At Veriff's Biometric Solutions team, we are trying to prove, in real time, that the person on the other side of the screen is real and who they claim to be. Our ML-powered platform uses advanced image recognition, facial verification, face recognition, facial anti-spoofing (liveness detection), and behavior analysis to make identity decisions. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale our real-time verification services, with security, scalability, and maintainability at the core. You'll help us protect honest people online by: • Owning the design and evolution of the architecture for a strategically critical product area, making the calls that shape scalability, security, and maintainability for years • Leading transformational architecture work: real-time matching at scale, resilient event-driven services, and the CI/CD and observability foundations that make them dependable • Setting and raising engineering standards, and mentoring and growing the engineers around you • Partnering closely with other engineers, ML data scientists, and specialists to turn complex identity problems into working products, and driving cross-functional alignment with product and dependency teams • Building scalable, maintainable APIs and event-driven services that other teams and external customers depend on You are the right future Veriffian if you have • Over 5 years of experience building and operating large-scale applications (ideally in Python) • Deep expertise in distributed systems, modular design, and SOLID principles, with a track record of architectural ownership • Experience building scalable, maintainable APIs and working with message-queuing concepts • Fluency with CI/CD, monitoring, and what it takes to run reliable, high-throughput services in production • Comfort with a range of testing strategies for robust, reliable software • A working understanding of relational databases and structured logging systems • Strong communication and influencing skills, able to align engineers and non-engineers around a technical vision • A self-starter mindset that balances both tech and product decisions to come up with a balanced outcome for both customers and engineers. • A history of mentoring engineers and explaining your solutions to non-engineers Nice to have: • Some experience working with mobile SDKs (iOS, Android) or Web in React • Previous experience working on a B2B/SaaS product You can explore our tech stack on StackShare . The opportunity We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue and Veriff's expansion across EMEA, with a primary focus on enterprise accounts. You'll own the full sales cycle for key enterprise clients, from first contact through complex negotiation to close. You'll also build the long-term relationships and account strategies that turn new customers into lasting, growing partnerships. What you'll achieve in your first 3 months • Build a strong understanding of Veriff's products, value proposition and the enterprise buyers we serve across EMEA. • Set up your account portfolio, with clear account plans for your priority enterprise targets. • Build a qualified pipeline of enterprise opportunities through your own outreach and in partnership with Marketing. What you'll achieve by 6 months • Close your first enterprise deals, negotiating complex commercial and contractual terms with Legal and other internal partners. • Maintain a healthy, accurately forecast pipeline that is on track against your targets. • Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts. • Contribute to at least one team project that improves how the EMEA team sells. What you'll bring — essential • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of winning new and expansion revenue in key enterprise accounts. • Experience running complex enterprise sales cycles end to end, from prospecting through negotiation to close. • The ability to build long-term account strategies aligned with customers' business objectives and to grow relationships with senior decision-makers. • Strong organisation and follow-through: you can manage a high volume of opportunities and projects at once, and you thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. • Excellent communication and listening skills: you can draw out customer concerns, shape the right solution and work effectively with Legal, Marketing and Product. Nice to have • Experience selling into key enterprise accounts in the identity verification space. • Proven success selling into fintech or financial services. • Experience with Salesforce and related sales tools. Compensation: The base salary for this role is $130,000 - $180,00 per year + commission. Veriff is looking for a commercially minded Solutions Engineer to join our EMEA team and partner closely with Sales to drive new business and accelerate revenue growth. To take our platform to the next level, we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Verification Platform team. This team owns the workflow orchestration engine and the automated verification decisioning pipeline that powers Veriff's core product — and that other product teams across Identity, Fraud, and End User Platform build on top of. Your work will directly determine the reliability, scalability, and capabilities of the flows that thousands of people go through every day.
