ABOUT ELEVENLABS ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always. We have expanded from voice into three main platforms: • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale. • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages. • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models. Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you. HOW WE WORK • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you. • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations. • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models. • Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. WHAT WE OFFER • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities. • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring Site Reliability Engineers to set the reliability standard across everything we build. Businesses and developers build their own products and customer experiences on our platforms, from live customer conversations to content production, much of it real time and latency-sensitive. Our reliability is part of theirs, so there is very little room for downtime. You’ll join our dedicated Reliability team and own how we design for resilience, respond to incidents and keep improving. You’ll work directly with product and engineering teams to define reliability targets, build the tooling to measure them, and shape the architecture and practices behind them. • Design and run disaster recovery programmes, setting ambitious recovery targets and testing against them regularly. • Define SLAs and SLOs with each product team, and build the tooling to track them by product and customer. • Own how we detect, respond to and learn from incidents, including alerting design, the incident process and post-mortems, and our on-call process. • Build AI-assisted investigation and auto-resolution, from agent-led diagnosis to automated remediation. • Embed with product teams to shape architecture and engineering practices for resilience at scale. REQUIREMENTS • Hands-on experience running production systems at scale as an SRE, infrastructure engineer or similar, with a track record of measurably improving reliability. • A strong background in backend development, and a habit of solving reliability problems with code and automation. • Experience owning incident response, on-call and post-mortems, and driving fixes through to completion. • Experience with observability and alerting, and with defining and tracking SLOs or SLAs. • Solid grounding in Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (GCP and AWS preferred) LOCATION This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw. LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Celonis is the trusted platform to industrialize Enterprise AI. At our core is the Celonis Context Model — which combines process data, business knowledge, and intelligence into a living digital twin of the enterprise that AI can actually understand, turning AI's operational blind spots into operational clarity. World's leading companies trust Celonis and its global ecosystem of partners to make their AI agents, people, systems, and processes work together, achieving transformational outcomes. We believe there's a massive opportunity to unlock global productivity and sustainability by giving AI the context to understand how every business process really works. Join our mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet. The Team: Celonis grew up with the private sector: Deutsche Telekom, Mercedes-Benz, Uniper and three quarters of the DAX companies rely on Celonis Process Intelligence. Now we are taking the next big step in Germany: scaling our business with the public sector. To make this happen, Celonis is investing heavily through 2029 in its German public sector business. Over the past year, we have built our Public Sector team from the ground up. Today, a strong go-to-market core team of Account Executives and Value Engineers is in place, working with federal and state-level institutions. The police are one of our primary target organizations in the public sector. Police officers spend a large proportion of their time on data work and comparatively little on the actual investigation. We want to turn that around. With our new police solution, Metropolis, we help police authorities connect and make sense of their data, so that officers can focus on what matters most: solving cases and keeping people safe . To address this, we are now complementing our existing Public Sector team with a highly specialized Account Executive who brings first-hand experience from inside the organization we serve: the Police . The Role: This is not a typical Account Executive role. You bring the perspective of someone who knows police work from the inside: how investigations really run, where time is lost in data work, and how decisions are made and budgets are approved. You will use this credibility to build trusted relationships with police authorities at federal and state level and position Celonis as a long-term partner for their digital transformation. Working closely with our Public Sector AEs, Value Engineers and product experts, you will translate the operational reality of police work into compelling use cases, contribute to the creation of solution blueprints, drive opportunities from first conversation to signed contract, and help shape how Celonis enters and grows in this market. The Work you'll do: • Build and own relationships with police authorities at federal and state level, e.g. Bundespolizei, Bundeskriminalamt (BKA), Landeskriminalämter (LKA), Landespolizeien and the responsible Interior Ministries . • Engage with decision-makers from police leadership, investigation units, IT and digitalization departments, and procurement • Translate investigators' daily challenges into concrete, AI-enabled use cases for Celonis and Metropolis, with measurable impact (e.g. time saved per case, faster case processing). • Bring the voice of the police into Celonis: share insights with our product, marketing and value engineering teams to sharpen our offering. • Own an individual revenue target and drive complex, long sales cycles to a successful close. • Navigate public procurement and tender processes (e.g. VgV, VSVgV, UVgO, framework agreements) together with our partners and internal experts. • Work closely with partners such as consulting firms, system integrators and public IT service providers. • Represent Celonis at public sector events, conferences and police-specific forums. The qualifications you need: • Several years of professional experience within the German police (federal or state level), ideally in a leadership role and/or in an area close to investigations, criminal analysis, IT, digitalization or organizational development. • A solid network within the police landscape and a deep understanding of how police authorities and Interior Ministries are organized, how decisions are made and how budgets are planned. • First-hand understanding of the data challenges in police work, e.g. case management, evidence and data analysis, and cross-agency information sharing. • A strong interest in moving into a commercial, customer-facing role. Prior experience in sales, business development or consulting is a plus, but not a must. We will support your onboarding into the sales role. • Strong affinity for technology, data and AI, and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and convincing way. • Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program • Grit, a …

National Account Manager - UK Grocery

Remote
Z

TAKE ZOE ONTO UK SUPERMARKET SHELVES FOR THE FIRST TIME! ZOE has built a world-class, science-led health brand, and now we’re taking our physical products into retail. Next year, our Gut Health Bars launch into major UK grocers, and we’re hiring our first National Account Manager to lead it. You’ll own our relationships with buyers at grocers like Tesco and Sainsbury’s, shape our retail strategy, and build the function from day one, with a growing pipeline of new products to follow. If you’ve personally managed major UK grocers, love a tough negotiation, and want to build something rather than inherit it, this is your opportunity. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a genuine zero-to-one role and ZOE’s first commercial hire, with our retail function built around you. We have a clear retail strategy; you’ll bring the major grocer expertise to turn it into reality, challenge it where needed, and build the playbook we’ll scale from across the UK and beyond. You’ll lead everything from the first pitch and commercial negotiation through to supplier setup, launch, and trading once we’re on shelf. It’s a hands-on role that balances strategy and execution: one day you’ll be shaping which grocer we launch with first, the next you’ll be in a buyer meeting or getting a product live on a supplier portal. ABOUT THE TEAM You’ll report to Dani, our Associate Director of Operations, within ZOE’s Supply Chain & Operations team. The team makes sure ZOE’s physical products can be launched, supplied and scaled reliably. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, Quality, Growth and Creative, as well as our suppliers, warehouses and logistics partners. The team is distributed across the UK, EU and US, working remotely and cross-functionally, with a strong focus on clear ownership, fast decisions and reliable execution. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING • Retail Strategy: shape where and how ZOE launches into UK grocery, including which retailers to prioritise, how to position our products on shelf, and how we scale to future launches. • Commercial Negotiation: lead negotiations with major grocery buyers yourself, including joint business plans, trading terms, pricing and promotional investment, balancing growth with the confidence to push back and protect ZOE’s interests. • Launches, from Range Review to Shelf: own retailer launches end to end, including range review pitches, critical paths and operational readiness, often with several launches running in parallel. • Supplier Setup: own retailer setup requirements, including supplier portals, product information, pricing, GS1 barcodes, artwork, promotional setups and delivery requirements. • Trading Performance: track rate of sale, availability, distribution, stock cover and promotional uplift, and use the data to make decisions that grow the business. • Supply and Forecasting: work with Supply Chain on forecasting, purchase orders and stock visibility, so products are always available on shelf. • Cross-Functional Leadership: be the driving force that brings internal teams together to unblock decisions and keep launches on track. • Building the Playbook: create the processes, templates and metrics that will help ZOE scale its retail presence across the UK and EU. WHAT YOU’LL BRING • Major UK Grocer Experience (Essential): you’ve personally owned at least one of Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose or M&S on the supplier side, working for a brand or manufacturer. Typically, you’ll have 4+ years of experience in national or key account management. • Commercial Confidence: you’ve led buyer negotiations yourself, and you know when to trade, when to hold the line, and how to protect margin. • Hands-on Launch Experience: you’ve taken products from range review to shelf, including supplier setup, critical paths and getting stock into distribution centres. • Category Knowledge: experience in food, snacks or consumer health is ideal. If you’re from another FMCG category, you understand the constraints of food, such as shelf life. • A Builder’s Mindset: you’ve created processes, trackers or playbooks from scratch, and you’re excited to build a function, not just join one. • Data and Modern Tools: you use retailer data (such as EPOS, dunnhumby, NielsenIQ or Circana), dashboards, and ideally AI tools to work smarter. • Strategic Thinking: you can see the bigger picture of how a new brand should approach the major grocers, and bring others along with your thinking. WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive base salary, depending on level • Share options, so you share in the growth you help create • A full benefits package covering health, wellbeing, family life and personal growth • Remote-first working in the UK, with quarterly get-togethers in London and an annual company retreat. OUR HIRING JOURNEY We value your time. While the exact steps and timeline can vary slightly depending on the role, seniority, and …

Every team member is valued and empowered to share feedback, ideas, and insights so we can learn, grow, and improve both as individuals and as a team. Leaders who thrive here are proactive communicators, collaborative problem-solvers, and true customer advocates who enjoy navigating complexity while building the systems and people that scale it. What You Bring to the Team: • Lead, coach, and develop the Mid-Market Onboarding team — including Onboarding Project Managers and senior coaches — setting clear expectations, performance standards, growth paths, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. • Own end-to-end onboarding outcomes for mid-market customers from sales handoff through go-live, adoption, and transition to Account Management — diagnosing and fixing execution gaps in training quality, error detection, and deployment velocity. • Build standardized onboarding frameworks, SOPs, and configuration standards for complex multi-property and 25–100+ room deployments that balance customization with scalability. • Establish and own the metrics that matter: onboarding velocity, deployment quality scores, training completion, CSAT/NPS, and early-lifecycle retention — monitoring portfolio health and intervening early on at-risk projects. • Own capacity and staffing planning for the division — forecasting demand, balancing workload across the team, and partnering with leadership on headcount decisions. • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex or at-risk mid-market deployments and partner with Account Management on clean, trust-preserving handoffs. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Account Management — bridging what gets sold and what gets delivered, and contributing to the broader strategy for how Cloudbeds serves mid-market and enterprise-adjacent customers. What Sets You Up for Success: • 7+ years in hospitality or hospitality technology, including hands-on customer onboarding or implementation experience and team leadership (time at a hotel, hotel group, or a PMS or hospitality-tech company; OTA or travel-distribution experience on its own does not count). • Track record of building or significantly improving onboarding and implementation functions and frameworks. • Proven people-leadership experience — hiring, coaching, and developing customer-facing teams in a distributed, global environment. • Strong project-management foundation: scope, milestones, timelines, and risk mitigation applied to complex multi-stakeholder deployments. • Deep understanding of hotel operations and the complexity of serving multi-property, mid-market hospitality customers. • Ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution — you can design the framework and roll up your sleeves to implement it. • Data-driven: comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and using insights to drive decisions. The Gecko platform is the core engine of our product experience. To maintain competitiveness and user satisfaction, we must move beyond surface-level metrics to understand the deep correlations between engine performance and real-world user behavior. We currently face challenges with data quality, such as bot contamination in nightly telemetry, which obscures our understanding of true performance trends. A dedicated analyst is required to bridge the gap between engineering telemetry and actionable product strategy, ensuring that leadership has high-fidelity data to prioritize performance guardrails and technical budgets. Engineering Deliverables • Automated Dashboards: Create and maintain high-level overview dashboards that translate complex performance data into consumable formats for Product Managers and leadership. • Telemetry Gap Analysis: Audit the Gecko codebase to identify missing collection points or "probes" necessary for a complete understanding of the product experience. • Data Sanitization Frameworks: Develop methodologies and tools to identify and filter data inconsistencies, specifically focusing on isolating bot traffic and hardware-specific noise from telemetry streams. • Behavioral Inference Reports: Deliver deep-dive analyses correlating technical performance shifts (e.g., LCP, eTLD+1) with user-facing pain points and engagement trends. Scope, Skills, and Effort Estimate Scope The analyst will focus exclusively on Gecko engine telemetry across multiple platforms (Desktop and Android), collaborating with the Performance Team, Data Team, and Product Leadership. Required Skills • Technical: Advanced SQL (BigQuery/Redash), proficiency in data visualization using AI tooling, and experience with statistical analysis (e.g., Pearson’s correlation, multivariate analysis). Knowledge of Rust/C++ is a strong plus. Strong proficiency with AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar is highly desirable. • Domain Knowledge: Ability to understand browser component interactions and their impact on user experience. • Soft Skills: Proven ability to work independently, translating technical requirements into business insights. • Independent problem solving: Comfortable working in unfamiliar technical problem spaces and figuring out a path forward with minimal guidance, using documentation, experimentation, source code, data, and other available resources. Hiring Ranges: Canada Tier 1 Locations $93,450—$124,600 CAD Canada Tier 2 Locations $84,600—$112,800 CAD Hiring Ranges: Remote Germany €62.100—€82.800 EUR Hiring Ranges: Remote UK £58,500—£78,000 GBP
