S

We are seeking an ambitious, self-directed Sales Manager to accelerate revenue growth across EMEA and APAC and advance the digitization of the global weather and climate ecosystem. Operating with the autonomy of a regional owner, you will expand Spire ’s market presence across key industry segments, leverage our partner ecosystem to drive adoption of our forecast data, APIs, and decision-support solutions, and consistently exceed sales targets. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role for a seller who is energized by how data and software are reshaping traditional industries and who wants to sell a product that is, quite literally, powered by space. What You’ll Do • Own a territory: Build and execute a territory plan spanning EMEA and APAC, identifying and developing new business opportunities while growing and retaining existing client accounts. • Exceed targets: Meet and surpass assigned quotas through disciplined prospecting, qualification, and full-cycle deal execution. • Build lasting relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders across the weather, climate, and earth intelligence ecosystem — understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor solutions accordingly. • Sell consultatively: Use a solution-selling approach to uncover clients’ operational pain points and propose tailored offerings built on Spire’s weather forecasts, historical data, and climate analytics. • Master the product: Develop deep expertise in Spire’s data products and platforms — their features, differentiation, and applications — to communicate compelling value to technical and executive audiences alike. • Deliver winning proposals: Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and responses to tenders that clearly articulate Spire’s value proposition. • Negotiate and close: Lead commercial negotiations on terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close deals reliably. • Manage your pipeline: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline in our CRM, ensuring rigorous forecasting and timely follow-up on every lead and opportunity. • Know the market: Track industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging opportunities across your regions to inform strategy and identify new areas for growth. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with marketing, product, meteorology, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and feed market insight back into product development. Who You Are • 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on selling data products, SaaS, or API-based solutions. • A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. • Strong understanding of the weather and climate industry, or deep experience selling digital transformation into data-driven sectors such as energy, maritime, aviation, agriculture, or logistics. • A consultative, value-based selling style with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships across cultures, time zones, and seniority levels. • Proficiency with modern sales tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha). • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and effective working independently in a remote, globally distributed team. • Fluent in English; willingness to travel across the territory as needed. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in a high-tech field. Bonus Points • Additional language skills relevant to the EMEA or APAC regions. • An existing network within meteorology, earth observation, or climate-tech communities. • Experience selling to or partnering with government agencies, national met services, or large enterprises in regulated industries. Why Spire? • Mission with impact: help organizations worldwide adapt to a changing climate using data collected from space. • Real ownership: a large, high-potential territory with the autonomy to build it your way. • Competitive compensation: base salary plus uncapped commission, and equity participation. • Flexible, remote-first working within a collaborative, international team spanning four continents. • Generous time off, local statutory benefits, and support for professional development. What We're Looking For Required: • Deep expertise in modern production Android architecture, with a track record of setting technical standards for a platform, product area, or native mobile domain. • Ability to represent mobile platform principles from a deep Android base, with enough iOS fluency to shape cross-functional architecture decisions where backend, web, and product choices affect identity, reliability, release quality, observability, and native product outcomes. • Experience shaping mobile-facing platform contracts, API behavior, or backend service boundaries that improve product quality across native client experiences. • Ability to read, debug, and make targeted contributions to backend systems when needed to unblock mobile-facing outcomes. • …

Research Intern, ClickHouse Labs

Remote ✓
C

PROGRAM OVERVIEW The ClickHouse PhD Research Internship Program offers doctoral students the opportunity to pursue ambitious research alongside ClickHouse Labs researchers and engineers working on some of the most interesting challenges in databases, systems, and data infrastructure. Research interns join ClickHouse Labs for approximately 10-12 weeks to explore meaningful research questions, develop new ideas, and investigate technologies that have the potential to advance both the broader research community and the future of ClickHouse. The program is intentionally designed around research collaboration. Interns are paired with experienced researchers and have the opportunity to pursue work that aligns with their academic interests, ongoing research, and areas of interest within ClickHouse Labs. In some cases, an internship may build on research, a prototype, or a system the student has already begun exploring at their university. We believe the strongest research relationships extend beyond a single summer. Interns may continue their work after returning to their university through academic research, open-source contributions, publications, or other forms of collaboration. Where there is a strong mutual fit, an internship may become the beginning of a longer-term relationship between the researcher, ClickHouse Labs, and the broader academic community. During their internship, researchers will have the opportunity to work closely with ClickHouse Labs, engage with ClickHouse's open-source technology and engineering community, share their findings, and contribute to the intellectual life of the broader research community. Program length: 10-12 weeks, with flexibility based on academic calendars and research needs Typical timing: Summer, beginning approximately June 1 Locations: Opportunities available across the US and Europe, subject to role and employment requirements. Remote first. Research environment: ClickHouse Labs Internship format: Research-focused, mentor-supported, and shaped around areas of mutual research interest Compensation: commensurate with experience, a monthly stipend will be paid RESEARCH AT CLICKHOUSE LABS ClickHouse Labs explores ambitious ideas at the intersection of databases, distributed systems, data infrastructure, and the broader systems research community. We believe some of the most interesting advances in these areas happen through close collaboration between industry and academia. ClickHouse Labs brings together researchers and engineers to explore new ideas, investigate challenging technical problems, and connect academic research with real-world systems at scale. Research interns are an important part of that community. Interns have the opportunity to bring their own research interests and perspectives into ClickHouse Labs while working alongside researchers and engineers who are deeply engaged with both the practical challenges and open research questions shaping the future of data systems. PROGRAM GOALS 1. Identify exceptional PhD researchers working in areas directly relevant to ClickHouse. 2. Give researchers the opportunity to work on meaningful, open-ended problems with ClickHouse Labs. 3. Build long-term relationships with researchers and academic institutions. 4. Encourage continued research and open-source contributions after the internship. 5. Create opportunities for co-authored papers, thesis advising, or other academic collaboration. 6. Increase ClickHouse's visibility within the database and systems research community. 7. Publish and share meaningful research outcomes through the ClickHouse website and other appropriate channels. WHAT MAKES THE PROGRAM DIFFERENT This is intentionally not a highly structured engineering internship and should not detailed planning. ****But the high-level problem area and expectations should defined several months before the internship begins. This flexibility is intentional and allows ClickHouse Labs to respond to: • Emerging research questions • Current ClickHouse priorities • New academic research • Interesting systems or database prototypes • Work candidates have already completed • Opportunities to apply new research ideas to ClickHouse The goal is to identify researchers whose work is already closely aligned with areas ClickHouse cares about and then determine the most valuable research problem to pursue together. CANDIDATE PROFILE We are looking for exceptional PhD students conducting research directly relevant to ClickHouse and the broader database/systems space. IDEAL CANDIDATES • Currently pursuing a PhD in computer science or a closely related field • Conducting research in areas relevant to ClickHouse • Demonstrated research excellence • Strong database systems, distributed systems, hardware, or related technical background • Has demonstrated ability to independently pursue complex research questions • Ideally has prior experience with …

Senior Ecommerce Manager, Emerging Brands

RemoteDE
G

We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process! About the role We're looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager, Emerging Brands at Grüns! In this role, you'll own conversion rate optimization and the website for our emerging brands: Nütrops, Müves, Immün, and Jüced, and more to come! You'll build new landing pages and optimize existing ones from idea and brief to launch using AI-powered workflows and a partnership with design and engineering team members. You will design a testing program that works for brands with far less traffic than Grüns, where speed to learning still decides growth. You'll partner closely with our marketing and growth leads to turn paid traffic into customers within our CAC targets, and work with designers and developers to keep every test moving. This is an opportunity to build a repeatable, scalable testing function for our newest brands in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment, and we also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL. In this role, you will: • Build and run a testing program in partnership with growth leads designed for low-traffic brands: fewer, bolder tests, smart sequencing, and sound read-outs on small samples, borrowing proven learnings from Grüns where they apply. • Create new landing pages and optimize existing ones for Nütrops, Müves, Immün, and Jüced from brief to launch using AI-powered workflows, increasing our speed to learning. • Track daily performance by brand and surface insights with our paid marketing team to align on actions to improve conversion and find where to scale. • Analyze user behavior (scrollmaps, heatmaps, recordings, sales data) and early customer signals (reviews, support, post-purchase surveys) to uncover friction and generate new test hypotheses. • Research customer needs to identify how customers differ between emerging brands and what's most important to address with those customers. • Build and maintain a clear testing roadmap for each emerging brand, planned together with marketing and growth leads. • Establish repeatable CRO processes (performance monitoring, landing page creation, post-test recaps) that scale as the brands grow. • Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing/growth leads to keep testing on track, ensuring cross-functional alignment and reducing delays in the CRO pipeline. We're looking for someone who: • Has 5-7 years of experience doing CRO or Ecom work at a DTC company. Experience at an early-stage or multi-brand DTC business, or running tests on limited traffic, is a plus. • Is proficient with Claude Code and Claude Design (or similar AI-assisted workflows) for landing page creation end to end, from ideation to design to copy to build. • Has vast experience with Shopify and/or other order management and sales platforms. • Is experienced managing a wide arrangement of 3rd party applications to enhance the sales process, and with integrating post-purchase and lifecycle management tools to work with growth team members on improving experiences. • Has deep experience with an analytics platform (e.g. GA4, Heap, or Adobe Analytics). • Has deep experience with a testing platform (e.g. Intelligems, FigPii, Amplitude, Kameleoon, or Statsig). Approach to the role: • Curious and analytical: Constantly digs into data (scrollmaps, recordings, test results, user testing) to understand user behavior and identify new opportunities for improvement. • Action-biased: Doesn't wait for perfect information. Moves fast, iterates often, and learns from what's live. • Collaborative communicator: Keeps designers, developers, and marketers aligned through clear, proactive updates, including planning and building the testing roadmap together with marketers. Knows how to work cross-functionally to keep projects moving. • Process-minded: Brings structure to the testing process. Knows how to brief clearly, QA effectively, and document learnings post-launch. • User-obsessed: Approaches every test and build from the lens of the user: "Where might they get stuck?" "What would motivate them more?" • Growth-oriented: Seeks feedback, asks questions, and builds skills across tools. • Decisive prioritizer: Synthesizes a broad set of data to make informed bets, picking the path expected to drive the most impact even without complete information. • Builder across brands: Comfortable running several small brands at different stages at once, and knows when a result is real and when the sample is too small to trust. • AI-driven: Obsessed with automating work and creating new workflows using AI. Compensation & Benefits: At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base …
