SR. ENGINEER, DATABASE RELIABILITY Hi there! We're looking for a Database Reliability Engineer (DBRE) to join the State team at Zapier. We need someone who can set direction on our data infrastructure and isn’t afraid to get into the weeds to solve challenging operational problems. The State team owns the platform behind Zapier's stateful services: our relational database fleet (MySQL and PostgreSQL), a caching layer built on Redis and ElastiCache, and the tooling that lets product teams use it all easily, safely, and reliably. You'll shape our practices around automation, observability, performance, reliability, and disaster recovery, and help make the right way the easy way for the teams building on top of our data layer. This is a senior DBRE role on the State team. You'll be the technical center of gravity for database and cache work: the person other engineers come to for design review, the one setting the bar for how we operate the data layer, and the one responsible for growing the DBRE practice on the team over time. We know applying for and taking on a new job at any company requires a leap of faith. We want you to feel comfortable and excited to apply at Zapier. To help share a bit more about life at Zapier, here are a few resources in addition to the job description that can give you an inside look at what life is like at Zapier. Hopefully, you'll take the leap of faith and apply. Our Commitment to Applicants https://zapier.com/jobs/our-commitment-to-applicantsCulture and Values at Zapier https://zapier.com/jobs/culture-and-values-at-zapier/Zapier Guide to Remote Work https://zapier.com/learn/remote-work/Diversity and Inclusivity at Zapier https://zapier.com/jobs/diversity-and-inclusivity-at-zapier/ Zapier is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce. ABOUT YOU You're an experienced database technologist. You have at least 7 years in systems administration, systems engineering, or software development, with at least 4 years running production relational databases. You have deep expertise in MySQL or PostgreSQL and working knowledge of the other, including each engine's ecosystem of extensions and tools. You understand caching (such as Redis) as part of the data layer, how to design and operate it at scale, and the tradeoffs between caching and the database underneath. You know the cloud and treat infrastructure as code. You've designed and maintained highly available, cloud-based database systems in AWS or another cloud platform, and you manage that infrastructure with Terraform or similar IaC tooling rather than by hand. You're comfortable operating stateful services alongside Kubernetes or other distributed systems, and you understand the tradeoffs of running data workloads in and around orchestrated environments. You build and use observability. You've implemented metrics, logging, and alerting for data systems using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or CloudWatch, and you know the difference between a dashboard that looks good and one that catches problems before customers do. You treat query performance data, replication lag, and cache hit rates as first-class signals. You partner with product teams. Product teams are your customers. When a team comes to you with a design or a problem, you ask about their workload before prescribing a solution, give them options with tradeoffs rather than edicts, and leave them more capable than you found them. You handle support requests with the same care as incident response, you participate in an on-call rotation for production data systems, and you'd rather teach a team to fish than field the same question twice. You document things well so your knowledge can be consumed asynchronously. You raise the bar for the team around you. You're an experienced DBRE on this team, and you treat that as a responsibility. You review peers' designs and give feedback that makes the design better and the engineer sharper. You pair on hard problems when it helps someone else grow. You turn things you've learned the hard way into docs, patterns, and runbooks so the next person doesn't have to learn them the hard way too. You care about the team being more capable a year from now than it is today. You ship code to solve systems problems. You automate repetitive work and build tools that make the team more effective. You're comfortable digging into application code to fix a bug or launching a backend …

About Us At Zyte, we eat data for breakfast and you can eat your breakfast anywhere and work for Zyte. Founded in 2010, we are a globally distributed team of over 250 Zytans working from over 28 countries who are on a mission to enable our customers to extract the data they need to continue to innovate and grow their businesses. We believe that all businesses deserve a smooth pathway to data. For more than a decade, Zyte has led the way in building powerful, easy-to-use tools to collect, format, and deliver web data, quickly, dependably, and at scale. And today, the data we extract helps thousands of organizations make smarter business decisions, secure competitive advantage, and drive sustainable growth. Today, over 3,000 companies and 1 million developers rely on our tools and services to get the data they need from the web. The Integration Squad helps developers and data teams find, adopt and keep using Zyte for web data. We focus on coding agents and agent-based workflows. We make Zyte API and Scrapy Cloud easy to reach from the tools people already use: coding agents like Claude Code, Codex and Cursor; frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex; cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud; and later, automation and app-building tools. We measure success by how many customers use Zyte through these integrations, not by how many integrations we publish. We’re hiring an Integrations Engineer to help build this program from the start. You’ll build and publish integrations, including MCP-based setups, a Zyte command-line tool (CLI), framework packages and data-delivery connectors. You’ll also write the documentation that lets developers and their agents use them without help, and the tracking that shows whether they work. We employ agile methodologies and work in cross-functional pods, which lets us respond quickly to both community feedback and internal product needs. Roles & Responsibilities : • Build and publish integrations that bring Zyte into coding-agent environments (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Docker), building on the existing Zyte MCP server. • Design, build and release the Zyte CLI as a shared base for integrations, published to both PyPI and npm. • Build and maintain packages and tools for developer frameworks and agent SDKs (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex) and for browser automation tools. • Build recurring data delivery into customers’ cloud and data platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud Storage and BigQuery, Snowflake), reusing existing export routes where possible. • Assess app and automation platforms (e.g. Dify, Flowise, Make, Zapier, Lovable, Replit). Prototype integrations or templates where they’ll lead to repeat Zyte use. • Give early engineering estimates of feasibility, effort, dependencies and upkeep for each candidate integration, to help decide what we build next. • Add tracking so signups and usage can be traced back to each integration, and report gaps where tracking isn’t possible. • Write clear setup guides, examples and docs that work for both people and coding agents, on docs.zyte.com and in public repositories. • Prepare and manage submissions to partner directories, registries and marketplaces, including responding to partner review feedback. • Maintain live integrations: keep up with changes in partner tools, fix issues, and handle releases and versioning. • Work with Product, Product Marketing and Developer Relations on launches, positioning and community support. • Work with the SaaS and Platform teams to keep the Zyte API and Scrapy Cloud surfaces that integrations rely on stable. • Take part in code reviews, planning and squad routines. Requirements • Strong Python skills and solid TypeScript/Node.js. You’ll publish packages in both ecosystems. • Experience building SDKs, client libraries, CLIs, plugins or third-party integrations used by outside developers. • Hands-on use of coding agents and AI tooling (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex), and familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar tool-calling interfaces. • Experience publishing and maintaining packages (PyPI, npm), including versioning, CI/CD, tests and releases. • Good working knowledge of REST APIs and authentication, including keeping credentials secure in client and server setups. • An outcome-focused mindset: you care whether developers adopt and keep using what you ship, and you use data to decide what to improve. • Clear writing in English. Documentation and examples are a core part of the job. • Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage scoping in a new squad. • Experience in a distributed, remote-first team is a strong plus. • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or agent SDKs is a plus. • Experience with AWS or GCP data services (S3, Cloud Storage, BigQuery) or Snowflake is a plus. • Familiarity with web scraping, Scrapy or browser automation (Playwright, Selenium) is a plus, but not required. • Open-source maintenance or Developer Relations experience is a …

Technical Implementation Lead

About Easyship: Easyship is one of the world’s leading multi-carrier shipping software, built to make global eCommerce borderless. Since 2014, we’ve been on a mission to democratise logistics by removing the “black box” of international shipping costs and complexities. Trusted by over 100,000 brands, our platform provides a single “mission control” for global trade, offering access to 550+ courier services across 200+ destinations. We are an award-winning, global team (Forbes 30 Under 30, TechInAsia’s Best Startup) with offices in London, New York, Hong Kong, and beyond. We’re growing fast, we value transparency, and we genuinely enjoy building the infrastructure that powers modern commerce. If you’re ready to solve complex problems at scale, we’d love to have you join us. Who We’re Looking For: As we move upmarket, more of our enterprise customers are integrating with Easyship through our API, custom apps, and tailored builds. We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Lead to own those implementations end to end, from pre-sale discovery and a signed Statement of Work (SoW) through to go-live, volume migration, and handover. This is a technical role first. You’ll be the go-to expert on the Easyship API for customers, Sales, and internal teams, you’ll steer them to one clear solution, and you’ll partner with our Solutions Developers to deliver it. You’ll sit in our Implementation Services team, within Client Services. What would you be responsible for: • Leading technical discovery with Enterprise/Strategic Sales, mapping customer systems (eCommerce platforms, ERP, OMS, WMS), data flows, and constraints to validate product fit. • Owning the solution design for each implementation (architecture, endpoints, webhooks, authentication, data mapping) and bringing customers to agreement on one clear recommendation. • Scoping and signing off the SoW for every deal that needs API, custom app, or customisation work. Each SoW covers deliverables, go-live date, forecast shipment volume, and support terms. • Resolving technical questions from customers and internal teams before the sale and during implementation, including reproducing issues in Postman or Insomnia and finding the root cause in requests, responses, and logs. • Leading technical kick-offs and calls with customers’ technical teams and senior stakeholders. • Partnering with Solutions Developers to align on scope and design, unblock questions during the build, and confirm delivery matches the SoW. • Managing several implementations at once, from signature to go-live and volume migration, and tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and change requests. • Owning implementation escalations, including recovery plans where shipment volume falls short of forecast. • Leading structured handovers to the CSM and Customer Support. • Maintaining clear governance on custom builds: what’s supported, at what cost, and a register of builds in production. • Turning recurring questions into documentation, and feeding product gaps to Product and Engineering with a clear business case. You Might Be a Good Fit If: • You have 5+ years in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or a similar technical customer-facing role, including implementations for an enterprise SaaS product. • You have expert, hands-on command of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns, including authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, SSO, API keys). • You’re fluent with JSON, data mapping, and SQL, and confident using Postman or Insomnia. • You’re a structured troubleshooter across HTTP status codes, rate limits, error handling, retries, and logs. • You understand how eCommerce platforms, ERPs, and warehouse systems integrate with shipping services. • You’re confident with technical and non-technical senior stakeholders, and you form a recommendation and bring people with you. • You have experience writing SoWs, running multiple implementations at once, and holding scope and pricing boundaries. • You use AI effectively: you review agent-generated work and translate it into plain language. • You have excellent technical documentation skills and strong written and verbal English. • Bonus: Python or JavaScript; logistics or eCommerce experience; Shopify, Squarespace, Celigo, or Zapier implementations; prior Easyship experience. What we bring to the table as an employer: • Generous remuneration and stock units • We reimburse gym and wellness expenses so you can invest in your health • The freedom to ‘Work from Anywhere’ for 4 weeks in a year • Generous vacation policy, plus duvet days and mental health days to truly recharge How we value inclusion in our recruitment practices: Easyship is an equal opportunity employer. Our mission is to enable transparent, customer-centric commercial decisions. We're building the operating system for commercial strategy: one place to answer every market-facing question on pricing, products, and promotions. About the Role: We're hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations. This is a hands-on, builder-heavy role: you'll own our GTM systems and processes end to end, and we're looking for someone who leans technical, as comfortable building Salesforce Flows or a bit of Python as in a stakeholder conversation with Sales leadership. What you'll do: • Own our GTM tech stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, and the automation tools that connect them (n8n, Zapier, Claude), and take responsibility for how revenue data flows through the business. • Streamline and rebuild processes: identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone workflows and replace them with structural fixes such as new Salesforce Flows or HubSpot Workflows, cross-system automations, or system redesigns. • Build and maintain full-funnel and conversion reporting across the customer lifecycle, from top-of-funnel marketing and BDR activity through to closed revenue, giving Sales, Marketing, and leadership one consistent view of the business. • Support forecasting: build and maintain pipeline models, surface risk early, and work with sales leadership to improve forecast accuracy. • Keep cross-functional GTM projects aligned by working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, so systems and processes work for everyone. • Maintain data quality and governance across our CRM and adjacent tools, including hygiene standards, deduplication, and consistent field definitions. • Explore AI-assisted automation: you'll have room to go beyond native CRM automation with tools like Claude and pilot new approaches as our stack matures. What you'll need: • 3+ years of experience in a RevOps or Sales Ops role at a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up. • Strong administrator-level knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot, including hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and HubSpot Workflows. • Hands-on experience with a low/no-code automation platform (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar), connecting multiple systems together. • Strong business acumen and a clear understanding of how B2B SaaS go-to-market motions work, from marketing through sales to customer success and renewal/expansion. • A track record of mapping, redesigning, and optimizing processes. • Excellent communication skills and comfort managing and aligning multiple stakeholders across departments and seniority levels. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with SOQL, Apex, and Lightning Web Components. • SQL proficiency. • Experience with BI/reporting tools; knowledge of DAX is a plus. • Python or JavaScript coding experience. • Experience building with Claude or other LLMs, e.g. building plugins/skills, working through an API, or designing agentic workflows. What we offer: • Dynamic Environment: Join a truly international and diverse team where your ideas matter. • Flexible Work Model: Enjoy a remote setup with offices located in Cologne and Barcelona • Personal and professional growth opportunities • Regular company events To ensure a smooth and efficient process and that no applications are overlooked, please apply directly to the role. Enterprise Account Executive - EMEA

About Abacum Abacum is the leading Business Planning solution for finance teams to drive performance. By automating reporting, enabling collaboration, and simplifying planning and forecasting, we help finance teams shift from number crunching to driving strategic decisions. Founded in 2020 by two former CFOs, we’ve grown into a global team of 100+ people across 30+ nationalities. Headquartered in New York, we have offices in Toronto and Barcelona. We’re trusted by industry leaders such as Dish Networks, Strava, BetterUp, Kajabi, JG Wentworth, Abridge, Cortex, and hundreds more. We have raised over $100m, closing in June 2025 our $60M Series B, led by Scale Venture Partners, with the strong participation of Cathay Innovation, Y Combinator, Atomico, Creandum, and angel operators from Adyen, Zapier, and Twitch. Our mission is ambitious and we can’t do it alone - join Abacum as we build the future of Business Planning! We are looking for... An enterprise seller who already knows the Office of the CFO. You've carried a number selling planning, EPM, FP&A or finance software. You know how a CFO buys, how a steering committee stalls, and how to get a multi-stakeholder deal signed. At Abacum you'll own a named territory of enterprise and upper mid-market accounts across EMEA. Many of them run legacy planning tools or spreadsheets that can't keep up with the business. Your job is to show them a better foundation, and win. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will... • Own the full sales cycle for a named book of enterprise accounts, from first meeting to signed contract • Build and run your own pipeline through targeted outbound, events, and partner co-selling with ERP vendors and implementation partners • Sell to CFOs, VPs of Finance and Heads of FP&A, and bring IT, procurement, security and legal along the way • Run complex evaluations: discovery, business cases, proofs of concept, and competitive displacements • Forecast with discipline and keep a clean pipeline in CRM • Work with Solutions Engineering, Product and Leadership to shape deals, and feed what you hear in the market back into the roadmap What we need... • 6+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years closing enterprise deals • Experience selling EPM, FP&A, planning, or other Office-of-the-CFO software (finance, ERP, spend, or data platforms) • A track record of closing six-figure ARR deals with 3–6 month cycles and hitting or beating quota • Comfort leading multi-stakeholder deals with finance, IT, procurement and security at the table • Experience displacing an incumbent, whether a legacy system or a spreadsheet-based process • A consultative, value-based approach: you build a business case in a CFO's language • The drive to build your own pipeline, not wait for inbound • Clear, sharp written and verbal communication, including running demos with senior buyers • Based in EMEA, with the ability to travel to customers and events Bonus points if you have... • Sold with or through ERP ecosystems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics) or implementation partners • Worked in finance, or you're comfortable talking models, drivers and variances with an FP&A team • Used a structured sales method (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar) • Been an early seller at a scaling company and helped build the enterprise playbook Why sell Abacum You know the category. Here's why this is the product you want in your bag. 1. A market ready to switch. Finance teams are stuck between rigid legacy planning tools that need a rebuild every time the business changes, and spreadsheets and AI tools no one can trust. Abacum is the governed, AI-native foundation that fixes both. That's a displacement story you can tell in every account. 2. AI that stands up to a CFO. Plenty of vendors claim AI. Ours runs on a governed financial model, so the AI reasons and the math stays exact. CFOs and IT teams can trust the output, and that wins technical evaluations. 3. Faster time to value than legacy EPM. 700+ integrations and self-service data pipelines mean customers see value in weeks, not after a long implementation. That shortens your cycle and makes the business case easy to sign. 4. Channels that bring you deals. Abacum is the only FP&A platform to pass NetSuite's SuiteCloud Developer Network review, is listed on the Sage Intacct Marketplace, and is a verified Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner. Those ecosystems and our implementation partners mean co-sell pipeline, not just cold outbound. 5. A product that keeps getting stronger. New AI skills ship every week. Abacum works where finance already works: Excel, Slack, Claude and ChatGPT, through MCP-native infrastructure. You'll have something new to show every quarter. 6. Funded to win enterprise. Abacum raised a $60M Series B to scale into larger customers. You'll join as we build the enterprise motion, with the room to shape it and grow with it. What …

Revenue Operations Manager - Demand Generation

ABOUT SOSAFE SoSafe is a leading human risk management platform designed to transform the "human factor" from a security vulnerability into a proactive layer of defense. We focus on driving measurable behavior change and quantifiable risk reduction for our global customers. YOUR ROLE: ARCHITECT OF OUR DEMAND ENGINE As Revenue Operations Manager for Demand Generation, you will own the end-to-end operational architecture connecting Marketing, our SDR organization, and Account Executives into a single, cohesive pipeline creation engine. Rather than viewing demand in isolated channel silos, you will design the infrastructure, data routing, and AI-native automations that fuel both Inbound and Outbound motions. You will ensure that every inbound handoff is seamless and that outbound prospecting is hyper-targeted toward our highest-converting opportunities; directly counteracting broader SaaS industry trends where late-stage conversion rates have tightened.. WHAT YOU WILL OWN (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES) • Own the Holistic Lead & Pipeline Lifecycle: Design, optimize, and oversee the full demand funnel from initial buyer signal to Closed-Won deal. Bridge the gap between HubSpot Marketing automation, Salesloft cadences, and Salesforce CRM to eliminate lead leakage and friction. • Operationalize Our 2026 ICP & Intent Signals: Hardwire our target ICP criteria, EU mid-market organizations with 500–5,000 employees in regulated industries (Manufacturing, Healthcare, Finance, Public Sector), into our lead scoring and routing logic. Use Clay and Zapier to enrich accounts based on Microsoft 365 tech stack indicators and regulatory pressure signals (e.g., NIS2, DORA compliance deadlines). • Supercharge SDR & AE Outbounding: Build automated prospecting workflows that allow SDRs and AEs to discover, enrich, and add target ICP contacts into Salesloft cadences with one click. • Channel Efficiency & Attribution: Track and optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion metrics across all GTM motions. Capitalize on data showing that AE-sourced pipeline yields significantly higher win rates than traditional cold marketing leads, using insights to reallocate GTM focus dynamically. • Introduce AI-Native Lead Generation: Partner with our dedicated GTM Engineer to implement cutting-edge AI use cases across the top of the funnel. Drive automated lead enrichment, intent-based account prioritization, and automated meeting scheduling to maximize representative output per hour. • Pipeline Health & Target Setting: Partner with Marketing Leadership, Sales Leadership, and the Revenue Operations team to set MQL/SQL targets, track funnel velocity, and maintain a robust unweighted pipeline coverage ratio of 3-4x across all territories. WHAT YOU BRING (REQUIREMENTS) • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. • Holistic GTM Perspective: You view demand generation as a single team sport. You understand how marketing campaigns, SDR outbound cadences, AE self-prospecting, and channel partner motions interact to create a pipeline. • Tech Stack Mastery: Advanced experience administering and integrating HubSpot (Marketing Suite), Salesforce (SFDC), and Salesloft. Experience with data orchestrators like Clay, Zapier, and forecasting platforms like Clari is highly preferred. • Data-Driven by heart: Fluency across core SaaS funnel metrics, including MQL-to-SQL Conversion, Cost per Opportunity, Win Rates by Channel, CAC Payback, and Pipeline Velocity. • Process Engineering Mindset: You excel at translating complex go-to-market strategies into automated, fail-safe system logic with clear SLA governance between Marketing, SDRs, and AEs. WHY JOIN THE SOSAFE REVOPS TEAM? • A Seat at the Table: Our RevOps organization manages the entire GTM stack and architecture. You will have direct exposure to executive leaders (CRO, COO, and Director of RevOps) and have a large, visible impact on our profitability journey. • Cutting-Edge Stack: We don’t tolerate legacy tech debt. You will work with a modern infrastructure, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Clari CoPilot, and cutting-edge tools like Clay or Claude. • Team Culture: Join a highly collaborative group of operations professionals and GTM engineers who balance top-tier technical performance with wit, humility, and zero ego. And join our fun team events! What we offer* • Work/Life balance: Flexible hours, 33 vacation days • Wellbeing and financial support: Access to Open Up, corporate discounts • Connection & community: Virtual events, collaborative team activities, and opportunities for local meet-ups • And the list goes on: Tech equipment, referral bonuses, dog-friendly HQ *Perks and benefits listed above are for full-time employees and may vary slightly by office location. These are just a sample — you'll learn more during the interview process. About Us …

Solutions Engineer

At DigitalGenius, we build AI that resolves e-commerce customer service end to end: order issues, carrier problems, returns, refunds and replacements, often before the customer notices anything is wrong. Our customers include some of the biggest names in retail including On, Rapha, Air Up, Holland & Barrett, AllSaints, Honeylove, and Clarins. Role & Responsibilities: As a Solutions Engineer you are the technical owner of your clients' automation, and the person they talk to about it. You sit with a client's operations and engineering teams, decide and advise how their solution should work, build it, and stay accountable for it once it is live. If you want to be left alone to write code, this is the wrong job. Reporting to our Lead Solutions Engineer and working alongside Customer Success, your responsibilities will include: • Running scoping sessions with a client's operations and engineering teams, and working out what they actually need • Presenting your design, making the case for it, and steering clients away from approaches that will not hold up • Designing and building automation flows in the DigitalGenius platform for complex, high-volume use cases • Integrating the platform with the client's ecosystem (Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Loop, OMS platforms, carriers) via APIs and webhooks • Building custom actions in Python where a use case needs one • Prompting, tuning and evaluating the LLM components that decide what the agent does • Troubleshooting behaviour across systems, data and AI, often live with the client • Reporting results back in a way a non-technical stakeholder can act on, and growing the account into new use cases • Taking what you see in real implementations back to Product, so the platform grows in the direction clients need Location: Remote, EU-based Working hours: Aligned to UK business hours (GMT/BST) Requirements Required: • 2+ years in a technical role working directly with external clients: solutions engineering, implementation, professional services, technical consulting, technical account management, or escalation-level technical support. • Proven client-facing judgement. You can run a scoping call and explain a technical decision to a non-technical audience, push back on a request that will not work, and stay clear when something has broken in production. • Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, auth, pagination and rate limits, and the patience to find the gap between what documentation says and what an endpoint actually does. • Python. You can write/understand and debug a script, read someone else's code, and explain your design choices and how you tested them. • Hands-on experience building automations in a low-code or config-heavy tool: Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, UiPath, Salesforce Flow, Power Automate, Retool, or a vendor's own platform. • Daily use of AI tools in your own work, with a clear view of where they help and where they need correcting. • Proven experience running several client projects at once against deadlines. Preferred: • LLM work: prompting, classification, guardrails, evaluation, OpenAI or Anthropic SDKs • E-commerce and OMS, especially Shopify: orders, fulfilments, returns, refunds, webhooks • Customer service platforms: Zendesk, Gorgias, Dixa, Salesforce Service Cloud • SaaS post-sales delivery: implementations, professional services or solutions teams Benefits • Competitive Salary • Generous vacation time (25 days) + Birthday off • Environment to develop your skills without bureaucracy or red tape • Monthly wellness stipend of $210 (Lifestyle wallet) from day 1 • Ongoing subscription to Mental Health Support Platform • Paid Claude/Cursor subscription: because we want you using the best AI tools every day • Learning budget to invest in courses, books, conferences, and certifications Interview Process We keep our process transparent and respectful of your time. Here's what to expect: • Round 1 (30 mins): Intro call with our Lead Solutions Engineer. • Round 2 (1 hour): Review of a take-home technical exercise with a panel (usually two people). • Round 3 (30 mins): Conversation with our CTO and VP, Product Delivery & Support • Round 4 (20 mins): Final chat with our CEO.
