Dentons Business Services EMEA is the operational backbone of Dentons, supporting the world's largest law firm in delivering exceptional service to clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As a crucial component of Dentons' global network, our EMEA business services team plays a key role in driving efficiency, innovation, and collaboration.
About the Opportunity
Dentons Business Services EMEA is currently looking for an Intern to support our Key Clients Team.
The role requires your full engagement and desire to learn new things. This is an excellent opportunity for you to see how the Finance department works in the law environment.
Resposibilities
- Assisting with the coordination of financial records for global clients
- Running various reports and gathering data from different regions
- Comply with the firm's policies, internal procedures
- Support in resolving client queries
- Support in ensuring inputs received from Partners are stored in the system
- Support in day-to-day and ad hoc tasks
- Support in the general projects and initiatives
- Working towards quality standards
- Support in generation of reports and data analyzing
- Working towards building professional relations
- Support in collaborating with Local Finance teams
- Following the work instructions
Requirements
- Student status or fresh graduate (ideally with a focus on economics/finance)
- Willingness to work 2 days from the office
- Fluent command of Polish and English languages (written and spoken)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Autonomous and proactive working style
- Team player
- Availability min. 30hours/ week
