Confirmo is a stablecoin payment infrastructure trusted by market leaders. Founded over a decade ago by crypto natives, we're one of the first crypto payment processors in the world and have built one of the most established infrastructures in the industry. Over the past 4 years, we have been growing exponentially (130+%) and expanding across the U.S., Middle East, and Europe. As part of our continued growth, we are now expanding our sales team in Ireland. Our regulatory standing is central to the trust we’ve developed. In 2025, Confirmo Limited (part of the Confirmo Group) was authorised under the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) framework by the Central Bank of Ireland as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider. In March 2026, Confirmo Limited was further authorised as a Payment Institution under the Payment Services Regulations 2018. This makes us one of the few dual-licensed companies in the European market, and we see our regulatory strength as a commercial enabler. We're a 60+ person global team, and this is a rare opportunity to join an established, growing business in the stablecoin payment ecosystem as we expand our EU base from Ireland. Key Responsibilities: • Drive the full sales cycle - manage every stage of the sales process, from initial outreach and discovery through to close, delivering a consultative, high-quality buyer experience that reflects Confirmo's values and product positioning. • Contribute to Confirmo's EU expansion - serve as the company's first Ireland-based Account Executive, owning end-to-end pipeline generation through self-sourced outreach across the EU. • Build and own your pipeline - proactively identify and engage new business opportunities across key European verticals, leveraging dedicated AI tools and company training on AI BDR agents to develop a robust and self-generated pipeline. • Represent Confirmo across Europe - attend and actively contribute to EU focussed industry events, conferences, and networking forums, acting as the face of the brand and converting presence into qualified opportunities. • Collaborate cross-functionally - partner closely with both Confirmo Limited and Group teams, including marketing, product, and leadership to feed market intelligence back into the business, helping shape messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for the EU region. Your Profile: • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience - a proven track record of owning the entire sales process from discovery and qualification through negotiation and close, with consistent quota attainment. • Payments background is a plus - demonstrated experience selling into or working within payments, financial services, or the broader FinTech ecosystem is a plus • Understanding crypto and stablecoins is a plus • Self-sufficient pipeline builder - a history of operating as a hunter in a true outbound capacity, generating the majority of your own pipeline without relying on inbound leads or BDR support. • Entrepreneurial mindset - prior experience as an early or first sales hire at a startup or scale-up is highly desirable; comfortable building process and playbooks from scratch in fast-moving environments. • Language- fluency in English required. • Minimum Competency Code (MCC) - this role falls within the scope of the Central Bank of Ireland's Minimum Competency Code and its associated Continuing Professional Development requirements. This role may be also subject to the Central Bank of Ireland's Fitness and Probity regime and related due diligence requirements. Location: This role is based in Ireland, supporting our EU customer base and working closely with our global team. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you please submit your CV and our team will be in touch promptly.

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination. n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact. Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve: • Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders • Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects • Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us. Your main goal will be to shape and evolve the core platform architecture that powers n8n — creating scalable, configurable foundations across execution, infrastructure, and frontend platform so 80+ product engineers and our open-source community can build confidently across cloud and self-hosted deployments. Working across our platform teams, you’ll bring architectural coherence to the systems they jointly own and help us make the right long-term technical decisions as n8n scales: ARCHITECTURAL DIRECTION ACROSS CORE PLATFORM • Drive architecture across the two Core Platform teams, ensuring execution, infrastructure, data, and frontend platform systems evolve as a coherent whole rather than independent components. • Design highly adaptable backend foundations that support different workloads, deployment models, shared product team needs, and future scale without creating unnecessary complexity. • Partner with the FE platform workstream on core canvas architecture, real-time communication, performance, plugin contracts, and other platform primitives used by product teams. EXECUTION, DISTRIBUTED SYSTEMS & DATA FOUNDATIONS • Evolve core subsystems including durable workflow execution and state, orchestration, queue and task distribution, worker management, scheduling, and horizontal scaling. • Design for correctness and resilience across distributed environments, including failure modes, idempotency, state transitions, tenant isolation, and reliability guarantees. • Shape our data and persistence architecture, including database scaling, sharding, migration strategies, deployment abstractions, and long-term operational maintainability. PLATFORM ARCHITECTURE & ENGINEERING ENABLEMENT • Lead consequential technical decisions through clear proposals and RFCs, making trade-offs explicit and aligning engineers and stakeholders around durable solutions. • Define stable platform interfaces and abstractions that reduce coupling, support safe migrations, and make the platform easier for feature teams to build on. • Mentor engineers across all engineering teams through design reviews, pairing, and technical guidance, raising the bar for architecture, system design, and maintainability. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES • Staff-level architectural ownership: You have a track record of leading architecture across multiple systems or teams, including migrations, re-architectures, or foundational platform initiatives with long-term organizational impact. • Systems thinking: You reason deeply about invariants, correctness, failure modes, boundaries, and trade-offs, and you’re comfortable making decisions where there is no obviously perfect solution. • Configurable systems at scale: You’ve designed highly configurable, adaptable systems that serve multiple use cases or operating modes without becoming brittle or excessively complex. • Distributed systems depth: You’ve designed and operated distributed systems involving concepts such as asynchronous processing, idempotency, state machines, queues, consistency, and resilience. • Data architecture at scale: You’ve worked on data-intensive systems where persistence, performance, isolation, migrations, and operational reliability were meaningful architectural concerns. • TypeScript & Node.js depth: You have strong TypeScript experience and have built substantial backend systems with Node.js beyond conventional CRUD applications. • Cross-team technical leadership: You influence through technical judgment, clear communication, RFCs, design reviews, and mentorship, helping multiple teams converge on better solutions without relying on formal …
