Maintenance Support Technician

Your mission

The maintenance support technician ensures the upkeep of systems and makes sure to provide direct support to clients in handling their requests. Description of main tasks - Weekly monitoring of DNCI and DCND supervisions - Weekly analysis and reporting of supervision analyses with the maintenance services - Remote updating and maintenance of the equipment fleet - Level I (see II) hotline for the anti-drone fleet (French only) - Management of the hotline schedule with team members - Creation and tracking of tickets related to fleet analyses and hotline - Updating files - Writing documentation

Your scope of action and responsibilities are as follows:  - Ensure the compliance of processes and tools - Ensure optimal operation - Maintain and contribute to the development of systems and processes - Work must be carried out ensuring everyone's safety and respecting internal quality requirements in connection with applicable codes/standards - Actively participate in reporting risks or malfunctions and propose improvement ideas Your profile is suitable if you have: - Experience and skills in the field of information technologies, networks, and wireless technologies - Experience, knowledge, and skills in electronic and radio frequency systems - The ability to use appropriate tools and report on performance - Proficiency in technical English If you are:   - Organized / autonomous / capable of taking initiative   - Communicative, both in writing and orally   - Reactive and able to adapt quickly   - Able to work according to imposed deadlines
