Senior Ecommerce Manager, Emerging Brands

Remote
G

We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process! About the role We're looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager, Emerging Brands at Grüns! In this role, you'll own conversion rate optimization and the website for our emerging brands: Nütrops, Müves, Immün, and Jüced, and more to come! You'll build new landing pages and optimize existing ones from idea and brief to launch using AI-powered workflows and a partnership with design and engineering team members. You will design a testing program that works for brands with far less traffic than Grüns, where speed to learning still decides growth. You'll partner closely with our marketing and growth leads to turn paid traffic into customers within our CAC targets, and work with designers and developers to keep every test moving. This is an opportunity to build a repeatable, scalable testing function for our newest brands in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment, and we also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL. In this role, you will: • Build and run a testing program in partnership with growth leads designed for low-traffic brands: fewer, bolder tests, smart sequencing, and sound read-outs on small samples, borrowing proven learnings from Grüns where they apply. • Create new landing pages and optimize existing ones for Nütrops, Müves, Immün, and Jüced from brief to launch using AI-powered workflows, increasing our speed to learning. • Track daily performance by brand and surface insights with our paid marketing team to align on actions to improve conversion and find where to scale. • Analyze user behavior (scrollmaps, heatmaps, recordings, sales data) and early customer signals (reviews, support, post-purchase surveys) to uncover friction and generate new test hypotheses. • Research customer needs to identify how customers differ between emerging brands and what's most important to address with those customers. • Build and maintain a clear testing roadmap for each emerging brand, planned together with marketing and growth leads. • Establish repeatable CRO processes (performance monitoring, landing page creation, post-test recaps) that scale as the brands grow. • Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing/growth leads to keep testing on track, ensuring cross-functional alignment and reducing delays in the CRO pipeline. We're looking for someone who: • Has 5-7 years of experience doing CRO or Ecom work at a DTC company. Experience at an early-stage or multi-brand DTC business, or running tests on limited traffic, is a plus. • Is proficient with Claude Code and Claude Design (or similar AI-assisted workflows) for landing page creation end to end, from ideation to design to copy to build. • Has vast experience with Shopify and/or other order management and sales platforms. • Is experienced managing a wide arrangement of 3rd party applications to enhance the sales process, and with integrating post-purchase and lifecycle management tools to work with growth team members on improving experiences. • Has deep experience with an analytics platform (e.g. GA4, Heap, or Adobe Analytics). • Has deep experience with a testing platform (e.g. Intelligems, FigPii, Amplitude, Kameleoon, or Statsig). Approach to the role: • Curious and analytical: Constantly digs into data (scrollmaps, recordings, test results, user testing) to understand user behavior and identify new opportunities for improvement. • Action-biased: Doesn't wait for perfect information. Moves fast, iterates often, and learns from what's live. • Collaborative communicator: Keeps designers, developers, and marketers aligned through clear, proactive updates, including planning and building the testing roadmap together with marketers. Knows how to work cross-functionally to keep projects moving. • Process-minded: Brings structure to the testing process. Knows how to brief clearly, QA effectively, and document learnings post-launch. • User-obsessed: Approaches every test and build from the lens of the user: "Where might they get stuck?" "What would motivate them more?" • Growth-oriented: Seeks feedback, asks questions, and builds skills across tools. • Decisive prioritizer: Synthesizes a broad set of data to make informed bets, picking the path expected to drive the most impact even without complete information. • Builder across brands: Comfortable running several small brands at different stages at once, and knows when a result is real and when the sample is too small to trust. • AI-driven: Obsessed with automating work and creating new workflows using AI. Compensation & Benefits: At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base …

Supply Chain Specialist

Remote
G

We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process! About the role Grüns is scaling fast, and our supply chain has to move faster than the demand. As our Supply Chain Specialist, you'll be the execution engine behind it: owning purchase orders from creation to receipt, keeping inventory and inbound data airtight, and catching risk before it ever reaches a customer. You'll work side by side with our Director of Supply Chain and directly with our suppliers, co-manufacturers, and 3PLs. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role, and the work you do will protect product availability as we grow. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL. In this role, you will: • Own day-to-day purchase order execution, moving every PO through production, shipment, receipt, and exception resolution without dropped follow-up • Run the operating cadence with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and 3PLs, so every confirmation, delay, decision, and committed date has one clear owner: you • Maintain the source of truth for available, inbound, and at-risk inventory, so the team always knows what we have, what's coming, and what's in trouble • Spot shortages, production delays, material constraints, freight risk, and inventory imbalances early, and escalate with a recommended action, not just a flag • Build Claude-powered workflows that turn raw PO, inventory, production, and freight data into exception lists, supplier communications, meeting recaps, and decision-ready summaries • Standardize reporting, documentation, and recurring workflows (and write the SOPs) so the team can handle higher volume with fewer manual errors We're looking for someone who: • Has 1-3 years in supply chain, operations, procurement, production planning, logistics, or inventory management, working close to the physical flow of product rather than only reporting on it • Has worked in or around a fast-paced CPG, food/beverage, supplements, wellness, beauty, or other physical-product business (strongly preferred) • Has coordinated directly with external suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics partners, whether in a full-time role or internship, and held them to deadlines across multiple workstreams at once • Has hands-on experience with an ERP, inventory, or order management system (NetSuite-style) and can pull and organize clean source data without help • Uses Claude or other AI tools daily for real operational work: writes strong prompts, builds reusable workflows, and validates outputs against source data before acting on them • Can point to real examples of catching a problem early and driving it to resolution Approach to the role: • Highly organized and detail-oriented, without losing sight of what matters most to the business • Proactive: follows up before the deadline, not after something is already late • Comfortable in ambiguity, and builds structure where processes are still taking shape • Takes extreme ownership: closes loops and communicates risk early • Collaborative and low-ego, while still holding internal teams and external partners accountable • Treats AI as a force multiplier on the work, never a substitute for judgment Compensation & Benefits: At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package—grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is between $80,000 – $90,000 plus bonus depending on experience. A bit about us... At Grüns, we believe that foundational nutrition should be simple and convenient for everyone. We're dedicated to bringing comprehensive and real nutrition to you through our gummies, formulated from 60 nutrient-dense and whole-food ingredients. Simply enjoy a grab-and-go snack pack of gummies daily whenever fits best in your schedule and wherever life takes you. Like you, we were disappointed. There’s an infinite number of “nutrition” companies, all focused on what’s best for them — not what’s best for you. Hundreds of products to sell you on, low-quality ingredients, and small nutrient doses. We’ve seen it all. So we decided it was time to fix it. No more choking on and popping pills like a pharmacy. No more clean-up and disgust from gross powders. And no more cobbling together handfuls to dozens of supplements. Grüns is comprehensive nutrition, made convenient and delicious. What we care about... Be the Best: We hold ourselves, our teams, and our partners to an incredibly high standard - and we raise the bar constantly. "We've never done this before" isn't an excuse here. It's an invitation. Own It: We act like our name is on the door. That means taking complete ownership of outcomes, collaborating deeply, working through roadblocks - not around them - and never waiting for someone else to …

Corporate Counsel

Remote
G

We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process! About the role Grüns is one of the fastest-growing consumer brands in the country, now part of Unilever's Wellbeing Collective, and we're hiring our second lawyer. You'll work directly with — and be mentored by—our General Counsel, a former Morrison & Foerster partner with more than a decade in consumer products, work alongside the principals and operators who built the company and are taking it to the next level, and you'll see more legal terrain in a year than many lawyers see in their entire careers: national retailer deals, creator and sponsorship agreements, litigation, advertising enforcement, brand protection, sweepstakes, privacy, IP, and whatever tomorrow brings. This role owns the day-to-day legal work that keeps the business moving — contracts, litigation management, and advertising enforcement. You'll negotiate directly with counterparties, sit with Marketing, Retail, Ops, People, and Customer Experience while decisions get made, and build the systems a fast-moving legal function needs (and improve the ones that already exist). This seat is built to grow with the person in it. And you won't be doing it alone: alongside the Grüns seat you'll have a working relationship with Unilever's commercial contracting, litigation, IP, privacy, and employment teams and the chance to partner with Unilever Wellbeing Legal — the ownership and pace of a company that's still building, with the depth and network of one of the world's largest consumer companies within reach. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL. Why this role: • Breadth you can't get in most legal roles: contracts, litigation, IP, marketing, privacy, and employment in one seat, with real ownership of each • Mentorship from a General Counsel who built this function from scratch and wants you to grow into more • The best of both worlds: the pace, ownership, and direct access to business leaders of a company that's still building, with Unilever's platform, specialist depth, and global legal network behind it • Authority from day one: you own your matters and negotiate directly with counterparties • A bigger legal team than our headcount suggests: Unilever colleagues in commercial contracting, litigation, IP, privacy, and employment, plus Unilever Wellbeing Legal, to learn from, partner with, and call on • Evaluated on impact, not hours: no billable hours and no timesheets — you're measured on your judgment, efficiency, productivity, and the value you add to the business This is not a typical legal job, and it isn't for everyone. It's for a lawyer who is thirsting for more—more responsibility, more range, more direct impact—earlier than most legal careers will offer it. If that's you, we'd like to meet you. I n this role, you will: • Own commercial contract review end to end: intake, first-turn redlines, negotiation with counterparties, practical advice to the business team, and execution across vendor, marketing and creator partnership, agency, and retailer agreements — partnering with Unilever's commercial contracting team on agreements that run through Unilever's templates and approval processes • Run litigation management: litigation holds and preservation, discovery and subpoena coordination with outside counsel and Unilever's global litigation team, a live matter and budget tracker, and regular reporting to the General Counsel and, on contentious matters, to Unilever Litigation • Lead advertising enforcement and brand protection: draft cease-and-desist and demand letters when competitors' advertising is false or misleading, track responses, recommend when a filing or challenge is warranted, and support trademark and anti-counterfeiting efforts • Build the systems that make Legal faster and smarter: a precedent and template library, negotiation playbooks with fallback positions and approval matrices, a contract repository with key terms tagged, matter and budget tracking, and guidelines for how the legal function uses AI • Handle recurring marketing and promotions work — customizing sweepstakes and giveaway rules, standard consent and opt-in language, releases — within the framework the General Counsel and Regulatory set • Coordinate with Unilever's legal teams: work with Unilever's specialist teams (IP, privacy, employment, litigation) and Unilever Wellbeing legal team when a matter requires their review or can benefit from their support, and help build shared ways of working between the Grüns and Unilever Wellbeing legal teams • Own legal operations: run intake and prioritization so the business always knows where its requests stand, and manage outside counsel budgets and invoice We're looking for someone who: • Holds a JD and an active bar license in …

Sr. Manager of Copy and Brand Storytelling

Remote
G

We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process! Hello, future Sr. Manager of Copy and Brand Storytelling This is the person currently in your role. For full dramatic effect, please read this in Dakota Johnson’s voice. I don’t like job descriptions. They’re boring, and I'm convinced no one actually reads them. Plus, I don’t think a regular JD is capable of capturing the true magic of what it is to work here. Don’t worry, there are actual bullet points down below for those of you who need things like “responsibilities” and “qualifications.” blah blah blah Here's what you really need to know: Number one: The creative team at Grüns is 1 of 1. At risk of sounding like a boomer using Gen Z slang, this job is extremely vibe-based. Nothing is that serious, except for how much everyone cares about the work and each other. In the wise words of every man who’s ever answered a Hinge prompt, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t take themselves too seriously. It’s a gummy bear brand. As long as you don’t get us sued, for God's sake, have some fun. Number two: You are, quite literally, the voice of the brand. With the help of your partner in crime, our brilliant Junior Copywriter, you’ll own pretty much everything Grüns has to say. Campaigns. Scripts. New brand launches. Collaborations. Retail. This isn’t a job for someone who waits around to be told what to do. If you think something could be better, make it better. If you have an idea, pitch it. If nobody asked for it but you think it would be fucking funny, tell our CD. That’s the beauty of this role. You have a ridiculous amount of creative freedom, and lots of times, the "Stakeholders" are the ones coming up with the crazy ideas in the first place. Number two point five: About that partner in crime. You’ll manage our Junior Copywriter. That means giving thoughtful feedback, bringing her into the bigger thinking, helping her develop her voice and instincts, and giving her room to own things herself. You should genuinely enjoy mentoring someone, not just tolerate it because “management experience” looks good on LinkedIn. Number three: You shouldn’t just be a writer. Being a great writer is obviously important, but it’s not the whole thing. You’ll concept social ideas alongside our Social Media Manager. You’ll write scripts that shape how the brand comes to life across social, TV, and whatever screen we end up on next. You’ll work with our Art Director and Creative Director to build entirely new brands from scratch. You’ll partner with our SVP and VP of Brand to flesh out collaborations. You’ll work with Legal to figure out how to say shit without getting sued. You’ll work with Retail to bring the brand to life in the aisle of your favorite overpriced grocery store. You’ll work with Growth and Ecomm to make sure the brand still feels like the brand when someone lands on the site. Basically, you’ll work with pretty much everyone. So if you’re looking for a job where someone hands you a brief, you write a few headlines, and then disappear into the night, this probably isn’t it. Number four: If you don't put your cart back at the grocery store, you need not apply. This is one of the first things I wrote to describe the Grüns brand if it were a person, but it also happens to describe the people here pretty perfectly. Nobody’s above the small stuff, nobody has an ego, and nobody leaves their cart in the middle of the parking lot. That last one hasn’t been formally verified, but I’d be devastated to learn otherwise. Alright, I’m done here. Good luck out there. And just know I’ll be extremely jealous of whoever gets this job (it’s a really good one). Actual JD or whatever: In this role, you will: • Own and evolve the Grüns voice across campaigns, launches, social, retail, partnerships, and wherever else the brand shows up. • Manage and mentor our Junior Copywriter, providing creative direction, thoughtful feedback, and room to grow. • Write scripts across TV, social, digital, and brand campaigns. • Develop campaign concepts, messaging, naming, and brand narratives. • Partner with the Social Media Manager to concept social-first ideas and recurring content. • Work alongside the Art Director, Creative Director, and SVP of Brand to develop new brands from the ground up, including positioning, naming, voice, messaging, and launch. • Partner with the SVP and VP of Brand to develop the creative narratives behind collaborations and partnerships. • Work closely with Legal to turn claims and product benefits into language people actually understand while accurately representing what our products can do. • Partner with Retail to bring Grüns to life in-store through messaging, storytelling, signage, displays, and whatever else we can convince them to let us do. • Collaborate with Growth and Ecomm to bring campaign ideas and brand storytelling to life across the site and …

Stability & Documentation Manager - R&D

Remote
G

We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process! About the role We're looking for a Stability & Documentation Manager to join our Gummy R&D team. While our formulation team is focused on getting a gummy to taste and perform the way it should, this role is focused on proving it stays that way, and keeping every document that defines a SKU accurate and current. You'll design and run the stability testing program across our gummy portfolio, determine test method compatibility, and negotiate directly with the labs we use for testing. You'll also be responsible for the full document suite on every SKU, including specs and SFPs, and you'll be the one staging specifications and signing off on them. This position reports to the Director, R&D and sits within the Product organization. Built for someone from formulation or product development who's ready to step into a role centered on judgment and accountability. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL. In this role, you will: • Run the stability testing program for the gummy portfolio, including setting up protocols, timepoints, tracking results against shelf-life targets, and presenting data to relevant stakeholders as it rolls in. • Decide whether a proposed or existing test method is actually right for a given matrix, and push back or find something better when it isn't. • Handle price and scope negotiations with third-party testing labs. • Review and maintain the document suite for every SKU, including specs, SFPs, and anything that feeds into them, so it stays accurate and audit ready. • Stage product specifications from draft through final sign-off. • Catch stability or documentation issues early, things like ingredient degradation, off-notes developing over time, or packaging interactions, before they turn into a launch or quality problem. • Collect and review formulation and ingredient document for assessment • Work with Quality, Operations, and our co-manufacturers to keep specs, test methods, and stability protocols consistent across the supply chain. • Keep a clean paper trail across the document suite so any SKU's history can be reconstructed if needed. We're looking for someone who: • Has 4+ years in R&D, quality, or product development in supplements, food, or a similar regulated category, ideally with gummy or confectionery experience. • Has designed and run stability studies, not just reviewed them, including validating test methods for complex matrices. • Knows enough about gummy chemistry to tell when a test method won't hold up, whether that's a detection limit issue, matrix interference, or the wrong extraction method. • Has negotiated with contract testing labs before, on price, scope, or turnaround. • Is comfortable owning specs end to end and signing off on them. • Has a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, serve as primary owner of document accuracy. • Can communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, co-manufacturers, and outside labs. Approach to the role: This person treats stability data and documentation as the actual source of truth, not paperwork to get through. They're comfortable signing off, pushing back, or saying "not yet" on their own, without needing someone else to make the call first. They build processes that hold up across SKUs instead of solving the same problem every time it comes up, and they negotiate well with labs while keeping everyone else in the loop on where specs and stability stand. Compensation & Benefits: At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is $115,000 -$130,000 plus bonus depending on experience, paired with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of our team. A bit about us... At Grüns, we believe that foundational nutrition should be simple and convenient for everyone. Director of Supply Chain

Remote ✓
G

We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process! About the role Our supply chain team has built something solid. We're looking for a Director of Supply Chain to take it over and take it further: leveling up how we negotiate with suppliers, building out demand planning and a real S&OP cadence, taking ownership of our logistics network end to end, and growing a small team as the work scales. You'll inherit something that runs, and you'll have the room to make it even better. This role reports directly into our VP of Operations. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL. In this role, you will: • Own the monthly supply plan across our network of contract manufacturers and pack-out partners, working from demand down to purchase orders • Take over supplier relationships directly and build a negotiation program on top of them: pricing tiers, capacity commitments, and quarterly business reviews backed by scorecards on delivery, yield, quality, and cost • Publish and own our fully burdened cost per unit, partner with Finance to track it, and find the levers to bring it down through smarter allocation and procurement • Build and run demand planning and a monthly S&OP cycle that gets Finance, Marketing, and Retail committed to one number • Design and de-risk our logistics and 3PL network, including routing and freight decisions that affect landed cost • Manage and develop your team, staying hands-on in the model while building the leadership the function needs as scope grows • Move our planning process off spreadsheets and onto a system built for it We're looking for someone who: • Has 8-12 years in CPG supply chain, with at least 3 years owning a function or a major end to end scope • Has run an asset-light contract manufacturing network: allocating volume across multiple co-manufacturers or co-packers, working within MOQs and capacity ceilings, and managing long lead times • Has a strong track record negotiating supplier agreements directly • Has owned a cost-per-unit or COGS number and can tell us the baseline, what they did, and the result • Has built a supply plan themselves in a model: net requirements, safety stock, on-hand, and open POs • Has run or stood up an S&OP process and gotten cross-functional teams to commit to a number, including an unpopular one Approach to the role: • You see a working system as a foundation, not a finish line, and you're excited to build on top of it rather than around it • You stay in the model yourself and bring recommendations, not just data • You're decisive with incomplete information. You make the call, name the assumption you're carrying, and say what would change your mind • You're commercially aggressive and relationally durable: you push hard on price and still get the call answered when you need a favor six months later • You communicate with brevity. Whether it's Finance, the CEO, or a cross-functional partner, they get what they need and nothing extra. • You move with urgency and low ego, and you don't need a lot of infrastructure to get going Compensation & Benefits: At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is $180,000-$200,000 plus incentive compensation depending on experience, paired with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of our team. A bit about us... At Grüns, we believe that foundational nutrition should be simple and convenient for everyone. Quality Assurance Manager, International

Remote ✓
G

We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process! About the role We are hiring for our first dedicated international quality hire at Grüns. You'll own the quality system for every market outside the US: product release, specifications, complaints and adverse events, incident management, contract manufacturer oversight, stability, and transit qualification. For products sold in the EU, you'll build and run the Quality Management System processes that keep us compliant with EU and local market requirements across the product lifecycle. Today these responsibilities sit informally with the US QA team. The job is to figure out where they should live, build the processes, and then run them. You'll work across Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, and our external manufacturing and 3PL partners, and you'll be the escalation point when something goes wrong in an international market. Location: While this role is part of our global remote HQ, we feel a candidate based in or around Germany or the United Kingdom will be most successful in this role. The team members you’ll be working with most are in multiple countries and time zones, so we ask that you are comfortable working a way that allows for some overlap in working hours to collaborate. More generally, we operate in a fully remote, high trust environment with teammates across multiple countries and time zones. While we work async by default, we come together in person twice a year for offsites that help us connect, align, and build real relationships IRL. In this role, you will: • Release finished products only after verifying specs, COAs, manufacturing docs, deviations, and market-specific requirements • Own consumer complaint intake and triage across level 1, 2, and 3 • Build and run traceability, recall/withdrawal, mock recall, complaint, adverse-event, and food safety incident processes for EU products • Own supplier and contract manufacturer qualification: Quality Agreements, audits, CAPAs/SCARs, deviations, change controls, investigations, ongoing performance monitoring • Run BMT testing and oversee microbiological, chemical, allergen, contaminant, nutritional, and stability testing, including OOS/OOT investigations and third-party labs • Assess quality and regulatory risk on any formulation, ingredient, supplier, process, spec, packaging, or labeling change before it ships. Even a packaging color update can get held at customs in markets like China without sign-off • Partner with Regulatory Affairs to keep formulations, specs, labels, claims, and packaging compliant by market • Own quality oversight of international manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, and distribution partners, including 3PLs • Set and monitor international quality KPIs and keep us audit-ready We're looking for someone who: • Has a minimum of 5 years of quality assurance experience in food, beverage, dietary supplement, or consumer health, with meaningful time spent on products sold outside the US • Has hands-on EU and international quality experience. You've managed quality processes for food, dietary supplement, or consumer health products sold in the EU and across multiple regulatory jurisdictions, and you understand how quality and regulatory requirements differ by market • Has working knowledge of EU food and food supplement quality requirements, including GMP and food safety requirements, HACCP, traceability and recall, allergen management, specifications, supplier and contract manufacturer controls, analytical testing, stability, change control, product release, and labeling and claims oversight. Experience across multiple EU member states is a strong plus • Has real depth in core quality systems: you've owned CAPAs, investigations, root cause analysis, specification creation, document control, and change control, not just participated in them • Has qualified, audited, and managed external manufacturers and co-packers, and held them to account • Has owned or contributed materially to a recall, withdrawal, or market action, and knows what good looks like under pressure • Is comfortable owning stability protocols and managing third-party labs • Can work across US, UK/EU, and Asia time zones with a distributed team and external partners Approach to the role: • You treat documentation as protection, not paperwork • You catch the small stuff, like a packaging color change, before it turns into a blocked shipment • You build with scale in mind, since we're small today and growing internationally fast • You bring high ownership and don't need to be micromanaged to move fast Compensation & Benefits: At Grüns, we are committed to offering a competitive total compensation package grounded in market data and aligned to our size, stage, industry, and geographic location. Senior Creative Strategist, International

Remote ✓
G

We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process! About the role As Grüns expands, we're hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to own creative for every one of those markets. This is a builder's role: you'll set the strategy, concept the campaigns, and ship the assets that make Grüns feel local everywhere we launch. You'll partner closely with our Chief International Officer and global creative team, own the full creative lifecycle from brief to performance iteration, and lay the foundation for what becomes our international creative team. Location: While this role is part of our global remote HQ, we feel a candidate based in or around the UK or Europe will be most successful in this role. More generally, we operate in a fully remote, high trust environment with teammates across multiple countries and time zones. While we work async by default, we come together in person twice a year for offsites that help us connect, align, and build real relationships IRL. In this role, you will: • Generate fresh creative concepts, briefs, and scripts on a weekly cadence for international paid media testing • Localize US creative fast and ship international-ready assets, building a repeatable pipeline (not a strategy-only seat) • Turn raw creator footage into high-performing UGC video ads at volume, with strong hooks and pacing • Run a data-driven testing framework across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snap, and iterate based on CTR, CVR, and nCAC • Develop market-specific creative concepts, not just translations, that stay culturally relevant and still feel like Grüns • Build an EFSA and GDPR-safe claim library and workflow so compliance never kills the creative • Support localized web and landing page creative for launches until we bring on a dedicated ecommerce designer • Set the foundation for an international creative team, including recommendations on when and where to add your first hire We're looking for someone who: • Has 4-7+ years spanning creative strategy, performance design, and paid media, ideally at a DTC, subscription, or consumer brand • Has actually localized and shipped performance creative across multiple countries and languages, not just translated it • Can point to real performance results, concepts they built that moved CTR, CVR, or nCAC, with the data to back it up • Has strong hands-on video editing chops (CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects) and can produce multiple variants quickly • Is fluent in Figma and can build modular, multi-language templates • Uses AI tools as a core part of their workflow, not an afterthought • Has experience working in a regulated category or with claim restrictions (nice to have, not required) Approach to the role: • Balances creative instinct with data. You chase what the numbers say works, not just what looks good • Builds systems, not one-off assets. You think in repeatable pipelines • Moves fast without cutting corners on compliance or brand tone • Communicates proactively across time zones and doesn't wait to be asked • Adapts to cultural nuance without losing the Grüns tone Compensation & Benefits: At Grüns, we are committed to offering a competitive total compensation package grounded in market data and aligned to our size, stage, industry, and geographic location. Compensation for this role will be benchmarked to the local market and may vary based on experience and country of hire. In addition to base compensation roles include a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. That means taking complete ownership of outcomes, collaborating deeply, working through roadblocks - not around them - and never waiting for someone else to solve the …

Senior Shopify Full Stack Developer

Remote ✓
G

We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process! About the role Grüns operates multiple storefronts ranging from mature businesses to pre-launch start-ups. We need a Senior Shopify Full Stack Developer to own that Shopify architecture end to end, drive our AI-powered engineering workflows, and keep the technical bar high across a lean, high-impact team. This role has full ownership from architecture to deployment and will directly shape how fast Grüns can move for years to come. We are building a foundation that lets us launch new products, new storefronts, and new markets fast without rebuilding the wheel each time, while adjusting the site experience to each product's needs. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a bi-annual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL. In this role, you will: • Own the shared theme and design system architecture across all Grüns storefronts, built for scale across current and future brands • Build best-in-class customer experiences: architect and ship major features (bundle builders, membership flows, new brand launches, international expansion) from design handoff to production • Build AI-powered engineering workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) that make you faster, and that let non-engineers on the team do more themselves • Design and implement scalable systems, shared components, and developer tooling that speed up CRO testing, new product launches, and brand rollouts • Own site performance and reliability: enforce standards for site speed, SEO/GEO readiness, accessibility, and uptime, and use monitoring tools to catch issues before they're a problem • Build and maintain integrations between Shopify Plus and backend systems like CRM, CDP, order management, and fulfillment • Execute the nCAC and retention roadmaps in production, with full QA and rollout ownership • Partner with Ecom, Growth, and Design to translate business priorities into technical milestones, estimate effort, and surface dependencies early • Champion engineering quality with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation that doesn't slow the team down • Launch new brands and storefronts onto the shared architecture as Grüns expands We're looking for someone who: • Has 7-10 years of full stack development experience, including at least 4 years building Shopify themes and apps with Liquid and React • Has a proven track record owning front-end and back-end Shopify builds end to end, from architecture to deployment, not just contributing pieces • Has built a shared theme or design system across multiple brands or storefronts (strongly preferred), and thinks in reusable infrastructure, not one-off builds • Uses AI coding tools daily as a core part of how they ship, not as an experiment • Has deep command of Shopify Plus, Liquid, React/Next.js, Node.js, Tailwind, GraphQL and REST APIs, and modern CI/CD pipelines • Has familiarity with headless commerce approaches • AWS or GCP, personalization frameworks, or additional performance monitoring experience is a plus Approach to the role: • Reaches for AI by default to move faster, and builds tools and workflows that raise the whole team's output, not just their own • Highly autonomous. Can take a Figma file and partner with the designer to build it out without needing a fully spec'd user story • Balances speed with scalability and communicates trade-offs clearly so the team can align on a pragmatic path forward • Design-minded and customer-focused. Contributes ideas that improve experience, performance, and conversion, not just tickets to close • Builds for reuse first, creating infrastructure and components that empower every brand, not just the one in front of them • Communicates clearly across design, growth, and business stakeholders so everyone stays aligned At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is $150,000-$175,000 plus bonus depending on experience, paired with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of our team. Reporting to our CEO and overseeing the R&D, Science & Regulatory, and Product Development functions, you'll be the driving force behind what Grüns brings to market next. We’re looking for a true builder – someone who knows this world deeply enough to get into the weeds with the team as needed, but is focused on building for the future, creating and scaling systems, and multiplying impact by consistently leading our high-performing team to be the best in their respective functions. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing offsites where we can connect IRL. Set a clear vision for what great looks like and ensure the team works seamlessly together to deliver. • Drive innovation strategy through the right product innovation roadmap, identifying emerging categories, ingredients, and consumer opportunities. Champion bold, evidence-backed innovation while building the right process to bring ideas to market efficiently through our in-house R&D capabilities • Create industry-leading, science-backed formulations by ensuring everything we create is efficacious, compliant, and defensible. Set the bar for how we use clinical evidence, ingredient science, and regulatory strategy as a competitive advantage. • Partner cross-functionally to deliver winning go-to-market strategies that translate product innovation into business results. Bring a commercial lens to every launch decision. • Build for quality and scale by ensuring that quality, consistency, supply chain resilience, and process efficiency are core to how we develop and launch products. We're looking for someone who: • 15+ years of progressive experience in product, with at least 5+ years leading a product or R&D organization in supplements, functional food, or adjacent CPG categories • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful consumer products from concept through commercialization • Deep fluency in formulation science, ingredient sourcing, and regulatory affairs in the supplement or food space • Experience building and leading cross-functional product teams across R&D, development, science, and quality • Strong commercial instincts; knows how to connect product decisions to brand, growth, and margin outcomes Approach to the role: • You thrive in a fast-moving, resource-efficient environment where speed and creativity matter as much as rigor • You build systems, not just solutions. When something breaks, you fix it and solve at the root by working on the thing that keeps it from breaking again • You measure excellence in the impact your team delivers to the business vs. in busyness or tasks completed • You strive to be the best at what you do and encourage your team to do the same – you’re not satisfied with good or solid, and consistently strive for excellence • You’re leveraging AI in unique ways to augment or accelerate quality of formulations and speed to market Compensation & Benefits: At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary is $350,000 + incentive compensation, paired with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of our team. A bit about us... Chief Financial Officer

Remote ✓
G

We're so happy you're here! Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process! About the role The CFO’s mission is to continue building upon Grüns' already strong finance and data function — evolving it into a best-in-class engine that empowers the entire organization to make faster, smarter decisions. Leading a team of three strong leaders, this role is about leading the strong teams below them to democratize financial intelligence across the Grüns organization: self-serve dashboards, on-demand reporting, and real-time visibility that puts decision-making power in the hands of every team member. The CFO is a relentless, collaborative business partner, never satisfied with where the business is on revenue scale or profitability, always pushing for the next point of EBITDA margin improvement across all functions and driving efficiency to fuel continued revenue growth. They will ensure Grüns scales with confidence while meeting all external requirements seamlessly in the background. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL. What success looks like: If we look ahead a year from now, the right person in this role would have: • Leveraged what we’ve built so far, found areas for improvement, and fully operationalized a goal accountability framework that keeps business initiatives tied to financial outcomes, ensuring the leadership team is consistently tracking toward revenue and profitability targets. • Driven meaningful EBITDA margin improvement across all functions and improved LTV:CAC efficiency to fuel continued revenue growth. • Delivered self-serve dashboards, templatized reporting, and real-time P&L visibility across functions so every team has the data access they need without relying on ad-hoc requests. Business decisions are democratized and exponentially quicker. • Created the conditions for a high-performing, motivated team empowering vs. micromanaging, actively developing leaders, and driving strong results and performance without burnout. • Built the systems and processes to meet all external reporting and compliance requirements seamlessly, keeping the team focused on growth. We're looking for someone with: • Relentless Growth Mindset: Always asking what it takes to get to the next level, whether that's another point of margin, better efficiency, or a faster path to revenue growth - a genuine internal drive to make the business the best it can be. Finding new opportunities across the business and proposing these opportunities to the CEO and functional leads. • Integrity and Business-First Thinking: Prioritizes the truth over “looking good”. Navigates competing stakeholder interests honestly and thoroughly rather than taking the path of least resistance. • Empowering Leadership: Leads by giving people the tools, clarity, and confidence to make great decisions vs. controlling the work directly. Actively develops their functional leaders, makes their team better than they were before. Drives sustainable high performance. • Paper Wall Pusher: Treats perceived constraints as hypotheses, not facts. When told something takes six weeks or "this is how it's done," they ask why and push for faster, smarter, or different. Actively hunts for process bloat and inherited ways of working to find improvements. • AI-Native Operator: Uses AI natively in their own workflow and actively builds AI fluency into the team's operating model. Sees AI as a core lever for scaling the function's impact without scaling headcount. • Direct, but kind: Direct and honest in every conversation, saying what needs to be said, even when it's uncomfortable. Deeply committed to the business and the people in it. Experience: • 10+ years leadership experience in a high-growth, profitable businesses; some level of physical inventory experience (CPG, retail, e-commerce, or similar) is a must • Experience leading the functions in scope - finance, accounting, data, and BizOps functions • Experience within a high-growth company that is adapting to public company practices Compensation & Benefits: At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location.
