Tremendous is the fast, free, flexible way to send bulk payouts to people in over 230 countries and regions. 20,000+ companies ranging from mom-and-pops to Google, MIT, and United Way have sent over $1 billion, saving 15 hours a month on average. In both our product and our workplace, we’re intentional about making work more efficient, flexible, and fulfilling. Tremendous is a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life. Our customers, who include marketers, researchers, HR teams, and nonprofits, rave about how quick and easy it is to use Tremendous — check the ratings on G2 https://www.g2.com/products/tremendous/reviews. Yet there’s a lot of complexity under the hood, including over 2,500 redemption options and plenty of banking infrastructure. This duality makes working here a fun challenge. Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. Join us before our next international offsite. About the role We’re looking for a Founding European SDR to help launch and scale Tremendous’ outbound motion internationally. As our first international SDR hire, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and booking meetings with high-potential prospects, while helping define how we sell into new European markets. You will partner closely with Account Executives to generate meetings and act as the first point of contact for prospective customers. This role requires strong outbound execution across email, phone, social, events, and field marketing, with meaningful ownership over account development and early market strategy. As a founding hire, you will have the opportunity to shape messaging, process, and best practices for international sales while directly impacting pipeline, revenue growth, and Tremendous’ expansion internationally. What you'll do • Work primarily to bring in new deals through outbound prospecting • Own your pipeline through cold calling first. The phone is your primary weapon; you'll be expected to make 100 cold calls per day, book meetings over the phone, and treat every unanswered call as the next opportunity to dial again. Email and LinkedIn support your outreach; they don't replace it • Collaborate with Account Executives, as well as members of our Marketing, Strategy, and RevOps teams, to develop new strategies to build our sales pipeline and grow our business • Use prospecting tools to research accounts, identify key contacts and craft targeted messaging • Learn our technology and effectively communicate our value proposition. Work to understand their goals and challenges to better understand how we can help. What you'll bring • You're fluent in both English and German, enabling you to engage prospects across our DACH markets • You pick up the phone before you open email. Cold calling isn't something you tolerate - it's how you start your day, every day, without being told to. • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding personal and professional goals, with a strong commitment to excellence in all endeavors • Curious, lifelong learner mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, staying updated on industry trends and best practices, and showing enthusiasm for applying newly acquired knowledge to improve job performance • Customer-obsessed sales approach, demonstrating a deep commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of our clients • Independent. We all work together to solve tough problems here at Tremendous, but taking pride in experimenting and finding your own answers is the best way to learn. • Collaborative. When our SDRs uncover new trends and tactics that work to set meetings, they share them with their teammates so everyone can benefit. • Ambitious. Ambition isn't a dirty word at Tremendous. We're a team of achievers collaborating on a fast-growing product and that means personal growth in both role and responsibility as well as tons of personal upside for you. What's cool about the role • Competitive pay and equity. • Base salary for this role (UK): £44K – £50K. OTE £63-71K. • Base salary for this role (Europe): €47K – €53K. OTE €67K - €76K. • Fully remote. • Great culture. Read more about how we work in our public handbook https://handbook.tremendous.com/.

Treasury Manager

Remote or hybrid | Europe (CET/EET time zone) | Crypto & Payments | Treasury & Payment Operations | Employment or B2B Our client is an established, profitable fintech operating at the intersection of crypto and traditional payments. It runs a consumer on/off-ramp platform and a fast-growing B2B infrastructure business: APIs and white-label solutions that let exchanges, neobanks, PSPs, wallets and other platforms embed regulated crypto and fiat services. The company is authorised under MiCA and PSD2 in the EU and is expanding its licence footprint, including new e-money authorisations. The culture is owner-led, high-ownership and low-bureaucracy: decisions are made quickly and close to the founders. About the role This is a hands-on Treasury Manager role in the Finance & Treasury team, reporting to the Head of Treasury. Money moves every day across dozens of bank accounts, payment providers, acquirers, exchange venues and wallets, in several currencies and jurisdictions. Your job is to make sure it is in the right place, in the right amount, at the right time, and that the company can prove it to an auditor or a regulator. You will take full ownership of operational payments, build regular cash and crypto reporting for Finance leadership, and get safeguarding reconciliation ready for the company’s upcoming e-money licences. This is an individual contributor role with real ownership: you will not just run existing processes, you will help redesign them. What you will own • Operational payments: the end-to-end invoice and salary payment cycle, including validation, approval routing, FX and release across banks and EMIs, as well as beneficiary verification, dual authorisation, returns and stuck payments. • Payment process redesign: working with Finance leadership to build a faster, well-controlled payment process: higher payment frequency, invoice checks with accounting before payment, backup approvers and the four-eyes principle kept at all times. • Cash and crypto reporting: collecting balances across banks, acquirers, PSPs, exchanges and custody accounts, and producing a signed-off cash flow report with analytics on changes in cash and crypto positions. • Safeguarding and segregation: daily safeguarding reconciliation for e-money entities once operational, and client-asset segregation and reconciliation under MiCA and PSD2, with records that stand up to review. • Regulatory and audit support: recurring returns for licensed entities and the treasury evidence pack for audit and regulator requests. • Liquidity: short-term forecasting, pre-funding of settlement and trading accounts, sweeps, and stablecoin and hot/cold float management in line with policy. • Controls and improvement: treasury policies, authority matrices and SOPs, and moving reporting and reconciliation off spreadsheets together with Finance Systems and Engineering. What we are looking for • 3–5 years in treasury or payment operations, ideally at a crypto or fintech company. • Hands-on payment execution in a company role: approval workflows, banking portals, payment file formats and segregation of duties. • Real crypto operations experience: exchange and custody accounts, stablecoin settlement, hot/cold wallet operations, on-chain verification, and network specifics such as fees, finality, memo/tag and stuck transactions. • Ownership of regular balance reporting and reconciliation in a multi-currency, multi-account environment, including resolving breaks. • Experience in a regulated environment: regulatory reporting, safeguarding or client-money rules, and audit or regulator requests. • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. • Exceptional attention to detail, precision under cut-off pressure and full discretion with sensitive financial information. • Fluent English. • Based in a time zone close to CET/EET. Nice to have • Hands-on PSD2 or EMI safeguarding reconciliation, including UK safeguarding. • MiCA/CASP crypto-asset segregation and reporting. • Experience redesigning a payment or approval process together with accounting. • Building cash flow reports and dashboards; SQL beyond the basics. • Fireblocks or a similar custody/MPC platform. • A treasury certification such as ACT or CTP. What’s on offer • Full ownership of treasury operations in a regulated crypto and payments business. • A role where you shape processes and controls, not just follow them. • A remote setup, or hybrid at the company’s European HQ, with a flat structure and fast decisions. • A full-time contract with a performance bonus. • Paid leave, health insurance and a certification budget. • A clear hiring process: HR interview, a joint interview with Treasury and Finance leadership, and a reference check. Because the role involves access to company accounts, a pre-employment background check follows the offer.

AI Enablement and Learning Specialist

Remote ✓EN
S

Superside is reinventing how its people learn, and we're looking for someone to help bring that vision to life in practical, AI-powered ways. As an AI Enablement and Learning Specialist, you'll join the Learning Enablement and Transformation team. You'll work closely with the person leading our learning strategy, turning goals and ideas into working solutions: Claude-supported resources, automated workflows, and well-organized knowledge that people can actually find and use. You'll also keep the systems and knowledge behind our learning programs in good order, so everything runs smoothly with little manual effort. This isn't a traditional L&D role. If you love working with information, enjoy building with AI and automation tools, and care about how people learn, you'll feel at home here. You'll work independently, from ideas and open problems rather than step-by-step briefs, in a fully remote, ambitious, async-first team. What you'll do • Research practical, AI-powered ways to deliver on our learning goals, and recommend what's worth implementing. • Prototype Claude-supported learning resources and automations, and turn the best ones into working solutions. • Build and launch new learning initiatives, from first idea to something people use. • Run and improve async onboarding, so new joiners get a smooth, mostly automated experience. • Organize and maintain our learning knowledge, so it's easy to find, trust and keep up to date. • Automate enrolments, reminders, tracking and reporting across our learning systems. • Look after our learning systems and tools such as Sana LMS, Notion, Claude so they stay reliable and easy to use. • Create learning content when needed, such as short modules, guides and resources. • Work with stakeholders across the company to understand their learning needs and turn them into practical solutions. What you'll need to succeed • Strong experience organizing and managing knowledge: structuring information, keeping it current, and making it easy to use. • Hands-on experience building with AI, and a real curiosity about what's possible next. • Experience with workflow automation tools and a comfort with the technical side of things. • A systems mindset: you see how the pieces connect, and you follow through until it works. • Comfort solving problems from ambiguity, turning an idea or a rough goal into a clear plan. • A people-first approach: you think about the learner and their experience, not just the tool. • Experience in learning and development, HR, enablement, or a related field is a plus, though it's not the centre of the role. • Experience with learning platforms (such as an LMS) is a plus. • Ability to create clear, simple learning content and communications. • Proactive and independent: you don't wait for step-by-step instructions. • Great written communication in English, and comfort working async in a remote team. Compensation Additional Information Why Join us? Superside's vision is to create equal opportunities globally by accelerating the world’s transition to online work. With that in mind, we're building a fully remote company that attracts people where they are. Remote-first. Customer-led. Remote isn’t just a perk; it’s how we deliver better for customers. We are fully committing to our customers by hiring top talent and collaborating seamlessly across time zones. Global team, local impact. Work in a fast-paced, high-trust environment where feedback is direct, growth is constant, and kindness leads collaboration. Impact meets opportunity. GitLab is the intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps. GitLab enables organizations to increase developer productivity, improve operational efficiency, reduce security and compliance risk, and accelerate digital transformation. More than 50 million registered users and more than 50% of the Fortune 100* trust GitLab to ship better, more secure software faster. The same principles built into our products are reflected in how our team works: we embrace AI as a core productivity multiplier, with all team members expected to incorporate AI into their daily workflows to drive efficiency, innovation, and impact. GitLab is where careers accelerate, innovation flourishes, and every voice is valued. Our high-performance culture is driven by our values and continuous knowledge exchange, enabling our team members to reach their full potential while collaborating with industry leaders to solve complex problems. Co-create the future with us as we build technology that transforms how the world develops software. • Fortune 500® is a registered trademark of Fortune Media IP Limited, used under license. Claim based on GitLab data. Fortune 100 refers to the top 20% ranked companies in the 2025 Fortune 500 list, published in June 2025. Fortune and Fortune Media IP Limited are not affiliated with, and do not endorse products or services of GitLab. An overview of this role As the Corporate Development Director, you'll help influence how GitLab invests to win: what we build, what we buy, where we partner, and what we should not pursue. This role sits within the Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships team, reporting to the VP, Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships. This role straddles strategy and M&A engagements. You'll lead research that frames GitLab's options: mapping the markets in and around our AI-powered DevSecOps platform, testing where we have a right to win, and turning that into clear recommendations for the executive team. When the answer is to acquire, you'll drive the deal process end to end, from outreach through close and integration. Success here is not measured by deal count. It looks like sharper strategic choices: a well-reasoned point of view on our priority markets, investment theses that product and executive leaders rely on, acquisitions that speed up the roadmap when buying is the right answer, and an educated no when it isn't. You'll own the wider market perspective rather than individual product categories, and work with the team's Analyst on the research behind it. What you'll do Strategy and research • Own the wider market view. Research the broader market GitLab competes in, beyond specific product categories: competitive dynamics, AI-native entrants, technology shifts and where value is moving. Collaborate with the team's Analyst on the research and turn the findings into a clear point of view on where GitLab should play. • Build an investment thesis for each focus area. Work with Product and Engineering leaders to define the problems worth solving, the capabilities GitLab needs, and what it would cost in time and money to get there on our own. • Own the competitive and landscape view. Maintain market maps and a current read on GitLab's competitors: their strategy, product direction, positioning, pricing, and M&A and funding activity. Produce competitor analyses that show where we lead, where we're exposed and how rivals are likely to move. Flag shifts by competitors, hyperscalers and AI labs that change our options, and bring the implications to Product and the executive team. • Define where GitLab should not play. Identify adjacencies that dilute focus and markets where the economics or competition work against us. Make the case for a no with the same rigor as a yes. Build, buy or partner • Run the build, buy, partner analysis. For each strategic gap, compare the options side by side on speed, cost, risk, control and strategic fit, and bring a clear recommendation. • Deliver strategic clarity to executives and the Board. Produce short strategy memos/decks and business cases that set out the decision, the trade-offs and what we give up with each path. • Feed company strategy and planning. Bring an outside-in view of the market and the inorganic options available into annual and long-range planning. • Work hand in hand with Strategic Partnerships. When partnering is the right answer, frame the opportunity and hand it to the partnership owner with a clear thesis. When it isn't, explain why. Deal execution and integration • Own end-to-end deal process management. Validate target fit against GitLab's our target profile, product roadmap and other criteria, and build the acquisition rationale and business case. Drive our M&A process from intro call through the various steps through to closing and integration. • Evaluate the deal. Develop valuation, commercial integrity assessment, impact on GitLab's business and provide negotiations assistance to the VP and …

ROLE SUMMARY Temporal is shaping the future of application development by enabling organisations to build, scale, and run resilient applications. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our Growth team and drive revenue within some of the largest and most complex enterprise organisations within Central EMEA. In this role, you will own a small portfolio of named accounts, selling to highly technical personas such as software engineers, engineering leaders, architects, and executive stakeholders. As a strategic partner to our customers, you will lead a cross functional account team, uncover expansion opportunities across multiple business units, and drive long-term adoption of Temporal’s solutions. Head of Sales

Remote ✓EN
R

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile. We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue. We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. The role We are looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead the commercial system that converts RevenueCat's market position, product signals, and customer demand into dependable revenue, regardless of that revenue coming in the form of an immediate contract, a self-serve credit-swipe, or long-term expansion. In the ‘app monetization platform’ category, RevenueCat currently has about a 90% marketshare, ranging from the biggest apps in the world (ChatGPT, Ladder, VSCO) to a long tail of 100,000+ indies and startups vying to make it big. We only power roughly 25% of in-app revenue, though: The majority of apps still tries to build this themselves. Your job will be to show them the error of their ways. Not (just) to close a deal, but because we truly, deeply believe we will help them make more money. As the Head of Sales, you’ll lead the AE and Sales Engineering teams, bringing both teams together in a single, well-oiled machine. You’ll set the functional strategy, develop talent, own forecasting and results, and you’ll personally help move important opportunities forward without becoming the required manager or closer on every deal. Why we are hiring for this role now We have more opportunities than the current team can consistently identify, prioritize and pursue. Our reputation and market position produce consistent touch points with the majority of potential prospects, without those touch points turning into economic opportunities. At the same time, we’re rapidly expanding into new markets and product areas that need more proactive sales support than we can deliver. We need a leader who can make several motions work together without forcing them into one generic process: • Complex evaluations involving technical, business, security, legal, and procurement stakeholders. • Faster mid-market opportunities that require strong qualification and commercial momentum. • Self-exploration where customer behavior reveals an opportunity before a formal handraise. • Carefully researched outbound engagement with app businesses where RevenueCat has a specific reason to be useful. • Partner-sourced and selected regional motions whose economics must be demonstrated before they are scaled. The foundations exist: Account Executives, Sales Engineers, product and usage data, a respected brand, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Product, Finance, and Customer Growth. This role will turn those ingredients into a successful Sales function. What you will be responsible for • Own the function. Set goals, metrics, operating cadences, headcount plans, budget, organization design, executive communication, and the performance bar across Sales. • Build a multi-motion Sales system. Define how strategic, mid-market, product-led, outbound, partner, and regional opportunities are identified, qualified, staffed, and advanced, across a growing product portfolio. • Create qualified pipeline beyond inbound. Develop focused account and outbound programs grounded in customer evidence, specific use cases, market events, and product signals rather than undifferentiated prospecting. • Close the coverage gap. Ensure high-potential product usage, sign-ups, inbound requests, support interactions, and target-account signals quickly result in a named owner and an intentional next action. • Build the team. We have good building blocks in place but the team needs to be significantly expanded to take on our current scale. Hire and developer exception talent, and define what makes a great sales team member at RevenueCat. • Remain close to customers. Participate in customer conversations every week and personally lead or support opportunities with unusual economic, technical, or organizational complexity. • Make the forecast useful. Establish definitions and inspection habits that distinguish real, qualified opportunity value from incomplete records, existing usage conversions, renewals, total contract value, or loosely influenced demand. • Help shape pricing and …
