer-level conversations with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, SRE leads, and Platform Engineers. • Hands-on Frontline Leader: You bring high execution energy and zero ego. You prefer leading from the field alongside your reps rather than managing strictly from behind a dashboard. • Enterprise Deal Architect: You excel at navigating complex, six-figure+ deal structures with long evaluation cycles, multiple technical decision-makers, and stringent security reviews. QUALIFICATIONS • 7+ years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience with a proven track record selling complex developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or technical engineering platforms. • Demonstrated experience managing, leading, or mentoring AEs, backed by a consistent track record of exceeding substantial enterprise quotas in EMEA (specifically UKI and Nordics). • Proven success selling an unknown or emerging product into technical enterprise buyers (0-to-1 or early growth stages). • Fluent English (Nordic languages are a plus). BONUS POINTS • Background in open-source software (OSS), developer infrastructure, or developer-led GTM motions. • Experience scaling a frontline sales team in early hypergrowth (Series A through Series C). • An established network of engineering and platform leaders across UKI and the Nordics. Why Dash0 This is a unique opportunity to help build a generational company. Dash0 is backed by top-tier investors including Balderton Capital, Accel, and Cherry Ventures, and led by a founding team with decades of experience in observability. Shape a product developers love, with transparent pricing and built-in cost control. We are bringing on our second legal hire to work alongside our General Counsel and VP of Operations as a true generalist. The immediate priority is our EMEA commercial pipeline, but the role will not have strict guardrails and would be as expansive as business needs and your willingness to grow allow. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Draft, review, and assist in negotiating enterprise customer agreements and other commercial agreements, working closely with Sales to drive deals from origination to closing. • Advise on compliance across corporate, employment, data privacy, AI, and other regulatory areas. • Support corporate governance workstreams, including entity management and board and stockholder matters. • Support the People & Culture team with policy rollouts and employee-related queries. • Support M&A and financing processes, including diligence workstreams • Assist with cap table and equity plan management and documentation. • Manage projects with outside counsel. • Partner directly with Product, Engineering, Sales, HR, and Finance to ensure legal alignment on projects. • Prepare internal legal training materials, documentation, and guidelines for team members. IT Administrator, EMEA

Dash0 is an OpenTelemetry-native observability platform growing fast, and the infrastructure that keeps our team operational needs to be as reliable as the product we build. As our Junior IT Administrator, you'll own the full device and access lifecycle — from a new hire's first laptop to an employee's final offboarding — and build the systems that make it repeatable at scale. This role exists because we've outgrown ad-hoc IT. We need someone who takes genuine ownership: provisioning accounts, enforcing endpoint security, maintaining audit-ready records, and keeping our SaaS stack under control. You'll work closely with our Head of Security and People Ops team, but the systems work is yours to run. It's a foundational role with real scope. The processes you put in place today will scale with the company for years. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Provision and de-provision accounts across our SaaS stack for every new hire and departure, keeping onboarding repeatable and offboarding complete. • Manage the full device lifecycle: hardware ordering, MDM enrollment, international logistics, maintenance, and responsible recycling at end-of-life. • Enforce endpoint security policies, including disk encryption, activation lock, and device compliance checks, coordinating with our Head of Security to keep standards current. • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of who has access to what — catching and resolving discrepancies in serial numbers, license counts, and access logs before they become compliance issues. • Execute end-to-end offboarding by revoking access across all systems, coordinating hardware retrieval, and ensuring nothing slips through. • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services and hardware insurance, including invoice auditing and service forecasting. • Support employees across time zones with clear, prompt communication on IT issues, hardware needs, and access requests. WHAT YOU BRING • 2+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or a technical helpdesk role — ideally at a startup or scaleup where you owned processes end-to-end rather than following a playbook. • Hands-on comfort with device management tools, Google Workspace admin console, and user management. • Good understanding of endpoint security concepts (disk encryption, activation lock, device compliance policies); you don't need to be a security engineer, but you should know why these matter. • Strong attention to detail and comfort maintaining accurate records. You notice when a serial number, license count, or access log doesn't add up. • Clear written communication in English; comfortable coordinating across time zones with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Comfortable managing many concurrent tickets/threads without dropping any of them. NICE TO HAVE • Hands-on experience with a specific MDM platform such as Jamf, Kandji, Fleet, or Intune. • Exposure to SOC 2 or ISO 27001-style access review and audit processes. • Basic scripting skills for automating repetitive provisioning or reporting tasks. • Experience in a high-growth startup environment. Senior Product Marketing Manager

The Opportunity Dash0 is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to sit at the intersection of product and market. You'll work closely with the product team, translating what we build into compelling narratives that resonate with the market and key personas: developers, platform architects, SREs, and technical decision-makers. This role is part of the Product and Solution Marketing team, which owns Dash0's messaging and execution to support and accelerate our growth. We're not looking for someone to run the traditional PMM playbook, as we're looking for someone who wants to rewrite it. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own product positioning and messaging — crafting how we talk about what we build across all channels and collateral, including sales decks, pitch decks, product presentations and the website blogs. • Contribute to and shape Dash0's broader messaging framework as part of the Product Marketing team. • Assimilate into the product team: participate in product discussions, roadmap planning, and customer meetings to stay ahead of what's coming and shape how it's communicated. • Develop and maintain deep competitive intelligence, understanding how competitors message and position, where we differentiate, and how to make that differentiation clear and compelling. • Own the GTM motion for product launches: from messaging and positioning to enablement materials and launch execution. • Contribute in an impactful way to the GTM Sales enablement ongoing activities. • Experiment with new formats and approaches to communicate product value, try unconventional things, iterate fast, and share what you learn. • Own and report on product marketing KPIs: win rates, content engagement, launch adoption, and pipeline influence. WHAT YOU BRING • 5+ years of product marketing experience with demonstrated senior-level ownership and tangible impact. • Fluency in both the technical and business-value dimensions of product and solution marketing — you can write for a developer and present ROI to a VP, and you know when each register matters. • Hands-on AI practitioner: you use AI tools natively in your functional workflow — research, competitive analysis, content pipelines — and you iterate on those workflows as part of how you work, not as a side experiment. • Startup experience or mindset: you thrive where you build the playbook, not just run it, and you're energized by ambiguity. • Demonstrated ability to own and produce a wide variety of assets: website content, customer stories, sales decks, pitch decks, and presentations for internal and external audiences. • Strong competitive analysis and data-driven instincts — you dissect competitor positioning, define success metrics for your own work, and use data to iterate on what's working. • Exceptional writing and storytelling: you translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences. NICE TO HAVE • A technical background, including former developer, platform engineer, or SRE. • Product management background or experience sitting on the other side of the PMM-product or PMM-market relationship. • Experience in or genuine passion for observability or the broader DevOps/infrastructure space. • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment. Why Dash0 This is a unique opportunity to help build a generational company. Dash0 is backed by top-tier investors including Balderton Capital, Accel, and Cherry Ventures, and led by a founding team with decades of experience in observability.
