Director of AI Developer Experience - Platform Engineering (x/f/m)

Remote
D

The opportunity Founded in 2013, Doctolib is Europe's leading AI and digital health company, serving 520,000 health professionals and 90 million people. We are building a new way to build software: agents doing the grunt work of writing, testing, reviewing and merging code, with engineers moving into a control-tower role to monitor and intervene. Your mission: build the tooling and workflows that let AI agents and the engineers who work alongside them test, review, ship and monitor code reliably, so Doctolib can multiply its engineering output while keeping quality and control. The role We're looking for a Director of AI Developer Experience to lead our new AI Developer Experience team, reporting to the VP Platform Engineering. You will also own the existing CI and Developer Experience scope. Doctolib is moving AI adoption from a temporary SWAT team to a permanent capability. The current team includes two Product Managers and two engineers, with more people joining through internal transfers and hiring. Your team will own: • The agent-native testing and feedback infrastructure that lets agents know, within their own workflow, whether what they built is correct. • CI/CD and build systems for the monolith and satellite services, elevated from a CI-run team into an efficient agent-testing capability. • Developer productivity measurement in the AI era DORA, autonomous change rate and complementary indicators. • The inner-loop experience: local and remote environments, onboarding, editor integration and sandboxing. Your impact Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Build the tools and workflows that allow agents to write, test, review and merge code, including evaluation, security checks and controls giving agents a fast, reliable feedback loop on whether what they build is correct. • Own testing and feedback for the monolith and satellite services, elevating the current CI setup from a CI-run team into an efficient agent-testing capability. • Own developer productivity measurement in the context of AI DORA, autonomous change rate and complementary indicators and make it visible and actionable to feature teams. • Lead the inner-loop experience: local and remote environments, onboarding, editor integration and sandboxing. • Build and organise the team, developing agentic skills internally where needed, as AI adoption shifts from a temporary SWAT team to a permanent one. • Partner with Product Engineering and Product Management to understand internal users and drive adoption. Your team Reporting to the VP Platform Engineering, Mike Aidane , you'll join the Platform Engineering leadership team alongside directors and senior EMs for Application Platform, Data Services and Platform Services. You will lead the new AI Developer Experience team, which includes Automation Platform (CI team), ILOT (Internal LLMs Ops & Training team) and TestingOps. You'll partner closely with Product Engineering, Product Management, Release Engineering, Quality Engineering, Infrastructure Platform, SRE, FinOps, Security, Privacy and Compliance, and engineering teams across France and Germany. Your profile You have led engineering organisations through large-scale Developer Experience transformations and know what it takes to ship great tooling fast, durably, and without sacrificing quality. You think in systems technical and organisational and are as comfortable setting architecture direction as you are making a hard technical call. Core qualifications: • You have led Developer Experience, Developer Productivity, Developer Infrastructure or Build/CI organisations serving 300+ engineers. You have demonstrated measurable change in how engineers work, with evidence of adoption, productivity outcomes and organisational or operating-model change. • You have deep technical credibility across CI/CD, build and test infrastructure, monorepo build graphs, test selection, caching, merge queues and flake management. You can guide architecture and trade-offs while remaining credible with Staff Engineers and strong EMs. • You have 5+ years of experience as a manager of managers: hiring, growing and levelling engineering managers and staff-plus ICs. • You are comfortable setting your own success metrics and being held to them, with strong written communication and structured thinking. • You are fluent in English. Bonus points for: • Recent exposure to AI-assisted or agentic engineering transformation, including evaluation, security, guardrails, adoption and productivity measurement. Several years of AI Developer Experience leadership are not expected — the relevant signal is strong large-scale DevEx experience combined with recent AI transformation exposure. • Experience with large legacy codebases or monoliths, or in a regulated or high-trust environment such as healthcare. You treat constraints as design inputs, not blockers. • Having led multi-country, distributed engineering organisations. Life at …

Senior Regional Marketing Lead - DACH

SoSafe is a leading human risk management platform designed to transform the "human factor" from a security vulnerability into a proactive layer of defense. We focus on driving measurable behavior change and quantifiable risk reduction for our global customers. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Lead to own pipeline and ARR growth across DACH. This is not a traditional field marketing role centred around an events calendar. We’re looking for someone who thinks like a regional growth owner — someone who can connect inbound and outbound campaigns into one engine, understand the full regional marketing mix, and make smart decisions about where to invest budget based on what actually drives pipeline and revenue. Location: Germany — hybrid or remote What you will own REGIONAL PIPELINE & GROWTH • Own the DACH marketing strategy with a clear focus on pipeline generation, revenue influence and ARR growth. • Build and run connected inbound and outbound campaigns rather than treating them as separate motions. • Own the regional outbound engine, partnering closely with SDR/BDR teams on targeting, messaging, sequences and campaign plays. • Build inbound programs across content, nurture, SEO and paid channels to generate and warm demand. • Partner with Sales to define and continuously refine target accounts based on ICP fit, intent, engagement and pipeline potential. • Use account, intent, firmographic and technographic data to prioritise where to focus. • Test new approaches such as multi-threading, trigger-based outreach and intent-led campaigns. • Continuously optimise messaging, channels and campaigns based on conversion and pipeline performance. DACH STRATEGY & BUDGET OWNERSHIP • Act as the regional marketing owner for DACH, bringing local market insight, buyer behaviour and competitive understanding into the wider marketing strategy. • Own the DACH marketing budget and decide where investment will have the greatest impact. • Move budget towards the channels and activities that are working, rather than defaulting to established ways of working. • Use events strategically — including industry events, executive roundtables and customer gatherings — as part of a broader growth strategy, rather than as the strategy itself. • Partner with Growth Marketing on paid programs across LinkedIn, retargeting, search and other relevant channels. • Work with Customer Marketing and Customer Success to turn DACH customers into references, advocates and case studies that support both new-logo and expansion opportunities. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP • Work closely with Sales and SDR/BDR leadership to align marketing activity with commercial priorities. • Partner with Product Marketing and Demand Generation to localise global campaigns and messaging for DACH. • Work with RevOps to ensure campaign performance, pipeline and revenue data are visible and actionable. ANALYTICS & OPTIMISATION • Own reporting across regional pipeline generation, account engagement, conversion and marketing-sourced/influenced revenue. • Set regional targets and forecast performance against them. • Regularly review performance with Sales and Marketing leadership, clearly identifying where to double down, change direction or stop investing. • Take a test-and-learn approach: run structured experiments, measure the results and scale what works. WHAT YOU WILL BRING • 7+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, growth marketing or a similar role, with proven experience across both inbound and outbound campaigns. • A strong track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue impact, not simply delivering marketing activity. • Experience owning a regional go-to-market strategy and turning market insight into a clear plan. • Confidence managing and allocating a marketing budget, including making decisions about where to increase or reduce investment based on performance. • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation and the relationship between Marketing, SDR/BDR and Sales. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to understand funnel performance and make commercial decisions. • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing and Demand Generation. • The confidence to present strategy, performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders. • Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity or another complex B2B sales environment is preferred. • A deep understanding of the DACH market, including local buyer behaviour and business culture. • Fluent German and English AI FLUENCY AI is part of how we work at SoSafe, and we expect everyone to be comfortable using AI to improve how they work. tools and confidence experimenting with them to make your work faster and better. If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the Role: An extensible, integration-ready enterprise-grade IAM solution is integral to Camunda’s long-term strategy. As our next Engineering Manager for Identity, you’ll lead the team that builds and delivers the Identity and Access Management (IAM) foundation that powers the entire Camunda 8 platform, both on-premise and as part of our SaaS offering. This is a key role which can have a deep impact on Camunda’s success, offering you the chance to have a direct impact on the company’s growth. As engineering manager, you will be tasked with end-to-end delivery of said solutions, and work closely with other engineering teams to ensure they are well integrated across the entire stack, making it secure, enterprise-ready, and easy to integrate at scale. You will coach and grow your team in order to deliver a high quality product within a predictable timeframe. At Camunda, we approach engineering in a holistic manner. As such, you will form strong partnerships with product management, design, QA, and sales, and work with your peers to not only deliver but directly influence the evolution of our platform to meet our customer’s needs. What You Will Do: • Own end-to-end delivery of reusable IAM components across the Camunda 8 stack—shaping authentication (multi‑protocol), authorization (RBAC), and federated organization management that work seamlessly for large, integration‑heavy enterprises. • Partner closely with multiple engineering teams, SREs, QA, and the Product Leadership Team to develop and drive a clear technical and product vision; transparently steward the roadmap and track commitments from support, incidents, and the product backlog. • Raise the bar on reliability and efficiency: keep build/release pipelines low‑effort and stable, ship security fixes within SLOs, and drive down support load, bug count, and incident rate. • Grow and coach a team of senior and developing engineers—setting clear expectations, giving actionable feedback, and creating a culture of autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement, especially in an asynchronous, remote environment aligned to the DRI model. • Help mature our SaaS offering for large scale enterprise customers, ensuring it can easily integrate with our customer’s own IAM solutions in a safe, reliable way. What You Will Bring to the Role: Must Haves: • Senior‑level technical depth in IAM and enterprise software: you can review designs, ask the right questions, and represent your team to technical and non‑technical stakeholders with clarity. • Proven track record leading medium‑to‑large delivery: you have owned 6‑month‑scale projects from inception to release, guiding 3–5+ engineers, writing solution designs and project plans, and delivering on time without micromanagement in a remote, asynchronous setting. • Hands-on experience either implementing or integrating IAM solutions; you understand protocols like OIDC and SAML and how they work in complex enterprise environments. • Strong communication and stakeholder management: you translate business requirements into actionable engineering plans, can speak with customers when needed, and drive decisive, low‑churn outcomes. • Background in product engineering for integration‑heavy B2B products (not primarily consulting), with a deep appreciation for enterprise needs around security, operability, and performance. • Ability and/or willingness to use our product …
