Remote ✓EN
W

AI engineer (agentic systems & LLM services) Location: Remote (Within +/- 2 hours of CET) Contract type: Full-time Salary: Starting from €45,000 per annum gross, subject to location, skills and experience Not Your Typical Workplace Tired of the 9-to-5 grind? Imagine a World without borders, where opportunities are endless. That's the future of work, and what we are building at WorkMotion. Our remote first team spans across the world, helping companies hire, onboard, and manage talent internationally through smart, flexible workforce solutions. Fast-paced, people-driven, and globally connected — we empower businesses to build teams without borders. More Than a Role We don’t just need an AI Engineer — we need a builder. We’re looking for someone who gets their energy from turning messy, real-world workflows (document processing, customer support interactions, contracts, sales and account operations) into reliable AI-powered services, while keeping a sharp, analytical focus on how their work delivers real business impact. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to stay in their lane. You’ll be at the center of it all — owning AI services from prototype to production: agents, LLM pipelines and the MCP tooling around them — ensuring everything you touch is reliable, measurable and secure] and aligned with our wider goals. You won’t be a solo operator. You’ll collaborate with the engineering and the product development teams, bringing everything together to ensure consistency, impact, and momentum across the board. Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity • Design, build and ship production AI services in Python (FastAPI, async), including multi agent systems and LLM-powered pipelines for document processing, chatbots and CRM automation. • Develop and maintain MCP servers and integrations that give agents safe, well-scoped access to company systems. • Build retrieval and ingestion pipelines: document parsing, chunking, embeddings and vector search, over AWS storage. • Evaluate and improve quality. This means benchmarks, regression tests, replay of real cases and prompt/playbook iteration, with cost and latency in view. • Operate what you build: containerized deployments, observability, authentication and PII safe handling of employee and customer data. • Contribute to AI governance by keeping lifecycle records, documenting risks and decisions, and supporting different ISO evidence. What It Takes to Make an Impact Here… • 3+ years of software engineering experience (backend/Python), with at least 1 year building LLM-based applications in production. • Strong Python: FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy/Alembic, async programming, pytest. • Hands-on with LLM tooling: agent frameworks (e.g. Google ADK), LiteLLM or similar gateways, tool/function calling, MCP, and RAG with vector databases. • Comfortable with Docker, AWS (S3 and related), CI/CD and observability tooling. • Critical competencies: pragmatic problem-solving, written clarity, ownership, and sound judgment on data privacy and security. • Language: fluent English (written and spoken). Bonus Points If You Bring • Experience with Salesforce, Atlassian APIs or HR/payroll/global-employment domain data. • Experience running or evaluating closed-weight and/or open-weight models or with PII anonymization and AI governance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 42001, EU AI Act). • Experience with Python/Node.js/TypeScript, as some MCP tooling is built that way. • A track record of building evaluation harnesses or benchmarks for LLM systems. Not Your Typical Team… We are a rapidly growing team of highly talented AI engineering minds, who are based all over Europe. We’re a team of motivated, and fully distributed crew that proves "remote" doesn't mean "disconnected." We don’t just “work” together — we create, challenge, and grow together. If you’re looking for an environment where your ideas are welcomed, your voice is heard, cross-collaboration on bold strategies thrive on collective brainpower and high-energy teamwork you’ll feel right at home. The Perks of Being Here • Global, remote, and thriving: We're a global team of talented individuals spread across 26 countries. Our WorkFlex program lets you work from anywhere, anytime. Whether it's a beachside office or a cosy home office, the choice is yours. • Your well-being is our priority: We know mental health matters, which is why we offer a dedicated Well-Being Day—a full day off just to recharge and relax. • Get fit and stay active: Whether it’s yoga, weightlifting, or a quick jog—work out on your terms, at a discount with our subsidized gym memberships. • Learn, grow, and develop: We believe in constant growth. Sales Development Representative (SDR) Benelux (Dutch/Flemish-speaking)

Remote ✓EN
W

Sales Development Representative (SDR) Benelux (Dutch/Flemish-speaking) Location: Remote (Within +/- 2 hours of CET) Type of Contract: Full-Time Starting Salary is €40,000 Gross annually (OTE) Uncapped commissions, Subjected to Experience, Skills and Location. Not Your Typical Workplace The Benelux market is filled with ambitious companies trapped by hiring borders. Brilliant startups in Amsterdam can't hire that perfect developer in Barcelona. Scale-ups in Brussels are losing top talent because they can't navigate global employment laws. As our Benelux Market SDR, your mission is simple but powerful: Turn Benelux into WorkMotion Territory. More Than a Role You won't just be making calls and shooting generic AI-generated outreach. You'll be the architect of first impressions, the detective uncovering growth opportunities, and the matchmaker connecting ambitious companies with borderless hiring solutions. You're not selling software; you're selling freedom from geographical limits. Your goal will be to make strategic high-volume outreach feel strategic and personal, turning every touchpoint into a stepping stone toward your 15+ qualified monthly demos. You'll become the go-to expert on every high-growth company worth knowing in Benelux. When a startup that hires remotely gets Series A funding or a scale-up announces international expansion, you'll be the first person they hear from. Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity • The "Perfect Timing" Hunt: Identify companies at their inflection point: fresh funding, new market expansion, or rapid remote hiring sprees. You master LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and AI to prioritize your target lists, contact personas and reach out at the exact moment they realize they need global hiring solutions. • The Multi-Channel Siege: Phone calls that create familiarity; written, video and voice messages on LinkedIn so relevant that they feel like they're from a trusted advisor and emails that cut through the noise. You master every channel relentlessly until prospects recognize your name. • The "Full Account Mapping" Strategy: Go beyond single-contact outreach. You master multithreading by identifying and connecting with multiple stakeholders across departments from HR directors to team leads to C-suite executives, creating a web of relationships that makes your prospects feel like WorkMotion is everywhere they look. • The "Big Fish" Strategy: Target high-growth companies already hiring remotely or ready to scale globally. Your research game is so strong, you know their pain points before they do. You will be the first one to spot a LinkedIn comment from a frustrated EOR user and reach out to show how WorkMotion will alleviate their pain. • The Strategic AE & Marketing Sparring Partner: Deliver 15+ qualified demos per month and become your AEs’ right hand by showcasing your strategic thinking, creativity and market understanding. Align closely with marketing colleagues to share feedback on current market trends and to adapt messaging and targeting together. What It Takes to Make an Impact Here… You're a "hunter" who gets energized by the chase and thrives on building something from scratch. • The Relationship Builder: You understand that B2B sales is about solving real problems, not just hitting numbers. You reach out with relevance, build trust, and become a familiar name before pitching solutions. • The Solution-Oriented Problem Solver: You laugh at "bad data" or "no contact info" as excuses. When databases come up empty, you find creative ways to locate decision-makers through alternative research methods, social and personal networks, and industry connections. • The Dutch/Flemish Native: Dutch/Flemish flows naturally from you, and you instinctively understand the cultural nuances that make Benelux companies tick. • The Research Obsessive: You dive deep into company backgrounds, funding announcements, and hiring patterns. You arrive at every conversation armed with true insights instead of generic attempts to connect. • The Resilient Challenger: 50 calls per day don’t scare you, they excite you. Booking 3 highly relevant meetings in a row gives you a dopamine hit and makes you long for more. Rejection is just data that helps you refine your approach. Requirements • Languages: Native-level Dutch/Flemish fluency and business-level English • High-Energy, Relentless & Target-Driven: You start your day with a goal, not with the hope that something will happen. If today’s goal is to book a meeting, you’re already working toward it in the first hours of the day: researching the right accounts, picking up the phone, starting conversations and creating opportunities instead of waiting for leads to land in your lap. This is not a role where you make 5 calls, send a few emails, and call it a day. There will be days when you make 50 calls, hear “no” 50 times and you still pick up the phone for call #51 because that could be the “yes.” You bring urgency, …
