Treasury Manager

Remote ✓EN
O

Remote or hybrid | Europe (CET/EET time zone) | Crypto & Payments | Treasury & Payment Operations | Employment or B2B Our client is an established, profitable fintech operating at the intersection of crypto and traditional payments. It runs a consumer on/off-ramp platform and a fast-growing B2B infrastructure business: APIs and white-label solutions that let exchanges, neobanks, PSPs, wallets and other platforms embed regulated crypto and fiat services. The company is authorised under MiCA and PSD2 in the EU and is expanding its licence footprint, including new e-money authorisations. The culture is owner-led, high-ownership and low-bureaucracy: decisions are made quickly and close to the founders. About the role This is a hands-on Treasury Manager role in the Finance & Treasury team, reporting to the Head of Treasury. Money moves every day across dozens of bank accounts, payment providers, acquirers, exchange venues and wallets, in several currencies and jurisdictions. Your job is to make sure it is in the right place, in the right amount, at the right time, and that the company can prove it to an auditor or a regulator. You will take full ownership of operational payments, build regular cash and crypto reporting for Finance leadership, and get safeguarding reconciliation ready for the company’s upcoming e-money licences. This is an individual contributor role with real ownership: you will not just run existing processes, you will help redesign them. What you will own • Operational payments: the end-to-end invoice and salary payment cycle, including validation, approval routing, FX and release across banks and EMIs, as well as beneficiary verification, dual authorisation, returns and stuck payments. • Payment process redesign: working with Finance leadership to build a faster, well-controlled payment process: higher payment frequency, invoice checks with accounting before payment, backup approvers and the four-eyes principle kept at all times. • Cash and crypto reporting: collecting balances across banks, acquirers, PSPs, exchanges and custody accounts, and producing a signed-off cash flow report with analytics on changes in cash and crypto positions. • Safeguarding and segregation: daily safeguarding reconciliation for e-money entities once operational, and client-asset segregation and reconciliation under MiCA and PSD2, with records that stand up to review. • Regulatory and audit support: recurring returns for licensed entities and the treasury evidence pack for audit and regulator requests. • Liquidity: short-term forecasting, pre-funding of settlement and trading accounts, sweeps, and stablecoin and hot/cold float management in line with policy. • Controls and improvement: treasury policies, authority matrices and SOPs, and moving reporting and reconciliation off spreadsheets together with Finance Systems and Engineering. What we are looking for • 3–5 years in treasury or payment operations, ideally at a crypto or fintech company. • Hands-on payment execution in a company role: approval workflows, banking portals, payment file formats and segregation of duties. • Real crypto operations experience: exchange and custody accounts, stablecoin settlement, hot/cold wallet operations, on-chain verification, and network specifics such as fees, finality, memo/tag and stuck transactions. • Ownership of regular balance reporting and reconciliation in a multi-currency, multi-account environment, including resolving breaks. • Experience in a regulated environment: regulatory reporting, safeguarding or client-money rules, and audit or regulator requests. • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. • Exceptional attention to detail, precision under cut-off pressure and full discretion with sensitive financial information. • Fluent English. • Based in a time zone close to CET/EET. Nice to have • Hands-on PSD2 or EMI safeguarding reconciliation, including UK safeguarding. • MiCA/CASP crypto-asset segregation and reporting. • Experience redesigning a payment or approval process together with accounting. • Building cash flow reports and dashboards; SQL beyond the basics. • Fireblocks or a similar custody/MPC platform. • A treasury certification such as ACT or CTP. What’s on offer • Full ownership of treasury operations in a regulated crypto and payments business. • A role where you shape processes and controls, not just follow them. • A remote setup, or hybrid at the company’s European HQ, with a flat structure and fast decisions. • A full-time contract with a performance bonus. • Paid leave, health insurance and a certification budget. • A clear hiring process: HR interview, a joint interview with Treasury and Finance leadership, and a reference check. Because the role involves access to company accounts, a pre-employment background check follows the offer.

Product & Collections Manager

Remote ✓EN
O

ABOUT THE COMPANY ELOVA is a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer jewelry brand with 100K+ customers and 1,000+ reviews with a strong rating. We are a small team of about 12 people, led by three founders, and we build the brand in a serious, premium way. We sell online, launch new products at a high pace, and learn quickly from what our customers buy and love. Now we are building our product & design department from the ground up. THE ROLE You will be one of the first people on our product side and shape what ELOVA sells. You decide which products we launch, create variations of what works, and build our collections, hands-on from first idea to live product. There is no large team to hand parts of the work to, and that is the point: you see the whole process, take real responsibility, and learn fast what works and what doesn't. Supply chain and production are handled by the founders, so you can focus on product and collections. Together with you, we will build the full role and the product & design department around it. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Choose which products we sell, from supplier proposals and our own ideas, based on trends, your feeling for fashion and what our customers buy. • Create variations of our best sellers: new colours, materials, shapes and combinations that keep the range fresh. • Build our collections: decide what belongs together, how a collection tells a story and when it goes live. • Follow trends and other brands closely, and bring new ideas to the team. • List new products in Shopify, so you see your work go live from start to finish. • Help shape the product & design department as it grows. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR • You are very creative and have a strong feeling for fashion and jewelry. • You want to build a career in fashion and are excited to grow with a fast-growing, high-volume brand. • You have a fashion-related education or are close to finishing one, for example, fashion design, fashion management, or product development. • You like to work hands-on and enjoy doing the whole process yourself, including practical tasks like listing products. • You work independently, take ownership, and are not afraid to share your ideas. • You speak and write English fluently. NICE TO HAVE • Experience with jewelry or accessories, through studies, an internship, a job, or your own projects. • A portfolio or social media account where you share your creative work. • Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform. • Experience in a product, buying, or design role at a fashion or lifestyle brand. WHAT WE OFFER • A real job, not an internship: full-time (40 hours), with part-time possible from 24 hours per week. • €3,000 gross per month for a full-time position, as a starting salary. • 25 days of paid leave, plus 8% holiday pay (vakantiegeld) for positions in the Netherlands. • An employment contract, starting with a temporary contract. • Fully remote work. • The chance to build ELOVA's product & design department from day one, with real responsibility, real impact, and plenty of room to grow in role and salary. • Your designs and collections going live for 100K+ customers. • Start as soon as possible.

Performance Video Editor (Meta DTC Ads) — Remote (CET ±2h), Full-time Contract

Remote ✓EN
O

Performance Video Editor (Meta DTC Ads) — Remote (CET ±2h), Full-time Contract Our client is a US-based DTC wellness brand selling natural supplements directly to customers and growing through paid social. Meta is its main growth channel right now. The company is bringing creative production in-house, so this is a long-term, full-time role, not another short freelance gig. Why this role is worth a look • Your ads run in a real ad account and get tested. You see which ones win, and winning ads earn a bonus. • You work directly with the VP of Growth. Feedback is fast, and there are no agency layers between you and the person making decisions. • The full toolkit is provided, including Adobe and AI tools like Higgsfield. • Volume is realistic, about 6 videos per month, so there’s time to do each ad properly. • The creative team is growing: you’ll be the second full-time editor. What you’ll do • Edit short-form ads (up to 1–2 minutes) for Meta: UGC-style ads, AI voiceover ads and AI-generated animated ads • Turn scripts and raw assets into ads that hold attention: strong hooks, pacing, music and sound design • Generate AI voiceovers and, where needed, AI scenes • Make sure captions match the script exactly • Take feedback, apply it, and carry it into the next video Volume is about 6 videos per month, depending on format. We care more about quality and learning from feedback than about speed. How we work • You report directly to the VP of Growth • Tasks come through ClickUp with all assets provided. After onboarding, you work independently • We provide all tools, including Adobe and Higgsfield • Remote, with at least 4 hours of overlap with 9:00–16:00 CET • Full-time (40h/week), independent contractor agreement • Performance bonus for winning ads What we’re looking for • A portfolio of real DTC paid social ads, ideally for Meta. This matters more than years of experience or a title • Experience with UGC ads. AI voiceovers or AI animation is a strong plus • Storytelling instinct: you know when to cut, when to change the rhythm and when sound does the work • Attention to detail • English good enough to work comfortably on Slack and proofread captions Nice to have • Supplement or health/wellness ads • Experience with US-market brands • Hands-on experience with AI video tools (Higgsfield, Kling, Runway or similar) Not a fit if your background is mainly YouTube or long-form editing without paid ads. Process: a short intro call, then a paid trial on real projects. To apply, send a link to your portfolio with ad examples and briefly note your role in each: edited, concept, AI work, etc.

Compliance Officer (Regulatory Focus), E-Money & Payments

Remote ✓EN
O

REMOTE | EUROPE | E-MONEY & PAYMENTS REGULATION (EMI/PSD2) | B2B CONTRACT About the Client Our client is a global fintech operating at the intersection of crypto and traditional payments. It builds products that help people and businesses buy, sell, and exchange cryptocurrency, serving millions of customers across 180+ countries. It is self-funded, with a distributed team across Europe, Ukraine and the US. It holds a MiCA CASP authorisation and a Payment Institution (PSD2) licence in the EU, one of a small group in Europe holding both, alongside US and Canadian registrations. Two EMI authorisations are now in flight. About the Role This role owns the e-money and payments side of the regulatory pipeline: live EMI regulatory workstreams in the EEA and the UK (FCA), the safeguarding framework at the centre of both, and the post-authorisation obligations. You report to the Global Chief of Compliance. The core of the work is regulatory drafting and analysis: governance and safeguarding narratives, internal control system descriptions, policies and procedures, regulatory gap analyses and responses to regulators, written independently and defensible under regulatory challenge. This is not an MLRO or transaction-monitoring role; day-to-day AML operations sit with the MLRO and the analyst team. What You’ll Own • EEA EMI regulatory workstream with the national regulator: governance and internal control system descriptions, policies and procedures, own funds and wind-down documentation, regulator correspondence and RFI cycles • UK EMI regulatory workstream with the FCA: governance, safeguarding under the FCA’s current safeguarding rules, and the AML governance narrative for the file • The safeguarding framework across both perimeters: method, segregation, reconciliation and evidence, breach reporting, audit readiness • Post-authorisation implementation and evidencing of the EU Payment Institution (PSD2) licence and its obligations • Regulatory assessment of payment products, payment-flow changes, agent and distributor arrangements, and outsourcing • Gap analyses, thematic reviews, remediation plans, and verification that approved controls operate in practice Must Have • 5+ years in regulatory compliance (authorisation, licensing, policy and governance drafting), including 3+ years inside an EEA or UK e-money or payment institution authorised by a national competent authority. Operational AML or transaction-monitoring experience alone does not meet this requirement • Hands-on experience of an e-money or payments authorisation framework (EEA EMI/PI under EMD2/PSD2, or UK EMRs/PSRs), taken through submission and regulator review • You have personally drafted governance/ICS narratives, policies or safeguarding documentation for an authorisation file, and can name the regulator and what it pushed back on • Safeguarding: you have drafted or owned a safeguarding framework and can explain method, reconciliation and evidence • Working knowledge of EMD2/PSD2 and the UK e-money and payments regime: authorisation conditions, own funds, agents and distributors, outsourcing, wind-down • Working knowledge of DORA, AMLD/FATF standards, sanctions, outsourcing and governance requirements • Ability to navigate primary legislation and guidance independently, and to tell mandatory requirements apart from risk appetite • Fluent professional English with excellent written drafting • European engagement location with a minimum four-hour overlap with the European working day Nice to Have • An authorisation granted on a file you drafted • Safeguarding audit experience, including remediation of a qualified opinion • Payment-system access or SEPA scheme adherence handled from the compliance side • Genuine crypto exposure alongside payments (MiCA/CASP) • Awareness of PSD3/PSR and the AMLA/AMLR transition • ICA Diploma in GRC, CAMS or comparable What We Offer • Remote-first with high autonomy and minimal micromanagement • Direct collaboration with the Global Chief of Compliance and senior leadership • Work on one of Europe’s most interesting regulatory portfolios: MiCA CASP and PI already granted, with UK and EU applications in the pipeline • Your drafting goes straight to regulators, so your impact is real and visible • Self-funded, stable company without investor pressure • Medical insurance, L&D budget, performance-based financial bonus, English classes, regular team-building activities • Fintech and crypto domain: technically and legally complex, always evolving • A growing Global Compliance Team where senior expertise is trusted and heard

Conversion Copywriter & Content Lead

Remote ✓EN
O

Remote | Part-Time preferred, Fractional considered WRITE WORDS. DRIVE ACTION. PROVE THE RESULTS. Our client is a fast-growing growth agency helping managed service providers (MSPs) — the IT companies powering small and mid-sized businesses across the US — win more customers. Their growth engine combines SEO, AI search visibility, outbound, paid advertising, content, and founder-led marketing. Now they’re looking for a Conversion Copywriter & Content Lead who knows how to turn attention into clicks, conversations, and booked calls. This isn’t a role for someone who simply enjoys writing. We’re looking for someone who thinks like a marketer, writes like a copywriter, and measures success like a growth operator. WHAT YOU’LL OWN You’ll create copy across multiple channels, including: • Cold email sequences — for client campaigns and internal outbound • Paid ad copy — LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and ChatGPT ads • Landing pages — from the headline to the CTA and everything in between • Newsletters & email sequences — content that turns subscribers into leads • LinkedIn content — writing in two distinct founder voices • Infographics & carousels — shaping the message, angle, structure, and CTA while AI and designers handle the visuals You’ll have a lot of creative ownership — but the goal is always the same: Make people do something. HOW WE MEASURE SUCCESS Forget word count. Forget how “pretty” the copy looks. We care about: • Reply rates • Click-through rates • Conversion rates • Leads generated • Calls booked If the copy performs, you’re doing your job. YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF... • You’ve written direct-response copy for B2B, SaaS, tech, or similar businesses • You can show real results from your copy — not just examples of what you wrote • You’re comfortable writing in someone else’s voice and can switch between distinct personalities • You use AI as part of your workflow, but know how to challenge, edit, and improve AI-generated drafts • You have strong commercial instincts and understand why people click, reply, buy, or book • English is your native language • You can overlap with Lisbon time for at least 4 hours per day • Bonus: experience with MSPs, IT services, cybersecurity, or B2B tech THIS PROBABLY ISN’T FOR YOU IF... • Your background is mainly long-form SEO or brand storytelling • Your workflow is basically “prompt copy send” • You rely on a designer to figure out whether your copy actually works • You care more about sounding clever than getting results

Internal Auditor

Remote ✓EN
O

Remote | EU/EEA | Regulated Crypto & Payments Company | Part-time B2B Consultancy About the Client Our client is a global fintech company operating at the intersection of crypto and traditional payments. It serves millions of users worldwide through two business lines: a B2C retail platform for buying, selling, and swapping crypto, and B2B infrastructure providing on/off-ramp APIs, payouts, and compliance infrastructure for fintechs, wallets, and platforms. The company's EU operating entity holds a MiCA CASP authorisation and a Payment Institution licence under PSD2, serving EU customers and powering a regulated B2B platform that fintechs, neobanks, PSPs, and Web3 companies build on - under the company's licences. Its control environment is part of the product, not back-office overhead. About the Role The company is looking for an Internal Auditor to run the third line of defence for its EU-licensed entity. This is not a compliance role and not a monitoring role with an audit title. You audit Compliance controls - you do not execute them. You report functionally to the Management Board, you set your own severity ratings, and you deliver findings to the people who run the company, including when the finding is about them. The function already exists. The Charter, Audit Universe, Internal Audit Plan and findings register are in place and Board-approved. This is not a rebuild of the methodology - it is delivering the plan with rigour, keeping the register alive and closed out with evidence, and putting the Board and the supervisor in a position where the control environment can be answered from the file. • What You'll Do Own and maintain the risk-based Internal Audit Plan across MiCA CASP and PSD2 PI obligations, AML/KYC/CTF controls, ICT and security (DORA), custody and segregation of client assets, safeguarding of client funds, outsourcing and third-party risk, governance and financial controls. • Execute engagements end-to-end - design the programme, select samples, test controls, rate severity and regulatory impact. • Write Board-ready audit reports with findings that hold up under challenge and recommendations someone can actually act on. • Obtain remediation plans with named owners and deadlines; track and verify closure against evidence, not assertion. • Present findings and remediation status to the Management Board - quarterly updates and the annual Internal Audit Report. • Deliver the annual independent AML/CFT audit and the DORA ICT framework audit and follow-up. • Scope, direct, and challenge external specialists where an engagement needs deep technical testing. • Maintain the audit evidence that supports regulatory supervisory reviews and inspections. What We're Looking For Required • 5+ years of internal audit or internal control experience in a regulated financial services entity - bank, payment institution, EMI, investment firm, insurer, regulated fintech or crypto/VASP. Unregulated-only experience will not be considered. • Hands-on audit experience with at least one fintech, payment institution, EMI, crypto exchange or VASP - execution, not advisory theory. • Working knowledge of at least two of MiCA, PSD2, AMLD5/6 and DORA, with the ability to turn a regulatory obligation into a test programme. • Strong understanding of AML/KYC/CTF frameworks and how to audit their effectiveness. • Evidence of independence in practice - critical findings delivered to senior management or a Board and held under challenge. • Ability to run an engagement unsupervised and to make and defend a professional judgement on control severity. • Sufficient ICT and information security audit literacy to scope a DORA engagement and to direct and challenge an external technical specialist. • Fluent professional English - reports go to the Board and to the regulator as written. • Hands-on use of AI tools in audit work - planning, analysis, testing or reporting - with concrete examples. • Right to work and tax residence in the EU/EEA, with eligibility to be appointed to an internal control function of a licensed entity. Nice to Have • MiCA CASP post-authorisation audit experience. • PSD2 / EMI safeguarding, own funds and scheme-compliance audit experience. • Deep ICT / information security audit capability, including DLT infrastructure, wallet security and key management. • DORA operational resilience, outsourcing and third-party risk audit experience. • Custody and segregation-of-client-assets audit experience. • Travel rule (FATF / EU TFR) audit experience. • Experience with a Baltic or other EU financial supervisor. • Board- or regulator-facing communication experience. • CIA, CISA, ACCA or an EU-recognised internal audit qualification. • Russian or Latvian. What Makes This Role Different • This role is for auditors who want real independence, not a compliance review with an audit title. • You inherit a working function - Charter, plan, universe, and …

Senior Creative Strategist — B2C Mobile Subscription

O

Senior IC | B2C Mobile Subscription | Meta Performance Creative | Direct Response Remote | Full-time | B2B contract | Performance bonus | Equity/options. Our client is a profitable, self-funded B2C subscription SaaS company operating primarily in the US market. The company has grown from a browser-based product into a high-scale mobile subscription business approaching $1M in monthly revenue. Its products help consumers and their families stay safer from phishing, online scams, identity theft, spam, suspicious calls, and other online threats. The company operates with a lean, execution-focused team and is now building its internal creative function to support the next stage of growth in the US. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist who combines performance marketing thinking, direct-response copywriting, and hands-on creative execution. This is not a role for someone whose creative process is primarily based on replicating competitor ads or adapting existing winning concepts. Our client operates in a category with relatively few direct competitors, so the ability to develop original creative angles from first principles is particularly important. You will research audiences and markets, identify consumer insights, develop creative hypotheses, and personally write scripts for performance advertising, primarily for Meta. The ideal person understands not only what performs, but why — and can translate consumer psychology, emotion, persuasion principles, and performance data into new concepts, hooks, narratives, and scripts. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership. You will work directly with the founders and collaborate with the people involved in creative production and product, while helping build the creative function from the ground up. What You'll Do • Develop original creative angles, concepts, hooks, narratives, and testing hypotheses for Meta campaigns. • Personally write direct-response scripts from initial idea through final production brief. • Research audiences, consumer motivations, market trends, competitor advertising, and broader creative patterns. • Apply consumer psychology, persuasion principles, emotional drivers, and direct-response frameworks to creative development. • Turn concepts into clear, actionable briefs for video producers and motion designers. • Guide creative production and provide feedback to ensure the final execution preserves the intended message and hypothesis. • Analyze creative performance and use the results to understand why concepts worked or failed. • Turn those learnings into the next cycle of creative experiments. • Connect advertising concepts with the broader customer journey, including funnels, landing experiences, and paywalls. • Help establish a repeatable creative process and, as the function grows, potentially bring in additional scriptwriting support. What We're Looking For • Strong experience with B2C mobile subscription products and performance marketing. • Deep understanding of Meta performance advertising and direct-response creative. • Hands-on experience independently writing advertising scripts, hooks, and copy. • Strong creative strategy skills grounded in consumer psychology, emotion, persuasion, and marketing fundamentals. • Ability to generate ideas beyond simply reproducing competitor creatives. • Experience using performance data to develop, evaluate, and iterate creative hypotheses. • A portfolio of performance ads where you can clearly explain your personal contribution, particularly concepts and scripts you wrote yourself. • Experience with high-growth mobile consumer products; experience within the Genesis ecosystem is highly relevant. • Comfort working directly with founders in a small, flat, highly execution-focused environment. • High ownership and autonomy, with the ability to move independently from research and analysis to an executable creative concept. • Professional working English. What Will Make You Stand Out You are genuinely a student of creative performance. You actively study advertising beyond your immediate competitive set: why particular frameworks work, how different emotional and rational mechanisms influence conversion, how hooks and narratives change audience response, and how those principles can be recombined into something new. You don't need a competitor to show you the answer first. You can start with the customer, the problem, and the product - and build a compelling direct-response concept from there.

Verantwortungsbereich:
