We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact. Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve: • Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders • Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects • Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us. Your main goal will be to help build a lean, AI-native accounting function at n8n, owning core accounting operations while using automation and AI to make our processes smarter, faster, and more scalable. You’ll report to our Head of Accounting & Tax, working alongside an experienced team where you’ll have real ownership from day one and the opportunity to expand into new areas as we grow. Here's how you'll make an impact: OWN PROCURE-TO-PAY & EXPENSE OPERATIONS • Manage the end-to-end P2P process in Ramp, from invoice intake and coding to approval follow-ups and biweekly AP payments, ensuring strong controls. • Improve AI-assisted coding, automation rules, and exception handling to reduce manual work and keep transactions accurate. • Support colleagues with expenses, reimbursements, and corporate card questions, resolving issues efficiently. DELIVER ACCURATE ACCOUNTING & MONTH-END CLOSE • Own assigned OPEX, card spend, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations. • Partner with FP&A to ensure accurate GL and cost-center coding, timely financial information, and a reliable month-end close. • Maintain clear accounting records, support audit requests, and document processes to ensure continuity and effective controls. BUILD AN AI-NATIVE ACCOUNTING FUNCTION • Use n8n, AI tools, and modern accounting platforms to identify opportunities for automation and continuously improve workflows. • Validate AI-generated outputs, prioritize human review where risks are highest, and maintain reliable evidence for stakeholders, regulators, and auditors. • Help scale accounting processes across our growing multi-entity business, with opportunities to broaden your expertise into AR and revenue accounting over time. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES • Hands-on accounting experience: You have practical GL and AP/P2P experience, with solid fundamentals in journal entries, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and reconciliations. • Accounting standards & VAT: You have working knowledge of HGB or IFRS, understand invoice requirements and VAT fundamentals, and know when to seek expert guidance. • AI & automation mindset: You're excited to experiment with AI, build better workflows, and learn how to validate automated outputs rather than simply execute transactions. • Systems & spreadsheet skills: You're confident using spreadsheets and accounting systems, with strong attention to coding accuracy, data quality, and financial controls. • Ownership & reliability: You take responsibility for daily operations, follow through on commitments, and proactively identify ways to improve how things work. • Clear communication: You communicate effectively in English, collaborate well across teams, and enjoy helping colleagues solve operational challenges. NICE-TO-HAVES • Modern finance tools: You've worked with AI-native ERPs, Ramp or similar P2P platforms, Q2C tools, or workflow automation platforms like n8n. • International accounting: You have experience working across multiple entities, ideally in a global business with an expanding international footprint. • SaaS & revenue accounting: You're familiar with SaaS business models, multi-currency accounting, AR, or revenue recognition. • Audit & qualifications: You bring an audit background or relevant accounting qualifications that strengthen your accounting expertise. • German language skills: You can communicate in German, although this is not required for the role. Why join us? At n8n, you won't just process transactions — you'll help rethink how accounting works at an automation …

Your main goal will be to make it simple and reliable for customers to buy, pay for, and grow their use of n8n. You'll own the foundations of how n8n's commercial system works: licensing and entitlements, customer accounts, and the metering and billing platform for both Cloud and Enterprise. Today these live across several teams and two billing stacks; you'll bring them into one stable home that the rest of the company builds on. This is a foundations role. You build the system that pricing and packaging decisions run on, rather than running price experiments yourself. To do so, here are your core responsibilities: OWN THE LICENSING & BILLING STRATEGY & ROADMAP • Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for Licensing & Billing in partnership with Engineering, Product leadership, Finance, and go-to-market. • Prioritize foundational investments based on revenue integrity, enterprise needs, data correctness, and engineering effort, and make trade-offs explicit. • Lead discovery with enterprise customers, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps to understand how n8n is bought, renewed, and grown today, and where that breaks. LICENSING, ENTITLEMENTS & ACCOUNTS • Own the license server and entitlement model: issuance, renewal, and validation across Cloud, self-hosted, air-gapped, and OEM deployments, with one source of truth for which plan or deal grants which features. • Introduce "account" as a first-class product primitive (accounts, purchases, license keys, activations) and expose it as the API contract our customer-facing console and multi-instance management are built on. • Productize the deal-to-entitlement flow so a closed deal in Salesforce creates or updates entitlements without manual steps. METERING & BILLING PLATFORM • Own usage metering and billing for Cloud and Enterprise, including subscription billing: what counts as a billable execution, quota consumption, and overage charging. • Lead the migration off Paddle Classic and unify Cloud and Enterprise billing into one platform. • Build the mechanics for usage-based enterprise billing and reliable overage charging. CROSS-ORG ALIGNMENT • Make the architecture and mechanism decisions (entitlement model, billing platform, enterprise invoicing path) and align closely with Finance and go-to-market on each of them. Every decision here touches money; you bring people along rather than inform them afterwards. • Hold clear boundaries with adjacent teams: the customer console, execution limits, and access control live elsewhere; you own the data and mechanics they rely on. • Establish clear success measures and keep the squad accountable for outcomes, not only delivery. REQUIREMENTS Must-haves • Billing or licensing product experience: You have 6+ years in Product, with a substantial part spent owning a billing, licensing, entitlement, or quote-to-cash system at a B2B SaaS company. • Shipped through Finance and RevOps: You've driven a cross-functional systems change where Finance, Sales Ops, and Engineering all had a say, and you got it live. • Systems and data-model depth: You can design or critique an entity model, reason about reconciliation and idempotency in a sync, read an API contract, and explain why two systems reading the same events end up with different numbers. • Attention to detail: You know that if the billing data is wrong, everything built on it inherits the error, and you sequence work accordingly. • Prioritization under ambiguity: You make trade-offs explicit and connect foundational or data-quality work to commercial outcomes. • Ownership and autonomy: You grab problems without …

The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us. Your main goal will be to make n8n's Core Platform ready for the company's next stage of growth: more scalable, reliable, secure, and flexible as customer usage and technical complexity increase. You'll own the foundations that everything else, including our AI and agent capabilities, is built on. To do so, here are your responsibilities: OWN THE CORE PLATFORM STRATEGY & ROADMAP • Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for the Core Platform in partnership with Engineering and Product leadership. • Prioritize foundational investments based on customer impact, enterprise needs, technical risk, and engineering effort, and make trade-offs between near-term customer needs, technical debt, and long-term architecture explicit. • Lead product discovery for technically complex problems, engaging directly with enterprise customers and internal customer-facing teams. SCALABILITY, RELIABILITY & EXECUTION ENGINE • Drive work on the scalability and reliability of n8n's execution engine, including areas like worker pools and distributed execution. • Improve the reliability of triggers and execution behaviour across complex deployment setups, from multi-main Cloud environments to self-hosted enterprise installations. • Shape a more secure and flexible approach to executing code within n8n. MAJOR RELEASES & CROSS-ORG ALIGNMENT • Drive the planning and release of major or breaking platform versions, including migration strategy, stakeholder communication, and risk management. • Establish clear success measures and keep the squad accountable for outcomes, not only delivery. • Act as the bridge between the Core team and the wider org: Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Support, making platform trade-offs legible without oversimplifying them. • Treat internal product teams as customers of the platform: proactively mine their roadmaps for implicit platform requirements and turn cross-cutting needs into explicit Core Platform work before they become blockers. REQUIREMENTS Must-haves • Platform product experience: You have 5+ years in Product, with at least 2 to 3 years on platform, infrastructure, developer-facing, or backend/API products. • Technical depth: You're credible with senior engineers. You can reason about distributed systems, execution models, and reliability/scalability trade-offs, and hold your own in an architecture discussion. You're at home with non-functional requirements, where the details are the product. • Complex delivery track record: You've led cross-team technical initiatives with real delivery risk, ideally including a migration or breaking change. • Prioritization under ambiguity: You make trade-offs explicit and connect foundational or technical-debt work to customer and commercial outcomes. • Ownership and autonomy: You grab problems without being asked, fix what you see broken, and drive outcomes without waiting for direction. • Exceptional communication: You make complex platform topics understandable for technical and non-technical audiences alike. • Enterprise platform reality: You understand what running software in customer-controlled environments means, including self-hosted, air-gapped, and restricted deployments Nice-to-haves • Hands-on ability: You can read code or prototype, even if you're not shipping it. • Enterprise exposure: You've worked with B2B SaaS requirements like security, compliance, or deployment complexity. • Security partnership: You're comfortable working with security teams on code execution, isolation, or compliance topics. • Domain familiarity: You know workflow …

YOUR MAIN GOAL WILL BE TO BUILD AND OPERATE N8N’S SHARED CONTEXT INFRASTRUCTURE — OUR “COMPANY BRAIN” — SO BOTH PEOPLE AND AI AGENTS CAN RELIABLY ACCESS ACCURATE, WELL-STRUCTURED, AND APPROPRIATELY GOVERNED KNOWLEDGE ACROSS THE COMPANY. To make that happen, you’ll shape how our knowledge is structured, contributed, accessed, and maintained as we build the context layer powering n8n’s agentic future: DESIGN OUR INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE • Define the taxonomy, structure, contributor guidelines, and templates that turn fragmented company knowledge into reliable, reusable context. • Establish standards that make knowledge easy to navigate, maintain, and use without creating duplication or another layer of content sprawl. • Evolve these standards as our functions, knowledge sources, and agentic use cases grow. ONBOARD & ENABLE TEAMS • Onboard functions to the company brain and train designated champions to structure and maintain their own knowledge over time. • Give non-technical contributors the guidance, templates, and support they need to contribute high-quality context independently. • Partner with the Internal AI Enablement Lead to develop a shared network of champions who help scale strong knowledge practices across n8n. OPERATE OUR CONTEXT PLATFORM • Configure and operate ingestion from qualitative sources such as Slack, Gong, Drive, and Notion using our context platform’s tooling. • Own day-to-day platform configuration and basic troubleshooting, escalating genuine engineering challenges to our Automation team or vendor when needed. • Partner with IT, Security, and Legal to define requirements for how people and AI agents access sensitive company knowledge. BUILD FOR LONG-TERM TRUST & REUSE • Keep content structures, contributor guidelines, and knowledge freshness current as n8n and the platform evolve. • Work with functions to ensure the company brain becomes a trusted source of context rather than another parallel knowledge repository. • Provide product feedback to our context platform vendor and anticipate shared context patterns and capabilities that future agents will need. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES • Information architecture: You have proven experience designing structured content or knowledge programs at scale, including taxonomies, style guides, contributor guidelines, templates, or information architecture. • Knowledge systems experience: You’ve worked hands-on with knowledge or context systems and understand what it takes to turn fragmented qualitative information into something others can reliably use. • SaaS platform fluency: You’re comfortable configuring and operating SaaS knowledge or context platforms, working with APIs and integrations, and independently troubleshooting basic issues. • Stakeholder enablement: You have a track record of training non-technical stakeholders and enabling them to confidently maintain high-quality content themselves over the long term. • Governance collaboration: You’re comfortable partnering with IT, Security, and Legal on access requirements and compliance-sensitive data flows without needing to own the underlying technical architecture. • Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can set a clear quality bar for how company knowledge is structured, documented, and shared. NICE-TO-HAVES • Context platforms: You’re familiar with Qontext.ai http://Qontext.ai or a comparable agent-context platform. • MCP: You have experience with or a strong understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP). • Knowledge governance: You have a background in knowledge management, …

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination. n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us. YOUR MAIN GOAL WILL BE TO TURN N8N’S INTERNAL AI AND AUTOMATION CAPABILITIES INTO SOMETHING EVERY FUNCTION CAN CONFIDENTLY USE, BUILD WITH, AND LEARN FROM. To make that happen, you’ll create the programs, experiences, and foundations that help teams across n8n build their AI and automation fluency: DRIVE HANDS-ON ENABLEMENT • Run weekly, role-specific workshops, prioritizing less-technical functions such as Legal and Customer Support. • Lead hands-on sessions where you build live alongside teams, helping them turn real workflows and challenges into working automations. • Run Build Along Office Hours and Bounty Hunts that give teams regular opportunities to learn, experiment, and solve problems together. • Help teams identify useful automation opportunities, understand the process they are changing, and decide when to reuse an existing solution, build themselves, or involve the Automation team. OWN DOGFOODING & EXPERIMENTATION • Own our monthly Dogfooding Day end-to-end, from planning and coordination through execution and follow-up. • Design and run hackathons and other experimentation initiatives that encourage teams to explore new ways of working with AI and automation. • Turn learnings and outputs from these initiatives into reusable assets that help other teams move faster. SCALE AI FLUENCY & COMMUNITY • Own periodic AI fluency survey cycles alongside the People team and help calibrate what fluency means across different functions. • Build visibility around internal wins and reusable solutions so teams can learn from what others have already created. • Identify and support champions across functions, informally leading the emerging Guild and helping automation knowledge spread across the company. ENABLE SAFE, REUSABLE AUTOMATION • Act as product owner for our internal “safe playground,” partnering with IT, Security, Data, and Solutions Engineering on access, credentials, environments, and requirements. • Turn outputs from workshops and office hours into reusable templates and resources that teams can easily discover and adopt. • Actively help teams reuse existing solutions rather than reinventing them, making automation more accessible and scalable across n8n. • Check whether the things built are still in use four weeks later; provide evidence that teams reuse existing assets and can make routine changes without handing everything back to the Automation team. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES • Practitioner-level n8n fluency: You’ve built real, meaningful automations in n8n and are comfortable building live alongside others. • Technical enablement experience: You’ve run structured, recurring enablement programs such as workshops, office hours, or build-alongs. • Non-technical audience expertise: You have a strong track record of helping non-technical teams understand, adopt, and confidently use technical tools. • Cross-functional ownership: You’re comfortable partnering with IT, Security, and Data teams to define and own requirements around access, credentials, and environments without needing to implement the infrastructure yourself. • CET overlap: You’re based in a time zone that gives you strong overlap with Central European working hours, within a couple of hours of Berlin. • English fluency: You have fluent or near-native English and can communicate clearly and confidently with audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior stakeholders. NICE-TO-HAVES • Champion programs: You’ve helped build or run an internal ambassador, champion, or community program. • Fluency measurement: You have experience running capability, fluency, or …

ABOUT THE ROLE Your goal will be to build DACH into n8n's most predictable Enterprise sales region - developing a team of high-performing Enterprise AEs, instilling forecast and pipeline discipline, and creating a repeatable operating model that wins complex, multi-stakeholder deals To make that happen, you'll be hands-on in coaching, deal inspection, and team development day-to-day, while staying close enough to strategic deals and customer executives to raise the bar on how we qualify, forecast, and win. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us. Your main goal will be to turn n8n's pricing and packaging into a deliberate, data-informed growth lever - one that scales revenue and adoption across our entire go-to-market, from our 1.5 million-strong community to global Enterprise accounts. To do so, here's what you'll own: BUILD THE ANALYTICAL FOUNDATION FOR PRICING • Build and own the model connecting unit economics, agent run cost, willingness-to-pay, gross margin, and customer value. • Maintain competitive and market intelligence so our pricing keeps pace with a category that's shifting fast. • Run pricing experiments and turn the results into documented, reusable learnings. DESIGN OUR PRICING & PACKAGING ARCHITECTURE • Shape plan design and packaging across our community, self-serve, and Enterprise tiers, plus add-ons like our startup and charity plans. • Design pricing for new SKUs and consumption-based models as our product and cost-to-serve evolve around AI Assistant and n8n Connect. • Build packaging frameworks and decision tools that product teams use directly to launch new features. DRIVE AND ROLL OUT PRICING DECISIONS • Lead cross-functional pricing decision-making and secure buy-in across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and Data. • Own the rollout of major pricing changes end-to-end, from decision to launch to measured impact. • Build and own our pricing frameworks: list pricing, discount guardrails, decision rubrics, grandfathering rules, and usage-based billing decisions. Requirements Must-have • Pricing leadership in B2B SaaS: You have 6+ years in pricing, monetisation, or commercial strategy, including at least one full cycle leading a major pricing model transition — subscription to consumption, seat-based to usage-based, or a platform repricing. • Hands-on with modern pricing models: You've personally designed and rolled out consumption-based, outcome-based, or AI-native pricing at a company past $100M ARR. • Both self-serve and Enterprise motions: You've owned pricing on both sides of the funnel — self-serve/PLG (activation, conversion, tier design, funnel experimentation) and Enterprise, sales-led (packaging for large accounts, deal economics, discount governance). n8n monetises both, so fluency in one motion only isn't enough. • Deep analytical rigour: You build the financial model yourself and reason fluently about unit economics, cost-to-serve, gross margin, willingness-to-pay, and elasticity. • Billing fluency, technical and operational: You understand event metering, rating, entitlements, proration, overage, and revenue recognition well enough to design pricing that's actually operable — and you've partnered with a Billing function on invoicing, dunning, true-ups, and disputes. • Empathy for technical users and buyers: You understand where, how, and why developers and technical buyers assign value across a product experience. • Frameworks over bottlenecks: You've built packaging frameworks and decision tools that product teams use independently, rather than routing every pricing decision through you. • Cross-functional influence: You bring Product, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Billing into alignment on contentious commercial decisions. • Motivated by scope, not headcount: You're energised by owning a global, high-stakes topic as an individual contributor, with analytical support from Data and RevOps and rollout support from Program Management. Nice-to-have • Formal pricing training: You've been trained at Simon-Kucher or the pricing practice of another consultancy, and you bring that rigour with you. • ‍ Developer tools …
