JobRack - Recruitment Partner

Remote ✓EN
J

For recruiters who want ownership, variety, impact and a great team. $3000-$3500 | Full-time | CET timezone Hey, I'm Noel, CEO and Owner at JobRack , and I'm on a mission to build the most amazing recruitment business with the most amazing team. Here's a short video by way of introduction. There's a lot of detail below. If you don't like details, that's completely fine. It just means this role isn't for you. About us JobRack helps small businesses and start-ups in the US and Europe hire remote team members from Eastern Europe and South Africa. We're a fully-remote team of 8 just now. What sets us apart is that we actually know each other, support each other, and share one goal: helping our clients hire amazing candidates. Clients work with us for three reasons: We find them people they couldn't find themselves We give them a lot of help and support to hire successfully We're confident enough in our service to offer a one-year guarantee We recruit across ecommerce and DTC marketing, creative and paid social, SEO and content, customer support, operations and project management, professional services, legal, executive assistance, finance, sales and tech. You can hear from our clients at https://jobrack.eu/testimonials Here’s some of the comments we get from candidates: I had a great experience with Jobrack. They helped me get a great job, and Chelsea was very helpful and professional from start to finish. The overall process was quite smooth. I had a phenomenal experience with JobRack! Thank you for helping me get my dream job. They were very thoughtful, communicative, provided regular feedback throughout the process. I felt supported all the way. Our core values: • We have clarity - we know where we're going and what's expected of us • We work with focused speed • We are positive and professional • We wow our clients • We constantly improve • Above all, we are helpful and friendly. Our culture is fun, rewarding, high-achieving and focused on getting things done. We're a small team doing great work and having a good laugh along the way! Why this role exists? Here's the honest version. Our clients are business owners. They're busy, they're often hiring for something they've never hired for before, and they're trusting us with a decision that really matters to them. What they need isn't someone who takes the brief and disappears. They need someone who sits with them, asks the questions they hadn't thought of, tells them when something won't work, and genuinely gets excited about the person they end up hiring. That's what a Recruitment Partner does. Partner is the important word. You're not taking orders and you're not just filling a vacancy. You're their equal in the conversation, and we have clients who come back again and again because of how it felt to work with us. You'll work on all kinds of roles. We hire a lot in ecommerce, DTC marketing, creative, SEO, content, customer support, ops and project management, executive assistants, and finance too. But you'll also work on roles involving software engineers, developers, data or product. Good solid tech roles, and we want someone who genuinely enjoys them rather than tolerates them. You'll join a small recruitment team and report to Chelsea, our Recruitment Lead. You’ll get short feedback loops, quick decisions, and a lot of trust. You'll also be working alongside our Sourcing Specialist, who does the heavy lifting on finding candidates. You'll still get stuck into sourcing when a role needs it, and you'll need to be good at it, but you won't be spending your days in a boolean search. Your time goes to clients, candidates and getting hires across the line. What you'll do Look after your clients really well. Run the onboarding call, understand their business, and stay close to them through the whole process. They should finish every call feeling clearer and more confident than when they started. Find brilliant people. Work with our Sourcing Specialist to build shortlists that make a client's decision easy. Take on the briefs. You'll work across a mix of technical and non-technical roles, and we expect you to know your stuff before you dive in. Thoroughly research the client, the role, the market and what good looks like so you're properly prepared before speaking to candidates or going back to the client. Interview like you mean it. Get past the CV to what actually makes someone right for this business, this founder, this team. Keep candidates in the loop. Scheduling, tasks, feedback, the lot. Nobody should ever be left wondering where they stand with us. Say the hard thing kindly. If a salary won't buy what a client wants, tell them. If a spec is unrealistic, say so early. Clients thank us for this. Own your roles. Drive the strategy, watch the numbers, and take real pride in the result. Requirements What you need to excel 5+ years as a recruiter in an agency environment, …

Verantwortungsbereich:

Look after your clients really well. Run the onboarding call, understand their business, and stay close to them through the whole process.

Nonsensical - Affiliate Executive (TikTok Shop)

Affiliate Executive (TikTok Shop): support creator outreach, product sampling and affiliate campaigns that turn great content into sales. £2.6k-£2.9k/month | Full-time | UK hours We're Nonsensical , a TikTok-first agency built on passion, curiosity, creativity and honesty. We help brands show up, stand out and blow up on TikTok, from viral hospitality brands to global B2B, finance, beauty and retail clients. As part of our growing TikTok Shop offering, you'll help build affiliate communities that produce brilliant content and drive commercial results. You'll work alongside the Affiliate Manager and our Shop, influencer, content, strategy and client teams. We're looking for an Affiliate Executive to support the delivery and growth of TikTok Shop affiliate programmes for our clients. You'll be hands-on across creator recruitment, outreach, product sampling, relationships, campaign activation and performance tracking. This goes beyond traditional influencer marketing: you'll think commercially and use performance data to help the team turn successful creators and content into repeatable growth. Here's what you'll be doing: Support the Affiliate Manager in delivering TikTok Shop affiliate programmes across client accounts, from new launches to established programmes. Find and reach out to potential affiliates through direct outreach and TikTok’s creator tools, looking at creator fit and Shop performance rather than follower count alone. Handle day-to-day creator communication, onboarding and approvals, and keep affiliate pipelines organised across clients and campaigns. Coordinate product samples: confirm creator details, track deliveries, and follow up on posting. Keep affiliate trackers and reports up to date (active affiliates, content posted, sales), and flag what’s working to the team. Help keep creators engaged so they keep posting, not just once. You'll work closely with the Affiliate Manager and our Shop, influencer, content, strategy and client teams, learning as you help build affiliate communities that create brilliant content and drive commercial results. Requirements To be successful in this role, you need: An understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate, TikTok culture and social commerce, with an interest in what motivates creators to promote products. Experience communicating with creators or influencers, strong written communication for outreach, and the ability to build relationships and motivate creators. Strong organisation and attention to detail when juggling creator conversations, campaigns, deadlines, pipelines, samples and campaign information. Confidence working with data and using performance insights to inform decisions. Brownie points for: Experience with TikTok Shop creators or affiliates, Seller Center or affiliate tools, and creator gifting or product sampling campaigns. Knowledge of TikTok LIVE commerce and paid amplification, including how strong affiliate content can support wider TikTok campaigns. You're proactive: you spot opportunities, ask questions and take action. You're comfortable in a fast-moving environment where platform features and best practices change quickly, and you're keen to learn more about TikTok Shop affiliate and social commerce. This is a hands-on role where curiosity, organisation and a willingness to develop matter. Benefits What’s in it for you? £2,600-£2,900 per month* Full-time Fully remote PTO included in your contract (varies depending on location) Flexibility on sick days and appointments without deducting PTO *Salary is based on UK equivalent rates and will be discussed during the interview process. *Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are happy to work remotely as an independent contractor. This is our typical hiring process - occasionally, it may include extra steps. Downeast Cider - Customer Success Specialist

Remote ✓EN
J

Own the customer experience at Downeast Cider. Help wholesale customers get the right products at the right time. Remote, flexible hours. $2,250-$2,500/month | Full-time | US Eastern Watch the video from Brian, Director of Supply Chain at Downeast Cider. We're Downeast Cider , a ~100-person cider manufacturer based in Boston. We make great cider. We've got production, packaging, supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance teams. Here's what's interesting: we have no in-house software engineering or IT function. Zero. And until recently, that was fine. Then we started experimenting with AI. Claude Code. ChatGPT. Internal workflow tools. One of our team members vibe-coded an order portal replacement that saved us $15k a year in software subscriptions. Another prototyped a sales tool. Suddenly, we realised we could build things we never thought possible. We have more than enough ideas to get started. What we need now is someone who can take our rough drafts, productionise them, and help us build a genuinely smarter business. It's not about saving money on software. That's probably the least interesting part. It's about unlocking new capabilities, removing manual work, and giving our managers leverage they don't have today. We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist. You'll be the primary point of contact for our wholesale customers, ensuring every order is processed accurately and every customer receives a seamless experience from order placement through delivery. This role has evolved from a more analytical position into something more customer-facing, where relationship management, communication, and problem-solving are the biggest priorities. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, requests and order changes Review and process daily customer orders across multiple channels (phone, email, fax, EDI and order portal) Manage and maintain the Downeast Order Portal Release orders in the ERP system and adjust orders during processing to avoid errors Create customer order recommendations based on inventory needs Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities for additional orders Track customer success metrics and KPIs Work closely with Logistics to ensure accurate and timely deliveries Update daily revenue reports and troubleshoot basic Google Sheets functions and errors Monitor finished goods inventory and proactively flag potential shortages to Supply Chain Reply to customer emails in the info@downeastcider.com email inbox Working hours are flexible. 9-5 works, but so does 6AM-2PM, 7AM-3PM, or 8AM-4PM. We need at least 3-4 hours of overlap with US Eastern time (Boston). Requirements To be successful in this role, you need: 3+ years customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to collaborate across multiple departments Strong Microsoft Office skills Willingness to learn new systems and processes Detail-oriented and highly organised Positive, empathetic attitude towards customers Brownie points for: Experience working in a fast-paced environment The successful candidate genuinely enjoys helping customers and communicates confidently. They stay calm when priorities change and can juggle multiple requests without losing focus. Detail orientation matters here. You'll catch issues before they become problems, think long-term, and communicate clearly with the team about upcoming changes. You should be comfortable collaborating with Operations, Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain to deliver a seamless customer experience every single time. Benefits What’s in it for you? $2,250-$2,500 per month* Full-time Fully remote Flexible working hours (6AM-4PM window, US Eastern time) *Salary depends on experience and location *Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. Syroscape - Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Remote ✓EN
J

Senior Performance Marketing Manager — apply now! $3,500-$4,500/month | Full-time | Fully Remote | US ET hours I’m Dan, the founder of Syroscape . I work with established B2B SaaS companies that already have product–market fit and are ready to scale in a calm, systematic way. My focus is on helping founders grow without burning out, by building better systems around marketing, delivery, and operations. Right now, Syroscape is small, hands-on, and very client-focused. I work closely with founders, stay involved in execution, and care a lot about long-term relationships and retention. This is a great place to work if you like ownership, clear impact, and growing alongside the business as it scales. Why this role exists I need someone who can own a set of client accounts end-to-end — strategy, execution, and communication — without splitting those responsibilities across multiple people. Too often, "media buyer" has come to mean someone who only wants to execute and never talk to clients, while "account manager" has come to mean someone who relays updates without understanding the work well enough to explain it. Neither works for us. This role is both. You'll run your own accounts: build the strategy, execute the campaigns yourself, and be the person on the call explaining results, answering questions, and building the client relationship. You won't be handing off communication to someone else, and you won't be handing off execution to someone else either. In this role, you will: Own paid media strategy and execution for a focused set of client accounts (not a large book — quality over volume) Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads primarily, with Meta and LinkedIn Ads where relevant Lead client communication yourself — regular calls, Slack updates, and reporting, with a real understanding of what's happening in the account so you can explain it clearly Develop and adapt strategy based on performance data, market changes, and client goals — this isn't an execution-only role Guide ad copy, messaging, and landing page direction for your accounts, working closely with our Creative Strategist Translate performance data into clear, honest updates clients can act on — including when results aren't where we want them, as long as we're showing a plan Act as backup coverage on our largest accounts when needed, working alongside our senior US-based lead so nothing falls through the cracks if someone's out Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and similar) as a core part of how you work — for campaign builds, research, reporting, and more — to work efficiently without needing a large support team Bring your own point of view on strategy — we want someone who proactively flags problems and proposes solutions, not someone who waits to be told what to do This is a full-time role. Core overlap with US Eastern Time required (approximately 7am–3pm ET), with flexibility for client meetings as needed. Requirements To excel in this role, you need: 5+ years of hands-on paid media, including 2+ years in a multi-client agency environment — you've run 5+ accounts simultaneously and know the context-switching cost Solid B2B experience — B2B SaaS specifically is ideal, but strong B2B ads experience (longer sales cycles, lead gen, booked meetings) is what matters most Strong expertise in Google Ads, with Bing Ads experience a real plus Working knowledge of Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads Comfort and confidence leading client calls and explaining performance and strategy in your own words — this is not optional Direct, primary ownership of client communication in a past role — you were the main point of contact, not a support role behind an account manager — and you manage your own task list and priorities without a project manager checking in on you Ability to own both strategy and execution for your accounts, not just one or the other Experience managing multiple accounts at once, with a range of budget sizes Hands-on conversion tracking and attribution implementation — GTM, offline conversion imports, and reconciling platform data against attribution tools (we use Hyros) Practical, daily use of AI tools to improve your own workflow and output Excellent written and spoken English Proven ability to take ownership and work independently without close oversight Brownie points for: Experience managing larger, more complex accounts (six figures/month) in addition to smaller ones Experience building AI-powered workflows or automations Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other B2B-specific channels The ideal candidate is proactive, highly accountable, and genuinely cares about results. You don't wait to be told what to do - you identify problems, bring solutions, and follow through. You're equally comfortable discussing strategy with a client and diving into campaign details yourself. You simplify complexity, communicate clearly, and take …
