Sales Operations Manager

Remote ✓EN
T

We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. People make a difference in the big game, we may help to find the right ones. Currently, we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager for RNK Health. Type: Full-time Location: Remote About RNK Health RNK Health is a fast-growing telehealth brand. We help people get treatments like NAD+, sermorelin, tirzepatide, semaglutide, and B12 — prescribed by licensed providers and shipped to their door. We run our own ads, our own funnels, and our own sales and support team. What this job is You own the machine the sales team runs on — the systems, the data, and the deliverability. If a call gets flagged as spam, a text doesn't land, a lead routes to the wrong rep, or the dashboard lies, that's you. You make sure the team's tools work, their numbers are trustworthy, and their messages actually reach people. This is a hands-on, technical operations job. You'll configure dialers, register campaigns, chase down deliverability problems, build routing rules, and keep the reporting honest. You partner closely with the Sales Director, who owns the people and the words — you own the plumbing underneath. What you'll own • Phone and text deliverability. Our calls and texts have to land. You watch spam-flag rates, keep numbers healthy, rotate them when needed, manage local presence and branded calling, and A2P 10DLC registration. You own text delivery rates and fix blocking problems before they cost a week of revenue. You work directly with the vendors (Twilio, First Orion, and others). • Systems and tooling. Own our tools and how they connect. Configure them yourself — powerlists, dialer settings, integrations, link and UTM tracking. When the Sales Director needs a new capability, you build or source it. • Lead routing and distribution (build). The Director sets the strategy for who gets which leads; you build and maintain the routing that makes it happen — speed-to-lead rules, cadence automation, no-answer logic. • Tracking and attribution. Own how we attribute calls, links, and purchases: UTM and link structure, subscription metadata, call tracking, and pickup / connect / conversion measurement. If we can't trust the numbers, nothing else matters. • Reporting and dashboards. Own the data behind the sales dashboard — the pipeline, the definitions, the accuracy. The Director reads the numbers; you make sure they're right and available. • Testing infrastructure. The Director decides what to test; you run it cleanly — proper setup, one variable at a time, correct measurement, and a written record of results. You make sure a 'win' is really a win. • Compliance (technical). You implement the compliant opt-in flows, consent tracking, A2P registration, and subscription disclosures. You work with the Director and compliance to keep every channel legal at the systems level. Who we're looking for • Three or more years in sales ops, rev ops, or a technical operations role supporting an inside sales or call center team • You know phone systems, dialers, and CRMs well enough to configure them yourself, not just file a ticket • You've fixed a spam-flagging or text-blocking problem before and can explain exactly how • You live in spreadsheets and can build a report someone can actually trust • You understand A2P 10DLC, deliverability, and calling/texting compliance — or can get up to speed fast • You're the person who notices a number is wrong before anyone acts on it Nice to have • Experience in telehealth, supplements, weight loss, or another subscription health business • Experience with dialer tools (Kixie, Calltools, or similar), omnichannel marketing tools (Customer.io http://Customer.io, SalesMSG, or similar), CRM (Sales Force, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar), and other sales-related software (Twilio, First Orion, Plivo, etc.) • You've set up A2P 10DLC or branded calling from scratch • Light scripting / SQL, or comfort with APIs and integrations First 90 days • Days 1–30: Learn our stack end to end (Kixie, Customer.io http://Customer.io, CRM, tracking), audit our number health and deliverability, and hand us a written list of the biggest systems and deliverability leaks. • Days 31–60: Fix the top deliverability issue, clean up lead routing, and get our tracking and attribution trustworthy end to end. • Days 61–90: Stand up a reporting layer the Director and leadership can trust, and deliver a clear roadmap for tooling and deliverability for the next quarter. How to apply Send your resume plus a short note answering two questions: • Our texts start getting blocked on a Monday morning. Walk us through your first four hours. • Describe a system or deliverability problem you fixed that saved or made real money. What was broken, what did you do, and how did you measure it?

Customer Success & Retention Manager

Remote ✓EN
T

We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. People make a difference in the big game, we may help to find the right ones. Currently, we are looking for a Customer Success & Retention Manager for RNK Health. Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Working hours: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM UTC+3 (EEST) About our client RNK Health is a fast-growing telehealth brand. We help people get treatments like NAD+, sermorelin, tirzepatide, semaglutide, and B12 — prescribed by licensed providers and shipped to their door. We run our own ads, our own funnels, and our own sales and support team. What this job is You own everything that happens after the first purchase — keeping customers, winning them back, supporting them, and protecting our name. You run three teams (support, retention, and winback) through their supervisors, and you own their results: retention, refunds, CSAT, and brand reputation. If churn drops and lifetime value climbs, that's you. If refunds spike or our reviews tank, that's also you. This is a strategic leadership role — you're leading leaders, not working tickets yourself. You set the targets, build the programs, and scale the teams; your supervisors run the day-to-day. You partner with the Sales Director, who owns acquisition — you own the customer once they're ours. What you'll own • The teams (support, retention, winback). Own the results of all three through their supervisors. Set clear targets, run your leaders, and build the structure to scale headcount as we grow — global workforce management, staffing, scheduling, and coverage. • Retention and churn. Own the retention metrics end to end — churn rate, retention by cohort and by product, save rate, and lifetime value. Know why customers leave, build the plays to keep them, and prove the plays work. • Refunds. Own the refund rate and the drivers behind it. Cut the refunds that come from bad fit or bad experience — and know the difference between a refund problem and a healthy cancellation. • Winback. Own the winback engine — the offers, the cadence, and the results. Turn churned customers back into paying ones, and know the ROI of every winback offer by product. • CSAT and support quality. Own CSAT and support quality — response times, resolution, and tone. Support is the front line of the brand; keep it fast, human, and on-message. • Loyalty and lifetime value. Build and own loyalty programs, referrals, and lifecycle plays that raise LTV and make customers stick. • Brand reputation. Own how we look to the outside world — reviews (Trustpilot and others), ratings, and public feedback. Drive real reviews the right way (never fake ones), respond to the bad ones, and protect the brand. • Tools. Own the support and retention stack — Zendesk today, plus whatever we need to add. Configure it, keep it clean, and make sure it gives you the numbers to run the teams. • Staying legal. We're healthcare — support, retention, and winback all touch patients. Every message and offer follows health privacy rules (HIPAA), subscription and cancellation disclosure rules, and honest review/advertising rules (no fake reviews, no claims we can't back up). You work closely with compliance. Who we're looking for • Five or more years in customer success, retention, or support leadership, with two or more leading other leaders (managing supervisors or team leads) • You've owned retention, churn, or LTV as a number and moved it — with the data to prove it • You've scaled a support or CS team through growth, not just run a steady-state one • You're comfortable living in the data — churn cohorts, refund drivers, CSAT — and can prove a change worked • You've run a winback or save program and know the ROI of your offers • You understand brand reputation and review platforms, and you play it straight • You know Zendesk (or a comparable support platform) well enough to configure it yourself Nice to have • Experience in telehealth, supplements, weight loss, or another subscription health business • Experience with Zendesk, Trustpilot, or a loyalty/retention platform • You've built a loyalty or referral program from scratch • Comfort partnering with sales and operations functions First 90 days • Days 1–30: Learn the product and customer journey, sit in with support, retention, and winback, audit our retention, refund, and CSAT numbers, and hand us a written list of where we're bleeding customers and revenue. • Days 31–60: Set targets for each team, tighten the winback offers, and launch your first retention or refund-reduction play. • Days 61–90: Show a measurable move in retention or refunds, a plan for a loyalty program, and a staffing and scaling plan for the next quarter. How to apply Send your resume plus a short note answering two questions: • Describe a time you moved a retention or churn number. What …

We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. People make a difference in the big game, we may help to find the right ones. Currently, we are looking for a Senior C++ Engineer for Zibra AI. About our client Zibra AI is a deep-tech company building data infrastructure for spatial and physical AI. With deep expertise in 3D data compression, GPU technologies, and real-time data pipelines, the team develops technology that enables large-scale 3D datasets to be stored, streamed, visualized, and used for AI workflows more efficiently. Product Overview Zibra AI is building the data infrastructure layer for Physics AI — bringing streaming, random access, and GPU-native processing to massive 3D scientific datasets. Our goal is to make petabyte-scale simulation data as easy to access and work with as video is today. Role Overview We are looking for a senior C++ engineer to work on deep integration with ParaView and VTK, building custom readers, plugins, and visualization workflows for large scientific and engineering datasets. This role sits at the intersection of scientific visualization, high-performance C++, and large-scale data access. You will work on making massive remote datasets interactive inside ParaView, with a strong focus on progressive loading, random access, memory efficiency, and custom visualization tooling. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Develop and maintain ParaView plugins and custom readers in C++. • Integrate custom data formats and remote data sources into the VTK/ParaView pipeline. • Translate user interaction into selective data requests by field, timestep, spatial region, and resolution. • Build progressive loading and rendering workflows for datasets too large to fit fully in memory. • Implement request cancellation, caching, prefetching, and incremental scene updates. • Convert streamed data into VTK-compatible structures such as vtkUnstructuredGrid, vtkPolyData, and volumetric datasets. • Customize ParaView UI and workflows where needed for a better end-user experience. • Profile and optimize CPU, memory, network, and rendering performance. • Work with backend and GPU engineers on end-to-end data delivery. • Contribute selected generic improvements upstream to VTK/ParaView where appropriate. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Strong production experience with modern C++. • Hands-on experience with VTK and/or ParaView. • Good understanding of the VTK pipeline, readers, filters, data objects, and update requests. • Experience working with large 3D scientific or engineering datasets. • Strong understanding of memory management, multithreading, and performance profiling. • Experience with mesh, volumetric, point-cloud, or time-dependent data. • Ability to work in a complex mature C++ codebase and debug across multiple abstraction layers. • Comfortable working close to both product and low-level infrastructure teams. NICE TO HAVE • Experience writing ParaView server-manager XML, custom panels, or Qt-based ParaView UI extensions. • Knowledge of remote or distributed ParaView deployments. • Experience with CFD, FEA, CAE, HPC, or scientific computing. • Familiarity with Zarr, HDF5, ADIOS2, XDMF, CGNS, Exodus, or similar scientific data formats. • Experience with spatial indexing, LOD, progressive rendering, or out-of-core visualization. • CUDA, Vulkan, OpenGL, or GPU-data-pipeline experience. • Python experience for ParaView scripting and rapid prototyping. • Open-source contribution experience, particularly in VTK, ParaView, or related projects.

People make a difference in the big game, we may help to find the right ones. Currently, we are looking for Senior Backend Engineer for Elva. Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time ABOUT THE PRODUCT: We’re building an AI-driven video production platform that transforms ideas, references, and media fragments into structured video content. The product uses a multi-agent AI system to handle different stages of the creative process — from content analysis and scripting to editing and video production. It is designed for both professional creators and everyday users, allowing them to go from an initial concept to a finished video with significantly less manual work. The role combines hands-on engineering with architectural ownership: designing how agents interact, improving system reliability and performance, and experimenting with new AI capabilities. You’ll work closely with the product team and have significant influence over both the technical architecture and the quality of the final user experience. Our stack: • Python 3.12, FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy 2.0 (async, asyncpg), Alembic • PostgreSQL (Cloud SQL) • Google Cloud: GKE (Kubernetes + Helm), Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Secret Manager • Ory Oathkeeper (API gateway), Centrifugo (real-time), n8n (worker orchestration), KEDA (autoscaling) • Docker, GitHub Actions, Artifact Registry • pytest (asyncio) + Testcontainers • structlog, Google Cloud Monitoring / Logging What we expect: • 5+ years of professional Python development, a solid share of it on an async stack (FastAPI / aiohttp / Starlette); deep understanding of asyncio. • Strong PostgreSQL: schema design, transactions and locking, indexes, slow query analysis. • Experience designing REST APIs and webhook integrations: idempotency, retries, consistent error handling. • Hands-on performance work: profiling, metrics, load testing, and fixing the bottlenecks you find. • Docker as a daily tool; Kubernetes at the "I deploy and debug my own service" level (each service ships its own Helm chart). • A habit of writing tests (unit + integration) and taking features to production end-to-end: from design to monitoring. Nice to have: • GCP experience (or AWS/Azure with willingness to switch to GCP), Terraform. • Mobile app billing: RevenueCat, Paddle, App Store / Google Play subscriptions. • Auth systems: JWT, refresh token rotation, API gateways. • Real-time messaging (WebSocket), workflow orchestration (n8n, Airflow, Temporal, Celery). • BigQuery and analytics pipelines. • Backend experience in mobile products. What’s next? If this role sounds like a fit — we’d love to hear from you! Just send over your CV and anything else you’d like us to consider. We’ll review everything within five working days, and if your background matches what we’re looking for, we’ll get in touch to set up a call and get to know each other better.

Marketing Lead (B2B)

We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. People make a difference in the big game, we may help to find the right ones. Currently, we are looking for a Marketing Lead for Forge Point. Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time The company Forge Point is an all-in-one SEO infrastructure management platform built for iGaming operators. They give teams the tooling to run large-scale SEO operations from a single control layer, with three core products: a keyword live tracker for real-time ranking visibility, infrastructure automation for domains, auto-redirects and ban detection, and instant website & satellite building that ships content, tech, and UI/UX in one flow. They're scaling our go-to-market, and we're looking for a person who can turn that product strength into a predictable B2B pipeline. The role This is a hands-on Operational Marketing Manager role for someone with a strong B2B marketing background who is equally comfortable building demand and running the operational engine behind it. You'll own the pipeline end to end — from generating demo calls and nurturing leads to keeping the CRM clean — while acting as the connective tissue between Product, Development, and Sales. You won't be handing work off to a big team. You'll be doing the work, setting up the systems, and making sure the right message reaches the right operators at the right time. What you'll own • Pipeline generation. Build and run the B2B pipeline end to end — identify target iGaming operators, drive inbound and outbound demand, and consistently generate qualified demo calls. • CRM & marketing ops. Own the CRM (setup, hygiene, segmentation, workflows and reporting) so every lead is tracked and no opportunity leaks. • LinkedIn strategy. Own organic and outbound LinkedIn — company presence, founder/team amplification, and targeted outreach that books meetings. • PR & positioning. Own the PR strategy: narrative, media and community relationships, and thought-leadership that builds Forge Point's authority in iGaming SEO. • Cross-functional glue. Act as the operational connecting chain between Product, Dev, and Sales — translating product capability into messaging, feeding market signals back into the roadmap, and keeping sales equipped. • Reporting. Track the funnel and channel performance, and report on what's working with clear, decision-ready numbers. What we're looking for • Proven, hands-on B2B marketing experience — you've personally built and run a pipeline, not just managed one. • A track record of generating qualified demo calls and moving leads through a funnel to sales. • Strong command of CRM tools and marketing operations (segmentation, automation, reporting). • Demonstrated ownership of LinkedIn as a demand and outreach channel. • Experience shaping and executing PR / thought-leadership strategy. • An operational, systems-minded approach — comfortable connecting Product, Dev, and Sales and keeping things moving. • Excellent written English and Ukrainian and the judgement to speak credibly to a technical, operator audience. A strong plus • Experience in iGaming B2B marketing and familiarity with the operator landscape. • Hands-on with SEO tools — Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console or similar. • Understanding of SEO infrastructure concepts (domains, redirects, satellites, ban/indexation dynamics). Why join Forge Point • Real ownership — you'll build the go-to-market engine, not inherit someone else's process. • A category-defining product in a fast-moving, high-margin vertical. • Direct access to founders, product, and engineering — short path from idea to shipped. • Remote-friendly setup and a team that values people who get things done. What’s next? If this role sounds like a fit — we’d love to hear from you! Just send over your CV and anything else you’d like us to consider. We’ll review everything within five working days, and if your background matches what we’re looking for, we’ll get in touch to set up a call and get to know each other better.
