Senior Software Engineer - Integrations 3P - Platform

Elastic, the Search AI Company, enables everyone to find the answers they need in real time, using all their data, at scale — unleashing the potential of businesses and people. The Elastic Search AI Platform, used by more than 50% of the Fortune 500, brings together the precision of search and the intelligence of AI to enable everyone to accelerate the results that matter. By taking advantage of all structured and unstructured data — securing and protecting private information more effectively — Elastic’s complete, cloud-based solutions for search, security, and observability help organizations deliver on the promise of AI. What is The Role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Integrations Team and help us build how Elastic shows up inside the AI ecosystem. AI assistants and agentic tools are quickly becoming the place where developers start their work, and this role exists to make Elastic work in the tools and ecosystems that our users use. We want to be easy to find, easy to connect to, and easy to use. The Integrations team owns the developer-facing surfaces that connect Elastic to the broader ecosystem: language clients, CLI, MCP server, third-party integrations, and the skills that make Elastic accessible wherever developers work. You'll build and maintain these projects, engage directly with the developer community, and contribute across team and cross-functional initiatives. This is fast-moving territory. We want someone who enjoys an ambiguous, quick-shifting space, who forms opinions about what should be built and not only how, and who is comfortable working closely with our product teams and external partners. Prior experience with the Elastic product suite is not essential, but is beneficial. What You Will Be Doing • You'll build and evolve the Elastic MCP server and the infrastructure behind it, working primarily in Go. • You'll build the platform for universal agent skills: the portable format, the authoring and publishing tooling, and the linting that lets any team at Elastic ship a skill that runs across every agent. • You'll help set the correctness bar, making sure the skills and tools we ship are backed by evals rather than assumed to work. • You'll design and deliver integrations that make Elastic available inside third-party AI ecosystems. For that you’ll work closely with our product team and third-party partners to shape and land those integrations. • You'll contribute to our Elastic CLI to enhance the efficiency of developers and their agents. • You'll be developing, maintaining, and supporting libraries, tools, and integrations related to the Elastic Stack, working in a mixture of languages including Go and Rust. • You'll bring product thinking to the team, holding and defending opinions on what we should build and why, informed by the ecosystem around us. What You Bring • 8+ years of software engineering experience working on backend systems, services or libraries. • Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and a working understanding of LLMs, agents, agent skills and protocols such as MCP. Interest in proving correctness through evaluation rather than assuming it. • Significant recent working experience of Go and (ideally) other languages. • Knowledge of client-server networking, HTTP, and RESTful APIs. • Comfort reading and contributing to codebases in languages you don't own, and no fear of picking up an unfamiliar one. • Knowledge of industry best practices in software engineering. • Product thinking: an interest in the wider ecosystem and strong opinions on what is worth building. • A strong focus on usability and developer experience. • Comfort with context-switching and with a space that changes quickly. • A genuine interest in technology and an active interest in exploring multiple programming languages. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, including in front of customers and external partners. • A willingness to work as part of a remote, globally distributed team. • Clear thinking, self-motivation, and the ability to learn and work independently. Bonus Points • Experience building or operating infrastructure, and an interest in telemetry and observability (nice to have) • A connection to technical communities through open source projects, blogs or talks (nice to have) • Experience working with third-party or partner engineering teams (nice to have) • Prior experience of Elastic products (nice to have) Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. At Elastic, our compensation philosophy aims to provide fair, competitive and transparent remuneration. Salary ranges are established based on a combination of external market benchmarks, internal pay equity considerations, and the responsibilities and complexity associated with each role. This approach helps ensure consistency across comparable roles while remaining competitive …

ABOUT ELEVENLABS ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always. We have expanded from voice into three main platforms: • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale. • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages. • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models. Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you. HOW WE WORK • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you. • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations. • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models. • Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. WHAT WE OFFER • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities. • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. About the role ElevenLabs is expanding globally, and some of our largest enterprise opportunities are won through complex procurement processes. We're building the RFP Engine to own how we compete in them — a new function at the heart of how ElevenLabs pursues its most strategic deals. As a Proposal Manager, you'll be one of its founding members, owning strategic pursuits in your region from qualification through submission: decoding what evaluators actually want, shaping the response strategy with account teams, coordinating input across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security, and driving every submission to an exceptionally high bar — on time, every time. You'll run pursuits through an AI-first system and help make it better with every cycle. Automation handles the mechanical work — first drafts, compliance checks, content retrieval — so your judgment goes where it matters: positioning, differentiation, and quality. When you spot work being repeated, you'll help systematise it, turning what you learn on each bid into templates, content, and process the whole company benefits from. We think the right person has lived complex enterprise bids and knows the difference between a compliant response and a winning one. You write and edit exceptionally well, you're calm and decisive coordinating many contributors against a hard deadline, and you'd rather build the machine than crank the handle. Requirements • A track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end, from qualification through submission, ideally at a technology company • A builder's approach to AI and automation: you use AI fluently in your own work, you've shipped internal tooling or workflows (or partnered closely with engineers to do so), and you treat repeated manual effort as a design flaw • Exceptional writing and editing: you turn technical and commercial input from many contributors into clear, compliant, persuasive responses • Strong project management under deadline pressure — running contributors, review cycles, and sign-offs across functions and timezones without dropping quality • Commercial instincts: you can read scoring criteria, spot what will differentiate a response, and flag pursuits that aren't worth the effort Bonus: additional languages beyond English; experience with …

nyra health builds the digital tools that make neurological rehabilitation work inside and outside clinic walls: myReha, the patient therapy app, and nyra insights, the clinician platform. 100+ clinics, 100K+ patients across DACH. 3× MRR growth target for 2026. €20M Series A. Team of 30+, scaling to ~50 this year. Ownership, excellence and patients first: that is how we drive progress together. Sales at nyra. To grow the impact of our digital solutions for patients, we are already present across four strong fronts that compound: therapeutic practices, rehab clinics, insurers, and the DRV rehabilitation and aftercare pathway, and every win in one opens the next. Now we are expanding our sales engine, and looking for more sales talent to drive that progress further with us. You own your pipeline and your number, alongside colleagues already driving the clinics channel, as part of a small, fast-moving and driven commercial team. Your role. Concretely, you run the clinic sales cycle from first touch to signed contract: prospecting, demos, pilots and the close. 100+ clinics already use myReha; you turn that traction into a repeatable clinic sales motion. Every clinic you sign puts evidence-based therapy in front of more patients who need it. You will report to our Clinical Sales Lead. For this role we are open to having new colleagues in Vienna or remotely anywhere in Austria and Germany. What you'll work on • Build pipeline: find and qualify the clinics worth pursuing and keep a clean, honest pipeline you steer by. • Run demos that sell: deliver remote demos that speak to what a clinic actually cares about, clinically and operationally, and make the value obvious. • Own pilots: set up and drive pilot phases with therapy teams so a trial turns into a decision, not a stall. • Close: own proposals, negotiation and contract to signature. You drive deals forward instead of waiting for them. • Hand over clean: pass signed clinics to Account Management so they start strong.

Responsibilities:

Concretely, you run the clinic sales cycle from first touch to signed contract: prospecting, demos, pilots and the close. 100+ clinics already use myReha; you turn that traction into a repeatable clinic sales motion.
