ROLE OVERVIEW : Are you passionate about creating intuitive digital experiences that empower millions of entrepreneurs? As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Jimdo's products by designing seamless, accessible, and impactful customer experiences across web and mobile platforms. Reporting to the Head of Experience Design, you'll lead end-to-end product design—from discovery and research through delivery—working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Data teams, and AI specialists. You'll combine systems thinking, strategic product design, customer insights, and emerging AI design practices to solve meaningful customer problems while helping raise the overall design maturity across the organization through collaboration and mentorship. YOUR IMPACT: • Lead end-to-end product design across discovery, ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery. • Conduct generative and evaluative user research, usability testing, customer interviews, and Jobs-to-be-Done discovery to uncover customer needs. • Design elegant, accessible, and responsive experiences across desktop and mobile using modern design systems and WCAG best practices. • Create high-quality interaction designs, prototypes, information architecture, and visual experiences that drive customer value. • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Data, and AI teams to influence product strategy and deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Design and prototype AI-powered experiences, conversational interfaces, and AI-assisted workflows while promoting responsible AI design. • Contribute to design systems and design operations, and continuously improve design quality, processes, and team practices. WHAT YOU BRING: • 5–8 years of experience designing digital SaaS products, with ownership across the full product lifecycle. • Strong expertise in UX, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, information architecture, usability testing, and systems thinking. • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and translating insights into impactful product solutions. • Deep proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools, alongside experience working with design systems. • Proven success collaborating within cross-functional Agile product teams alongside Product Managers and Engineers. • Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills that help elevate teams and influence product direction. • Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences is highly desirable. ROLE OVERVIEW : The Get Discovered team`s vision is to empower small businesses not only to get online - but to get found. That means helping them optimize for search, own their digital presence, advertise effectively, and track what’s working. As an Expert Backend Engineer, you’ll serve as a technical leader with deep backend expertise, driving architecture, system design, reliability, and engineering excellence. You’ll work on scalable backend systems, integrations with external partners, data flows, APIs, and operationally reliable services. At the same time, this is not a backend-only role. We expect you to contribute meaningfully across the product surface, including frontend work where needed. You should be comfortable collaborating with frontend engineers, understanding React and TypeScript codebases, and helping deliver end-to-end customer value rather than stopping at service boundaries. Working closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams, you’ll influence strategic decisions, lead complex technical initiatives, and help shape the future of AI-first software development at Jimdo. YOUR IMPACT: • Design and evolve scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems across frontend, backend, and data layers. • Lead architectural decisions, define engineering standards, and drive Architecture Decision Records (ADRs). • Own and deliver complex technical initiatives end-to-end, translating business goals into actionable technical roadmaps. • Contribute meaningfully across the product, leveraging your holistic understanding of the system to help the team deliver complete customer outcomes—including frontend implementation when needed. • Mentor engineers and elevate technical excellence through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best-practice development. • Champion AI-assisted engineering workflows and help teams leverage AI-first development practices. • Drive improvements in testing, CI/CD, observability, system reliability, and operational excellence. • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering leadership to influence strategy and deliver customer value. • Manage operational and technical dependencies with external vendors and partners, including platforms such as Google Workspace, domain providers, email services, and RankingCoach. WHAT YOU BRING: • 8+ years of engineering experience in product-led environments, including experience operating at a technical lead, staff, or principal level. • Deep backend expertise with technologies such as Kotlin, Java, or Node.js. • Strong experience designing APIs, distributed systems, service architectures, integrations, and reliable production systems. • Solid frontend capability, especially with React and TypeScript — you do not need to be frontend-specialized, but you can contribute meaningfully to frontend implementation and technical discussions. • Proven track record leading large-scale architectural, platform, integration, or modernization initiatives. • Deep understanding of software architecture, testing strategies, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence. • Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing technical direction across multiple teams. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide engineers. • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar technologies. • Experience establishing engineering standards and best practices across an organization. • Passion for building products that help …

ROLE OVERVIEW : As a Senior AI Fullstack Engineer, you'll join our AI Team to build Jimdo Companion—our intelligent AI assistant designed to become the trusted business partner for millions of entrepreneurs. Companion orchestrates multiple AI agents to automate business tasks, provide personalised recommendations, and help customers grow their businesses through proactive, AI-powered experiences. You'll work across the full stack, designing scalable backend systems, building intuitive frontend experiences, and developing agentic AI workflows powered by large language models. This is a highly impactful senior individual contributor role where you'll help shape our AI platform, influence technical direction, and enable other product teams to build AI-powered experiences on top of the foundations you create. You'll report directly to the Engineering Manager, AI Team. YOUR IMPACT: • Design and build the core systems powering Jimdo Companion, including agent orchestration, recommendation engines, and scalable APIs. • Develop AI-powered features that automate real business tasks and improve customer outcomes. • Build high-quality backend services and engaging frontend experiences using modern full-stack technologies. • Design, evaluate, and optimise LLM-powered workflows, prompts, guardrails, and agent coordination. • Build reusable AI platform capabilities that empower other engineering teams to create AI-enabled products. • Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, and engineers to deliver customer-centric solutions. • Champion AI-augmented software development by leveraging modern AI coding assistants and sharing best practices across the engineering team. WHAT YOU BRING: • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including experience in a senior or technical leadership capacity. • Strong full-stack expertise with Node.js, TypeScript, and React. • Hands-on experience building AI-powered products using LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, or AI APIs that have reached production users. Preferably using the LangChain & LangGraph framework. • Strong understanding of distributed systems, REST APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and modern engineering practices. • Experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar to accelerate software development while maintaining engineering quality. • Strong system design skills, product thinking, and the ability to quickly understand complex technical domains. • Excellent collaboration skills and enthusiasm for working in a remote-first, cross-functional environment.
