ABOUT POSTHOG PostHog is your product’s context layer. It ingests and stores your analytics, errors, replays, and business data so you and your agents can query and act on it. We launched out of Y Combinator's W20 cohort https://posthog.com/handbook/story. We've since shipped more than a dozen products, including: • A suite of analytics and observability tools, including product analytics https://posthog.com/product-analytics, replay vision https://posthog.com/replay-vision, AI observability https://posthog.com/ai-observability, and error tracking https://posthog.com/error-tracking • PostHog MCP https://posthog.com/mcp for users and their agents to query and act on their product and business data • Data warehouse https://posthog.com/context-warehouse/managed-warehouse so users can query product and customer data together using custom SQL insights. We are: 1. Product-led. More than 500K organizations have installed PostHog, mostly driven by word-of-mouth. We have intensely strong product-market fit. 2. Default alive https://paulgraham.com/aord.html. Revenue is growing incredibly quickly, and we're very efficient. We raise money to push ambition and grow faster, not to keep the lights on. 3. Well-funded. We've raised more than $180m from some of the world's top investors. We're set up for a long, ambitious journey. We're focused on building an awesome product for end users, hiring exceptional teammates, shipping fast, and being as weird as possible https://posthog.com/deskhog. THINGS WE CARE ABOUT • Transparency: Everyone can read about our roadmap, how we pay (or even let go of) people, our strategy, and how we work, in our public company handbook https://posthog.com/handbook. Internally, we share revenue, notes and slides from board meetings, and fundraising plans, so everyone has the context they need to make good decisions. • Autonomy: We don’t tell anyone what to do. Everyone chooses what to work on next based on what's going to have the biggest impact on our customers, and what they find interesting and motivating to work on. Engineers lead product teams https://posthog.com/handbook/wide-company and make product decisions https://posthog.com/handbook/which-products. Teams are flexible and easy to change when needed. • Shipping fast: Why not now? https://posthog.com/handbook/values#why-not-now We want to build a lot of products; we can't do that shipping at a normal pace. We've built the company around small teams – autonomous, highly-efficient groups of cracked engineers https://posthog.com/founders/cracked-manifesto who can outship much larger companies because they own their products end-to-end. • Time for building: Nothing gets shipped in a meeting. We're a natively remote company. We default to async communication – PRs > Issues > Slack. Tuesdays and Thursdays are meeting-free days https://posthog.com/handbook/company/culture#were-on-the-makers-schedule, and we prioritize heads down building time over perfect coordination. This will be the most productive job you've ever had. • Being weird: Weird means redesigning an already world-class website for the 5th time. It means shipping literally every product that relates to customer data. It means building an objectively unnecessary developer toy https://posthog.com/deskhog with dubious shareholder value. Doing weird stuff is a competitive advantage. And it's fun. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • A customer-obsessed person to take care of a large number of our larger customers. You’ll engage with them regularly to ensure their continued retention and growth. • You'll need to be incredibly helpful, technical enough to help our customers, and solve real problems without asking a sales engineer for help. • No going away and asking an expert by default. You will be the expert! • You’re great at building relationships with customers, understanding their priorities, and ensuring they are set up for success both today and in the long term. • We do not care what your old job title was. We care that you want to talk to customers, own the relationship and help them get more from PostHog. • Some of our best TCSMs used to ship code. Now they ship happy customers. Ex-dev, ex-TAM, ex-something-else? All good if you are technical and want to own customers, not just be near them! WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You’ll be the face of PostHog for anywhere from 25-40 paying customers in the $20k-$100k+ ARR range. Some of these customers will have come through our sales process and be well-known to us, while others will have self-served and never talked to us before! It'll be your responsibility to ensure that both types of customers stay with us. That means taking care of the technical side (debugging, config advice), the commercial side (pricing questions, credit renewals), and the human side (multi-threading, managing escalations). Day to day, it looks like: • Building relationships with your users. You should know who the key …

Someone to take the reins of our security operations, build out our detection pipelines, and ensure that when something goes bump in the night, we have the observability to know exactly what happened. Senior Frontend Engineer (React / TypeScript)

Remote ✓EN

About Routescanner Routescanner is the world's leading container logistics intelligence platform, helping shippers, freight forwarders, and cargo owners discover, compare, and optimize intermodal container routes based on transit times, carrier reliability, and CO₂ emissions. Our platform connects thousands of logistics professionals with actionable, real-time routing data — making global supply chains more efficient, resilient, and sustainable. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a senior frontend engineer who doesn't need hand-holding to thrive. What You'll Work On • Build and maintain a React / TypeScript frontend at real scale • Own complex UI components: route search, filtering, map-based visualization, data tables, and comparison views • Work closely with backend engineers on API contracts (REST / BFF patterns) • Integrate third-party tools including Auth0, PostHog, Sentry, and mapping/routing engines • Maintain high performance standards — lazy loading, code splitting, bundle optimization • Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Claude) as part of your daily workflow • Ship via GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines • Participate in architecture and UX decisions — your opinion will carry weight What We're Looking For Must-haves: • 5+ years of professional frontend development with React and TypeScript • Fluent in Polish and English • Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, and frontend performance • Experience working with REST APIs and designing frontend data flows • Solid command of modern CSS and responsive design • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows • Clean code as a practice — you write components your colleagues can confidently extend • Genuine ability to self-direct: you can take a loosely defined problem, break it down, and deliver Strong plus: • Experience with geospatial or data-heavy UIs (maps, charts, large tables) • Familiarity with observability and error tracking tools (Sentry, PostHog) • Background in logistics, supply chain, or B2B SaaS products • Experience with design systems and component libraries • Familiarity with testing (Vitest, Playwright, or similar) • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools How We Work • Small team, high trust — no micromanagement, no approval chains for every decision • GitHub-centric workflow — PRs, reviews, and automated pipelines keep quality high without bureaucracy • Observability-first — we monitor, alert, and fix things before users notice • Clean code culture — we refactor, we review, we don't let tech debt compound silently • AWS-native infrastructure — you'll deploy to a well-maintained cloud environment without fighting DevOps What We Offer • Competitive salary benchmarked to your market • Remote-friendly setup (we care about output, not location) • Direct impact on a product used by global logistics professionals every day • Work in a genuinely interesting domain — intermodal routing is hard, and the problems are real • A lean, senior team where your frontend decisions actually ship • AI tooling as a first-class part of the workflow — not an afterthought Are you the perfect match? Send your portfolio, CV , and a short message about why you’re the perfect match to us Want to know more? Do you have any questions about this position? Brand & Web Designer

Remote ✓EN
V

ABOUT VIKTOR Viktor is the AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does the work: reports, dashboards, code, campaigns. Our mission is to give every company an AI employee. The team is small. The scope is not. THE SHORT VERSION You own how Viktor looks, feels and works on the web. A new visual identity is about to land from our agency work. You turn it into a living web system, then make viktor.com and every landing page unmistakably Viktor and easy to use. You report to our CMO. THE HARD PART Taste at speed. Several landing pages a week, a brand still forming, and agency work to absorb. You'll inherit pages built in a rush and a template system that doesn't exist yet. Holding the bar at this pace is the job. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO • Own viktor.com end to end: home, pricing, comparison, integration, vertical and SEO pages. • Turn the new identity into web-native type, colour, imagery, motion and components. • Ship campaign, paid and launch pages and partner micro-sites, several a week, every one on brand. • Build templates so a new landing page takes a day, not a week. • Own UX on signup, pricing, paywall and trial walls. The product team owns the app. • Design and ship the variants for Marketing's experiments. HOW YOU'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING • Within your first month, a redesigned page is live in the new identity. • By month three, the identity is live across home, pricing and the top paid landing pages. • The team ships an on-brand landing page in a day. • Home and pricing are clearly better, in user feedback and in the numbers. WHO YOU ARE • Your portfolio shows live sites with real traffic and a distinctive point of view. Not mockups. • You've carried a brand identity across a full site and can explain how each page expresses it. • You think in hierarchy, flows and clarity, and you've made a page easier to use, not just prettier. • You use AI every day, from ideation and copy to imagery and code. • You ship it yourself in Next.js, React and Tailwind with Cursor or Claude Code, from design to live with no handoff for 90% of the work. PROBABLY NOT A FIT IF • Your web work is safe SaaS grey: no imagery, no point of view. • Your portfolio is test results rather than design. • You've designed brands but never shipped a live page. EVEN BETTER IF • You've run or partnered on A/B tests and read PostHog or GA without flinching. • You do motion (Lottie, Rive), illustration or 3D. • You've built a design system for a marketing site, or worked on B2B SaaS or AI-native websites. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT • Every paid click lands on your pages. Few designers get that much real audience this early. • The role can grow into leading web and brand design, or into product design. HOW WE WORK Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day. We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate. WHY VIKTOR We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. The product works. The market is pulling. This is a rare window: everyone here owns something real. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on. That doesn't last forever. Right now, it's still true. COMPENSATION Top-of-the-market salary and the kind of ownership that only exists at this stage. The best work happens when you're in the room. Munich, New York, Dublin, and Warsaw. Remote for some roles.

Martech Lead (AI Builder)

Remote ✓EN
V

ABOUT VIKTOR Viktor is the AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does the work: reports, dashboards, code, campaigns. Our mission is to give every company an AI employee. The team is small. The scope is not. THE SHORT VERSION You run Viktor's marketing machine. You pick, connect and pay for the tools we buy, and build the ones we can't buy on Viktor itself. Think product manager for the marketing org, who builds the product. Marketing can't keep pace with our growth by adding people. Every team needs tools that let one person do the work of three, and today nobody owns that. You're hands-on, with no team at the start, and report to our CMO. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO • Sit with the program leads (partnerships, paid, organic, brand, lifecycle, PMM and more), find the manual work, and automate it. • Own the marketing stack (Viktor, PostHog, Clay, Hex, the ad platforms) and decide what we keep, cut, replace or build. • Build apps, agents and scheduled workflows on Viktor, documented and simple enough for someone else to pick up. • Keep data joined up from marketing activity to signups, with Data Science owning attribution. HOW YOU'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING By day 90: • A partner OS for all our partner programs is in daily use and documented for someone else to run. • Every marketing tool and automation is mapped with owner, cost, usage and overlap. • At least one tool or set of automations is cut, with the saving shown. • Two more tools, built for two other teams, are used weekly. • Next quarter's builds are ranked by impact and agreed. WHO YOU ARE • You've shipped tools or agents with AI (Claude Code, Cursor, Viktor, Lovable or similar) that people used for months, and you fix them when they break. No engineering degree needed. • You've owned a modern marketing stack for 3+ years at a fast-moving company. You know how pipeline gets made and can defend your buy-vs-build calls. • You've built something nobody asked for, as a founder, on a side project or at an early startup. • You ship good enough today, and know when a script beats an agent and when a $50 tool beats a build. • You can turn a messy ask from a marketing leader into something the team uses every week. PROBABLY NOT A FIT IF • You configure tools but don't build, or you manage builders and no longer build yourself. • You're an engineer who doesn't know how marketing makes pipeline, or your stack experience is outbound and enrichment only. • You add tools and model calls without checking usage, cost or value. EVEN BETTER IF • You've built on Viktor, or with agents, scheduled workflows and MCP. • You're hands-on with PostHog, Clay, Hex, a data warehouse, SQL and APIs. • You've worked at a B2B SaaS or AI company, or built systems for partnerships or creator marketing. THE HARD PART Lots of half-built micro-systems to tidy up, leaders who all want something first, and a stack growing faster than anyone can track. You'll have to say no, and cut things people like. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT Your tools run Viktor's own marketing and show what the product can do. No tickets, no sprint planning. As the team grows, you own marketing systems, with the chance to build and lead a martech function. Product Engineer (m/w/d)

Unternehmensbeschreibung "Buying Labs is the leading global partner for sourcing and distributing premium consumer goods!"
