We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive III to join our Sales team. Our sales team is tenured, technically curious, and genuinely invested in doing right by the customer, not just closing the deal in front of them. We partner closely across the business, and we operate with a lot of trust: you're given real ownership over your territory, and you're expected to bring your own judgment to how you build it. This role carries real weight. You'll be responsible for a book of enterprise accounts where the deals are complex, the buying committees are large, and the technical bar is high. There's meaningful room here to shape how your territory gets built, not just execute against someone else's plan. As an Enterprise Account Executive III, you'll own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from first conversation through negotiation and close, working alongside sales engineering, customer success, and leadership to get complex deals across the line. This role matters because enterprise wins are how Camunda grows its footprint in large, strategic accounts, and how we prove the platform works at scale. You know what it takes to move a deal from first meeting to signature without losing momentum. • Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments. You've worked deals with C-suite, IT, legal, and procurement in the room at the same time, and you know how to keep everyone moving in the same direction. • Strong territory and account planning instincts. You can build a plan independently, not just work from a list handed to you, and you know how to prioritize where your time actually pays off. • The ability to sell technical products credibly. Experience with process automation, integration platforms, middleware, or similar technical software is a real advantage here, since you'll regularly be in the room with engineering and IT buyers. • Negotiation experience under genuine pressure. You know where to hold firm and where to flex, and you can explain your reasoning either way. • A relationship-building style that goes beyond the transaction. If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the Role: Hi there! We're hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team. We're a group that cares about getting the story right, not just getting it out the door. We work closely with product, sales, and demand gen, and we hold ourselves to a high bar because our work directly shapes how the market understands what we build. This role gives you real ownership. You'll shape positioning and messaging for a meaningful piece of our product portfolio, build the competitive intelligence that keeps our field teams sharp, and work directly with sales leaders who depend on your materials to close deals. It's a role with visible impact, not one where your work disappears into a shared drive. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll drive go-to-market strategy for your area, from positioning through launch through enablement, while partnering with product and sales to make sure the message actually lands. This role matters because clear, credible product marketing is what turns a strong platform into a business result. Camunda operates in a technical, complex space, and getting that translation right is not optional. What You Will Do • Own positioning and messaging for your product area, translating technical capability into a clear value proposition for both technical and business buyers. • Build and maintain a competitive intelligence program that sales actually uses, not just battlecards that sit in a folder. • Lead go-to-market execution for launches in your area, coordinating across product, sales, and demand gen so the message is consistent everywhere it shows up. • Arm the field with content that works in real conversations: pitch decks, demos, solution briefs, and objection handling. • Use market and customer research to inform product and positioning decisions, not just to validate ones already made. • Mentor and support other marketers on your team, sharing what you've learned without being asked. What You Will Bring to the Role • Significant experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in enterprise software, with a track record of owning positioning and messaging end to end, not just contributing pieces of it. • A real competitive intelligence practice under your belt. You've built and maintained a program that sales relied on, not just responded to research requests as they came in. • Comfort marketing technical products to technical buyers. You can go deep enough into a technical concept to be credible with a developer, and simplify it enough to be clear to an executive. • Field enablement experience at scale. You've built programs that changed how a sales team talked about a product, and you know how to tell if it worked. • Strong cross-functional instincts. You know how to build trust with product and sales without relying on authority, and how to bring people along on a positioning decision rather than just announcing it. • Comfort using AI tools in your day to day work. This isn't a checkbox, it's part of how the role actually operates. This role is an existing vacancy LI-JS1 #LI-Remote #C1 What We Have to Offer: Compensation We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition. The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on …

If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the role: We're hiring for Self-Managed Experience (SMX) — the team responsible for making Camunda 8 deployable in a self-service way for customers who run their own infrastructure. SMX covers two areas of work: installation artifacts (Helm chart, Docker Compose, C8Run) and reference architectures & cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure). This role sits primarily on the installation artifacts side — building, maintaining, and releasing the artifacts that ship Camunda 8 to every self-managed customer. You'll be fully embedded in that area day-to-day, but you'll work alongside the reference-architecture side of the team regularly, and SMX is actively working toward enabling every engineer to review and contribute across both stacks over time. SMX is also shifting from a purely artifact- and ops-focused team toward one in which engineers bring customer judgment and product sense alongside technical depth. That means engaging directly with the teams closest to customers — Support, Consulting, Presales — and using that signal to help shape what we prioritize, not just executing a fully-specced ticket. You'll find plenty of room to leave your own footprint: deployment automation, software and infrastructure testing, multi-region setups, and developer experience are all live areas of investment as the team matures from "basic install" toward full-lifecycle ownership (upgrades, backup/restore, disaster recovery). Curious about the kind of challenges you'll work on at Camunda? Watch this quick 30-minute talk https://www.camundacon.com/event-session/camundacon-amsterdam-2025/one-exporter-to-rule-them-all-exploring-camunda-exporter/?on_demand=true from our engineers to learn more about the new Camunda Exporter and how we’re solving complex problems at scale What You’ll Be Doing: • Build, maintain, and release C8 distribution artifacts for self-managed customers — Helm Charts (Kubernetes), C8Run, and Docker Compose — along with their documentation. • Improve the reliability and usability of deployment artifacts across the full customer lifecycle: installation, upgrades, and day-2 operations, not just initial deployment. • Engage directly with internal customer-facing teams (Support, Consulting, Presales) to understand real deployment problems, and use that signal to help shape what gets prioritized — not just how it gets built. Collaborate with Development Teams, Product Management, QA, and Documentation to ship integrated, tested, and documented releases. • Take part in the team's shared medic rotation and resolve engineering-level support cases, feeding learnings back into development. • Contribute to the shared tooling (review, deployment, and test tooling) that SMX is building so other Camunda teams can adopt it — this is one of the team's current investment areas. What success looks like (first ~3 months): • Taken on your first medic rotation slot and support tickets to understand the stack, customer challenges, and deployment environments. • Improved onboarding or documentation, turning your own ramp-up experience into concrete improvements. • Contributed to artifact fixes, CI/CD enhancements, or test automation that strengthens release quality. • Deliver structural improvement initiatives — a feature request, or a test/release improvement. • Built working relationships with engineering, QA, and product peers, and started building context on the reference-architecture side of the team. • Started forming your own view of a customer pain point …

If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the Role: Camunda's Revenue Operations organization is looking for a Senior GTM Systems AI and Automation Engineer to design, build and operate the AI-powered infrastructure that connects our go-to-market systems and removes manual work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships and Account Development. You will join the GTM Systems team – a small group of builders who own a Salesforce-centric revenue stack – and take ownership of its AI and automation layer: agents, LLM integrations, MCP servers, retrieval pipelines, backend services and workflow orchestration. You will partner with GTM leaders to find high-impact problems, scope them, and ship reliable, well-governed solutions iteratively. This is a fully remote role and can be based anywhere we are eligible to hire. What You Will Do: • Design, build and operate AI agents, LLM integrations and automations that connect Salesforce, Gainsight, Slack, Salesloft, Clari, HubSpot, Impartner and the rest of the GTM stack – reducing manual work across Sales, CS, Marketing, Partners and ADR teams. • Own the architecture of the GTM Systems AI layer: MCP servers, APIs, retrieval and context pipelines, reusable agent tools and skills, and serverless or containerized services on Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions). • Ship production-grade LLM capabilities – prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, structured outputs, automated evaluations – with the guardrails to match: validation, fallback logic, confidence thresholds, human escalation paths, access controls, audit logging, and cost and latency management. • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships and SDR/ADR leaders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, translate ambiguous requirements into maintainable solutions, and deliver incrementally with clear documentation. • Raise the engineering bar for the GTM Systems team: code review, automated testing, CI/CD, security governance, observability and technical documentation; mentor teammates on responsible AI-assisted development. • Design and deploy workflows on orchestration platforms such as Camunda and Clay, and create playbooks and enablement so GTM teams can use and operate automations independently. What You Will Bring to the Role: Must Haves: • 5+ years of software engineering experience (backend development, systems integration, data or analytics engineering, or automation), including at least 2 years shipping LLM or AI capabilities into production business workflows or internal tools. • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), with mature Git-based development habits: code review, automated testing, CI/CD. • Hands-on command of LLM patterns – prompt engineering, RAG, function/tool calling, structured outputs, model evaluation – and of their failure modes and mitigations (validation, fallback logic, confidence thresholds, human review, cost and latency control). • Experience integrating with Salesforce (REST/Bulk/Streaming APIs, data model, platform limits; Apex or Flow a plus) and other business systems via APIs and event-driven patterns, and with a cloud platform (GCP preferred: BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, IAM). • Ability to own a problem end-to-end with minimal guidance – scope, design, deliver, operate – and to communicate clearly with engineering and business stakeholders in a remote, asynchronous environment. Nice to Haves: • Experience with the Model Context …

If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. Why This Role Matters As Camunda grows past the $100M ARR mark, we are building the marketing infrastructure to define and lead the Business Process Orchestration and Automation (BOAT) category. Our ability to tell a clear, compelling, and consistent story — across products, solutions, and personas — is critical to that mission. This Director sits at the intersection of product and solutions marketing: one part platform storyteller, one part GTM architect. Reporting to the VP of Solutions Marketing & Strategic Communications, you will own the narrative for key areas of the business, lead cross-functional execution, and mentor a portion of the team. This is not a pure IC role, and it is not a pure people manager role. It is both — and the balance will shift as the business scales. We are looking for a strong player/coach mentality with the experience to coach through that daily participation. What You'll Be Doing Own the Narrative • Serve as an outcomes-first minded storyteller for your product and/or solutions areas. Translate complex platform capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions that land with C-suite buyers, LOB leaders, and technical practitioners alike. Lead the Solutions or Product Marketing function • Own positioning, messaging, use cases, competitive intelligence for defined areas. Drive Go-to-Market • Lead GTM strategy and execution launches in your area. Coordinate across sales, marketing, and product to ensure the message lands in the market — and sticks. Arm the Field • Feed the enablement engine so our sales, system engineering, partner and customer success counterparts win: pitch decks, battle cards, demos, technical papers, solution briefs. Content that works in the room, not just on a slide. Influence the Market • Support analyst relations strategy with Gartner and Forrester along with other social influencers. Ensure the firms that shape enterprise buying decisions understand what Camunda is, where we lead, and where we are headed. Develop the Team • Manage and mentor your team. Set the standard for output quality, coach toward it, and build a culture where high standards and deep collaboration are the baseline — not the aspiration. What You Bring • 10+ years in B2B enterprise software marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior individual contributor or people manager role spanning product marketing, solutions marketing, or both. • Global experience evidenced by knowledge of how culture, communication and buying behaviors vary by region, enabling local Field & Partner teams with the right approach for them • A demonstrated track record of creating and marketing solutions that solve complex business problems — not just positioning product features. • Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to simplify highly technical concepts without losing precision or credibility. • Experience in a technical domain: automation, AI/ML, developer tools, integration (iPaaS), middleware, or adjacent spaces. • Proven ability to lead GTM execution and orchestrate successful launches in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. • Exceptional cross-functional skills — history of partnering as an equal with Product, Engineering, and Sales without relying on authority. • Executive presence and communication skills. Comfortable engaging with C-level customers, analysts, and internal leadership. A compelling event speaker. • Experience managing or mentoring marketers — either directly or through project-based …
