At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. The role ClickUp's Cloud Platform team builds scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AWS infrastructure, with a heavy focus on Amazon EKS, that stays ahead of product and enterprise growth. Our goal: product velocity is never blocked by platform constraints. As a Senior Software Engineer, you leverage AI to design, build, and operate the compute, networking, and infrastructure-as-code foundation that powers ClickUp for millions of users. What you'll do • Build and scale AWS infrastructure and reusable platform abstractions that simplify development, with a strong focus on Amazon EKS, networking, and self-hosted services. • Identify improvement opportunities and emerging risks, and propose novel solutions that improve reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency before constraints become blockers. • Automate shard buildouts and implement Terraform guardrails and hardened ingress that reduce incidents. • Scale systems for multi-shard, multi-region growth while meeting compliance attestations (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc), disaster recovery, and enterprise security requirements. • Partner with SRE, Security, product, AI, and enterprise teams to bridge infrastructure and product engineering. • Own the reliability of Cloud Platform itself: on-call, incident response, postmortems, runbooks, and prevention. • Use AI tooling daily to accelerate development, testing, IaC, operations, and investigations, and help the team raise its AI leverage. What we're looking for • 6+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems with a focus on infrastructure and cloud, especially compute foundations. • Deep, hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting Kubernetes in production, including control-plane, node, and networking issues, ideally Amazon EKS at fleet scale. • Strong AWS experience: EKS, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC networking, IAM, S3, KMS. Bedrock is a plus. • Multi-account AWS (20+ accounts) experience, including Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, VPC routing, DNS, and load balancing. • Infrastructure-as-code at scale with Terraform (CDK experience is a plus). • Fluent coding in at least one language (Go, Python, or TypeScript/Node.js preferred). • Experience with hybrid monolith/microservices architectures. • Experience operating data stores at scale, such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, S3, and Redis/Valkey. • Track record of improving infrastructure reliability and efficiency and implementing security guardrails. • Strong production debugging across application and infrastructure boundaries, clear written communication, and effective cross-functional collaboration. • Daily AI user with concrete examples of how AI supercharged your engineering workflow. It integrates with Terraform, OpenTofu, CloudFormation, Pulumi, and Ansible in a single governed workflow so you deliver secure, compliant infrastructure at scale. Developer self-service, Golden Paths with guardrails, an OPA policy engine, and drift detection accelerate developer velocity while maintaining control. Spacelift Intelligence adds AI-powered provisioning and diagnostics across traditional and AI-driven workflows. Spacelift was founded in 2020 by long-time DevOps practitioner Marcin Wyszynski and successful entrepreneur Pawel Hytry and has raised $82.3M in funding over four rounds from top venture capital firms including Insight Partners, Blossom Capital, Hoxton Ventures, Inovo Venture partners and Five Elms Capital. The role: Product & Design at Spacelift is scaling its surface area: more product teams, more cross-functional partners and a way of working we are actively reshaping. We need someone who keeps that machine running. Someone who owns the tooling, the rituals, the data, and the customer feedback loop so that PMs, designers, and Epic Owners spend their time on product decisions, not chasing reports, hunting templates, or stitching together feedback from five places. About you: • You've been doing product analytics, product ops, or a hybrid PM-adjacent role and want to broaden into operations. • You're fluent in SQL and comfortable working with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Metabase, Amplitude, or similar). • You're organised in a way that makes other people more effective. You build systems, not just lists. • You can hold the line on process without becoming process for its own sake. "Do not fall in love with process." • You're comfortable working across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, CS, Support, and Solutions Engineering. • You're intellectually humble. You ask good questions, you change your mind when the data says so. • Fluent English • Located within EU Nice to have: • Experience with infrastructure, DevOps, or developer-tools products. • Familiarity with Working Backwards / PR-FAQ as a framework. • Experience administering ClickUp or Notion. • Background working alongside design and research (Figma, discovery interviews). What you will do: • Own and administer the Product & Design tool stack (Notion, Mixpanel, Metabase, Hex, Featurebase, Figma) and keep it working as a coherent system • Run product process rituals: weekly syncs, epic demos, kickoffs, retros, pre-mortems, and quarterly planning • Build and maintain KPI, adoption, and usability dashboards; write SQL and build visualizations directly; partner with PMs on discovery analytics • Design and operate the customer feedback pipeline — consolidating signals from six channels (Featurebase, Sales, CS, Support, CAB, discovery interviews) into a weekly digest routed to the right PM at the right time • Track which customer requests turned into shipped features, in-progress work, or deliberate declines, and close the loop back to Sales and CS • Maintain PR/FAQ and 5 Questions templates in Notion; track which initiatives have artifacts, which are missing them, and surface gaps to the SVP of Product & Design • Coordinate cross-functional release logistics with Marketing, Sales, CS, Support, and Solutions Engineering • Advocate for data hygiene: consistent event taxonomy, instrumentation standards, clean property naming Hiring Process: • Intro interview with Olga Gradowska-Pernak, Technical Recruiter • Hiring Manager interview with Jonah Kowall, SVP of Product & Design • Take-home exercise • Home Assignment Debriefing Session with the Product Team Why Spacelift ? • Innovative Culture : Join a team shaping cloud infrastructure management’s future. • Growth Opportunities : Be a key player in driving Spacelift ’s business and AWS partnership to new heights. • Work-Life Balance : Flexible work environment, with remote-first options and competitive compensation packages. • Collaborative Team : Work with passionate, talented people committed to driving success for our customers and partners. Performance Video Editor (Meta DTC Ads) — Remote (CET ±2h), Full-time Contract Our client is a US-based DTC wellness brand selling natural supplements directly to customers and growing through paid social. Meta is its main growth channel right now. The company is bringing creative production in-house, so this is a long-term, full-time role, not another short freelance gig. Why this role is worth a look • Your ads run in a real ad account and get tested. You see which ones win, and winning ads earn a bonus. • You work directly with the VP of Growth. Feedback is fast, and there are no agency layers between you and the person making decisions. • The full toolkit is provided, including Adobe and AI tools like Higgsfield. • Volume is realistic, about 6 videos per month, so there’s time to do each ad properly. • The creative team is growing: you’ll be the second full-time editor. What you’ll do • Edit short-form ads (up to 1–2 minutes) for Meta: UGC-style ads, AI voiceover ads and AI-generated animated ads • Turn scripts and raw assets into ads that hold attention: strong hooks, pacing, music and sound design • Generate AI voiceovers and, where needed, AI scenes • Make sure captions match the script exactly • Take feedback, apply it, and carry it into the next video Volume is about 6 videos per month, depending on format. We care more about quality and learning from feedback than about speed. How we work • You report directly to the VP of Growth • Tasks come through ClickUp with all assets provided. After onboarding, you work independently • We provide all tools, including Adobe and Higgsfield • Remote, with at least 4 hours of overlap with 9:00–16:00 CET • Full-time (40h/week), independent contractor agreement • Performance bonus for winning ads What we’re looking for • A portfolio of real DTC paid social ads, ideally for Meta. This matters more than years of experience or a title • Experience with UGC ads. AI voiceovers or AI animation is a strong plus • Storytelling instinct: you know when to cut, when to change the rhythm and when sound does the work • Attention to detail • English good enough to work comfortably on Slack and proofread captions Nice to have • Supplement or health/wellness ads • Experience with US-market brands • Hands-on experience with AI video tools (Higgsfield, Kling, Runway or similar) Not a fit if your background is mainly YouTube or long-form editing without paid ads. Process: a short intro call, then a paid trial on real projects. To apply, send a link to your portfolio with ad examples and briefly note your role in each: edited, concept, AI work, etc.

Werkstudent (m/w/d) KI-Engineering

• Echte Systeme: Du arbeitest an realen Kundenprojekten statt an Übungsaufgaben – in abgesicherten Testumgebungen.

R

Red Sky is a startup studio and venture builder working in strategic partnership with Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder. We identify market opportunities, validate business ideas and build digital products from concept to MVP. Our work moves fast. We turn an initial idea into structured research, discovery and a testable product direction within weeks, not months. We do not assume that every idea should be built. Our role is to gather enough evidence to decide whether to build, pivot or stop. You will work with a small cross-functional MVP team across product, design, technology, research and go-to-market. Your Role As a Product Owner you'll validate early-stage ideas, lead discovery efforts, and own product development from sketch to MVP and beyond. You’ll shape direction, prioritize features, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that what we build actually solves real user problems. This is not a backlog-management position. You will be expected to challenge ideas, make recommendations and take ownership of product and business outcomes. What You'll Do • Lead discovery of new product ideas - define user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, • Led user interviews, customer safaris, and market research to shape product strategy and identify key user pain points, • Translate insights into detailed product requirements - from high-level vision to edge cases, • Partner with design, engineering, and stakeholders to build and launch MVPs quickly and iteratively, • Own and evolve the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on data, impact, and feasibility, • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and product success metrics, • Facilitate sprints, workshops, and cross-functional alignment to keep the team focused and fast, • Support go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and feedback loops post-launch. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience launching 01 digital products, • Strong product discovery and customer research capabilities. • Fluency in modern product development: Discovery, Lean Startup, Continuous Delivery, Agile, • Experience writing user stories, specs, and collaborating closely with design & dev, • Familiarity with: Miro, Clickup, Figma and product analytics tools, • Hands-on experience prototyping an AI-enabled product, feature or internal workflow. • Practical understanding of LLM-based products, including their capabilities and limitations. • Understanding of common AI product risks, including hallucinations, inconsistent outputs, privacy, security and model dependency. • Comfort in high-autonomy, low-structure environments, • Strong communication in both English and Polish. Nice to Have • Background in UX research or behavioral science, • Experience in no-code/low-code prototyping, • Business modeling or financial forecasting exposure. What we offer • B2B contract, 9 000 – 11 000 PLN net/month • 26 paid days off yearly, • 100% remote or office work (Szczecin), • 3 000 PLN annual personal development budget. • Access to Multisport Plus, Medicover Premium, and group insurance, • High ownership and direct impact on what gets built and launched, • Work in a small, ambitious team that builds real products fast.

Responsabilités:

As a Product Owner you'll validate early-stage ideas, lead discovery efforts, and own product development from sketch to MVP and beyond. You’ll shape direction, prioritize features, coordinate cross-functional teams,…
