Senior Regional Marketing Lead - DACH

Remote ✓EN
S

SoSafe is a leading human risk management platform designed to transform the "human factor" from a security vulnerability into a proactive layer of defense. We focus on driving measurable behavior change and quantifiable risk reduction for our global customers. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Lead to own pipeline and ARR growth across DACH. This is not a traditional field marketing role centred around an events calendar. We’re looking for someone who thinks like a regional growth owner — someone who can connect inbound and outbound campaigns into one engine, understand the full regional marketing mix, and make smart decisions about where to invest budget based on what actually drives pipeline and revenue. Location: Germany — hybrid or remote What you will own REGIONAL PIPELINE & GROWTH • Own the DACH marketing strategy with a clear focus on pipeline generation, revenue influence and ARR growth. • Build and run connected inbound and outbound campaigns rather than treating them as separate motions. • Own the regional outbound engine, partnering closely with SDR/BDR teams on targeting, messaging, sequences and campaign plays. • Build inbound programs across content, nurture, SEO and paid channels to generate and warm demand. • Partner with Sales to define and continuously refine target accounts based on ICP fit, intent, engagement and pipeline potential. • Use account, intent, firmographic and technographic data to prioritise where to focus. • Test new approaches such as multi-threading, trigger-based outreach and intent-led campaigns. • Continuously optimise messaging, channels and campaigns based on conversion and pipeline performance. DACH STRATEGY & BUDGET OWNERSHIP • Act as the regional marketing owner for DACH, bringing local market insight, buyer behaviour and competitive understanding into the wider marketing strategy. • Own the DACH marketing budget and decide where investment will have the greatest impact. • Move budget towards the channels and activities that are working, rather than defaulting to established ways of working. • Use events strategically — including industry events, executive roundtables and customer gatherings — as part of a broader growth strategy, rather than as the strategy itself. • Partner with Growth Marketing on paid programs across LinkedIn, retargeting, search and other relevant channels. • Work with Customer Marketing and Customer Success to turn DACH customers into references, advocates and case studies that support both new-logo and expansion opportunities. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP • Work closely with Sales and SDR/BDR leadership to align marketing activity with commercial priorities. • Partner with Product Marketing and Demand Generation to localise global campaigns and messaging for DACH. • Work with RevOps to ensure campaign performance, pipeline and revenue data are visible and actionable. ANALYTICS & OPTIMISATION • Own reporting across regional pipeline generation, account engagement, conversion and marketing-sourced/influenced revenue. • Set regional targets and forecast performance against them. • Regularly review performance with Sales and Marketing leadership, clearly identifying where to double down, change direction or stop investing. • Take a test-and-learn approach: run structured experiments, measure the results and scale what works. WHAT YOU WILL BRING • 7+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, growth marketing or a similar role, with proven experience across both inbound and outbound campaigns. • A strong track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue impact, not simply delivering marketing activity. • Experience owning a regional go-to-market strategy and turning market insight into a clear plan. • Confidence managing and allocating a marketing budget, including making decisions about where to increase or reduce investment based on performance. • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation and the relationship between Marketing, SDR/BDR and Sales. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to understand funnel performance and make commercial decisions. • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing and Demand Generation. • The confidence to present strategy, performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders. • Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity or another complex B2B sales environment is preferred. • A deep understanding of the DACH market, including local buyer behaviour and business culture. • Fluent German and English AI FLUENCY AI is part of how we work at SoSafe, and we expect everyone to be comfortable using AI to improve how they work. tools and confidence experimenting with them to make your work faster and better. ABOUT SOSAFE SoSafe is a leading human risk management platform designed to transform the "human factor" from a security vulnerability into a proactive layer of defense. We focus on driving measurable behavior change and quantifiable risk reduction for our global customers. YOUR ROLE: DRIVE SALES PERFORMANCE & VELOCITY As Revenue Operations Manager for Sales Excellence, you will be the strategic partner to our Sales leadership and the operational engine behind our Account Executives. Across the SaaS industry, sales cycles have recently increased by 3-4 weeks on average. Furthermore, industry-wide SQL to Closed-Won conversion rates have dropped. Your core mission is to counteract these market headwinds by optimizing our sales mechanics, critical processes, and pipeline management. You will ensure that our AEs spend less time on administrative friction and more time executing a frictionless, high-converting sales process tailored to our mid-market European buyers. WHAT YOU WILL OWN (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES) • Operationalize the 2026 ICP: Drive strict alignment with our new Ideal Customer Profile, focusing our AE efforts on corporate to mid-enterprise EU organizations with 500 to 5,000 employees. Equip the sales team to prioritize accounts in regulated industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Finance, Healthcare) that are driven by compliance mandates like NIS2 and DORA. • Optimize our Buyer Journey: Tailor our Salesforce deal stages and qualification methodology to engage the right stakeholders at the right time. Specifically, build workflows that help AEs navigate the Head of IT, who acts as the primary decision-maker in our core mid-market deals. • Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage our Clari forecasting architecture to move the sales organization from "available data" to "actionable insights." Track and optimize foundational sales metrics such as Pipeline Velocity, Average Time in Stage, and Stage Conversion. Ensure pipeline health by maintaining a target Pipeline Coverage ratio of 3-4x. • Deal Desk & Approval Processes: Own and refine the Deal Desk and commercial approval processes within Salesforce. Create a streamlined pricing and discounting framework that protects our margins while accelerating deal velocity. • Tech Stack Optimization: Maximize the ROI of our GTM tech stack, acting as the business owner for tools like Salesloft or Clari. Implement AI-driven intelligence and automation to improve rep productivity. • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the strategic bridge between CS, Sales and Marketing leadership as well as our Product Organisation to build a friction-free customer journey. Align sales processes with our target mid-market enterprise ICP (501–5,000 employee companies in highly regulated sectors). WHAT YOU BRING (REQUIREMENTS) • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Strategy ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. • Sales Process Mastery: You possess a deep understanding of B2B sales methodologies (MEDDIC etc.) and know how to hardwire these frameworks directly into CRM validation rules and sales stages. • Analytical & Financial mindset: You are highly fluent in modern SaaS and sales performance metrics. You deeply understand the mechanics of Win Rates, Sales Cycle Length, CAC Payback, Net Magic Number, and the Rule of 40. • Tech Stack Expertise: Advanced administration and architectural experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and a leading forecasting platform (Clari preferred). Familiarity with Salesloft or similar sales engagement platforms is highly advantageous. • Strategic Execution: You are not a reactive ticket-taker. You proactively analyze Pipeline Flow and Forecast vs. Actuals dashboards to identify bottlenecks and present data-backed recommendations to the CRO and Director of RevOps. WHY JOIN THE SOSAFE REVOPS TEAM? • A Seat at the Table: Our RevOps organization manages the entire GTM stack and architecture. You will have direct exposure to executive leaders (CRO, COO, and Director of RevOps) and have a large, visible impact on our profitability journey. • Cutting-Edge Stack: We don’t tolerate legacy tech debt. You will work with a modern infrastructure, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Clari CoPilot, and cutting-edge tools like Clay or Claude. • Team Culture: Join a highly collaborative group of operations professionals and GTM engineers who balance top-tier technical performance with wit, humility, and zero ego. Revenue Operations Manager - Demand Generation

ABOUT SOSAFE SoSafe is a leading human risk management platform designed to transform the "human factor" from a security vulnerability into a proactive layer of defense. We focus on driving measurable behavior change and quantifiable risk reduction for our global customers. YOUR ROLE: ARCHITECT OF OUR DEMAND ENGINE As Revenue Operations Manager for Demand Generation, you will own the end-to-end operational architecture connecting Marketing, our SDR organization, and Account Executives into a single, cohesive pipeline creation engine. Rather than viewing demand in isolated channel silos, you will design the infrastructure, data routing, and AI-native automations that fuel both Inbound and Outbound motions. You will ensure that every inbound handoff is seamless and that outbound prospecting is hyper-targeted toward our highest-converting opportunities; directly counteracting broader SaaS industry trends where late-stage conversion rates have tightened.. WHAT YOU WILL OWN (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES) • Own the Holistic Lead & Pipeline Lifecycle: Design, optimize, and oversee the full demand funnel from initial buyer signal to Closed-Won deal. Bridge the gap between HubSpot Marketing automation, Salesloft cadences, and Salesforce CRM to eliminate lead leakage and friction. • Operationalize Our 2026 ICP & Intent Signals: Hardwire our target ICP criteria, EU mid-market organizations with 500–5,000 employees in regulated industries (Manufacturing, Healthcare, Finance, Public Sector), into our lead scoring and routing logic. Use Clay and Zapier to enrich accounts based on Microsoft 365 tech stack indicators and regulatory pressure signals (e.g., NIS2, DORA compliance deadlines). • Supercharge SDR & AE Outbounding: Build automated prospecting workflows that allow SDRs and AEs to discover, enrich, and add target ICP contacts into Salesloft cadences with one click. • Channel Efficiency & Attribution: Track and optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion metrics across all GTM motions. Capitalize on data showing that AE-sourced pipeline yields significantly higher win rates than traditional cold marketing leads, using insights to reallocate GTM focus dynamically. • Introduce AI-Native Lead Generation: Partner with our dedicated GTM Engineer to implement cutting-edge AI use cases across the top of the funnel. Drive automated lead enrichment, intent-based account prioritization, and automated meeting scheduling to maximize representative output per hour. • Pipeline Health & Target Setting: Partner with Marketing Leadership, Sales Leadership, and the Revenue Operations team to set MQL/SQL targets, track funnel velocity, and maintain a robust unweighted pipeline coverage ratio of 3-4x across all territories. WHAT YOU BRING (REQUIREMENTS) • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. • Holistic GTM Perspective: You view demand generation as a single team sport. You understand how marketing campaigns, SDR outbound cadences, AE self-prospecting, and channel partner motions interact to create a pipeline. • Tech Stack Mastery: Advanced experience administering and integrating HubSpot (Marketing Suite), Salesforce (SFDC), and Salesloft. Experience with data orchestrators like Clay, Zapier, and forecasting platforms like Clari is highly preferred. • Data-Driven by heart: Fluency across core SaaS funnel metrics, including MQL-to-SQL Conversion, Cost per Opportunity, Win Rates by Channel, CAC Payback, and Pipeline Velocity. • Process Engineering Mindset: You excel at translating complex go-to-market strategies into automated, fail-safe system logic with clear SLA governance between Marketing, SDRs, and AEs. HERE'S HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE • Build the core capabilities behind SoSafe's Agentic AI Platform, including agent runtimes, model routing, tool registries and shared platform services. • Design and build production-grade platform services and developer tooling using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS and React. • Develop reusable AI infrastructure that enables engineering teams to build, deploy and operate AI agents securely and at scale. • Work hands-on with LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph and agent orchestration, solving platform challenges around governance, observability and scalability. • Own features end-to-end—from architecture and implementation through deployment and continuous improvement. • Shape the future of AI engineering at SoSafe by contributing ideas, improving developer experience and influencing platform architecture. WHAT YOU'LL BRING • Strong experience building modern full-stack applications with Node.js, TypeScript and React. • Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications or platforms using LLMs, AI agents, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP or similar technologies. • A platform mindset—you enjoy building reusable systems, APIs and tooling that help other engineers move faster. • Confidence using AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow while applying sound engineering judgment to architecture, code quality and technical decisions. • The ability to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership and solve complex engineering problems in a fast-moving environment. • Experience with developer platforms, distributed systems, infrastructure-as-code, cloud-native architectures or AI governance is a strong advantage. What we offer* • Work/Life balance: Flexible hours, 33 vacation days • Wellbeing and financial support: Access to Open Up, corporate discounts • Connection & community: Virtual events, collaborative team activities, and opportunities for local meet-ups • And the list goes on: Tech equipment, referral bonuses, dog-friendly HQ *Perks and benefits listed above are for full-time employees and may vary slightly by office location. These are just a sample — you'll learn more during the interview process. About Us At SoSafe, we’re on a mission to make the digital world safer by addressing the human factor in cybersecurity. HEAD OF SOSAFE CONSULTING SoSafe is a leading human risk management platform designed to transform the "human factor" from a security vulnerability into a proactive layer of defense. We focus on driving measurable behavior change and quantifiable risk reduction for our global customers. As the Head of SoSafe Consulting, you will lead our strategic value-add services. This position is designed for a security professional who understands that technology alone cannot solve human risk. You will operationalize a catalog of services, aligned with our security maturity framework, into a practical consulting methodology, ensuring our customers move beyond basic compliance and toward true risk mitigation. Here's how you'll make a difference: • Behavioral Framework Design: Develop a robust consulting methodology focused on driving genuine behavior change. You will translate the SoSafe Maturity Model into a high-impact "Strategic Steering" approach, ensuring that every workshop and advisory session serves as a catalyst for measurable risk reduction. • Practice Building & Operational Excellence: Act as a builder and architect of the consulting function. You will set the strategic vision, define the service catalog and operationalize the delivery model, ensuring the practice is both successful and clearly differentiated in the market. • Player-Coach Mentality: Act as a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable mentoring a team as they are leading high-stakes customer engagements. You will "lead from the front," personally delivering strategic advisory sessions for key accounts, demonstrating the standard of excellence for the entire consulting function, while simultaneously coaching, and inspiring your team to do the same. • Security Advocacy: Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for Human Risk Management. You will represent the consulting function in executive-level discussions, helping customers understand the strategic value of advancing their security maturity. • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a bridge between the field and internal teams. You will provide feedback to Product and Marketing on the real-world application of our products and services to ensure they are optimized to drive customer value. • Commercial & Entrepreneurial Drive: Approach the consulting function with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will align services with broader commercial goals and monitor the effectiveness of the program, ensuring it contributes to customer retention, expansion, and measurable risk reduction. • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders—both internally at SoSafe and externally within our customer and prospect organizations. You will navigate complex corporate environments to elevate the strategic importance of human risk management. What makes you a great fit: • Professional Experience: 8+ years in Security Consulting, Risk Management, or a related cybersecurity leadership role. You have a proven track record of advising enterprise-level organizations on security posture. • Operational Execution: Demonstrated ability to take a conceptual framework (like a maturity model) and translate it into a structured, repeatable service catalog and consulting methodology. • Strategic Advisory Skills: Highly professional communicator with the executive presence to build credibility with CISOs, Board members, and senior Risk Officers. • Risk-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of human risk and behavioral science. You are focused on moving beyond "check-the-box" compliance toward measurable risk reduction. • Analytical Competency: Strong ability to interpret behavioral data and security metrics to demonstrate ROI and progress against strategic benchmarks. • Consultative Sales Support: Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to position consulting as an indispensable value-add. • Leadership & Team Building: Experience recruiting, mentoring, and managing a professional services or consulting function, ideally within a cybersecurity environment (SaaS or external consulting). What we offer: Work-Life Balance: • Flexible hours • 33 vacation days Work Environment: • State-of-the-art tech • Annual company off-site • Regular team events Healthcare: • OpenUp Other Perks: • Referral Bonus • Learning & Development Allowance About Us We are one of the fastest-growing security awareness scale-ups worldwide.
