Director, EMEA Sales Operations

Remote ✓
T

About the Role We're looking for a Director of EMEA Sales Operations to be the dedicated GTM Operations partner for our EMEA region. This role sits at the centre of EMEA's go-to-market motion, spanning New Logo, Growth, and Commercial/hybrid motions across a fast-growing, multi-country region. You will partner directly with the VP of EMEA and the region's Account Executives, Business Development Reps, and Solutions Architects to deliver the insights, enablement, and processes that power territory design, quota allocation, pipeline and forecasting hygiene, and the region's operating cadence. Because EMEA spans many countries and time zones relative to global GTM Operations and Systems teams based in the US, this role requires someone who can operate with real autonomy, exercise judgment on what to escalate versus solve locally, and represent EMEA's specific needs (FSI and financial services-heavy Strategic accounts across UK/Ireland and DACH, multiple hybrid Commercial motions, territory splits across UK/Ireland, DACH, Nordics, and Southern Europe) back into Temporal's global GTM Operations function. We're building a GTM Operations function that is AI-native from the ground up. We expect this leader to bring demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, surface insights, and scale operational work—not as a future aspiration, but as a core part of how they work today. Responsibilities • Serve as the dedicated Sales Operations partner for EMEA, supporting New Logo, Growth, and Commercial/hybrid motions across the region, and knowing when to solve locally versus escalate to global GTM Operations or Systems. • Partner with the VP of EMEA and regional sales leadership to deliver actionable insights on net-new pipeline generation, account penetration, and territory design. • Own pipeline visibility and forecasting hygiene across all EMEA motions, including large complex enterprise deals, consumption workload ramps, and Commercial/self-serve pipeline. • Conduct white-space and TAM analysis to identify high-propensity targets across EMEA's markets, with particular attention to the region's concentration of financial services, banking, and fintech accounts. • Identify process gaps across the region's hunting, growth, and hybrid motions, and partner with GTM Systems to scope and implement automation—including AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual effort and increase regional coverage. • Analyse regional sales performance (win/loss, deal velocity, conversion, quota attainment) across segments, and translate findings into clear recommendations for the VP of EMEA and regional leaders; leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and surface patterns at scale. • Build and maintain Salesforce and Omni reporting and dashboards tailored to EMEA, supporting Strategic, Growth, and Commercial views (including CQA/Tiered account, SSU, and workload metrics specific to the region). • Support the region's full operating cadence: forecasting calls, QBRs, pipeline reviews, and account planning sessions, often prepping leadership with regional metrics ahead of cross-timezone reviews. • Drive annual and in-year planning for EMEA: capacity plans, territory carving and re-carving (including account transitions as reps' territories evolve), and quota allocation across New Logo, Growth, and Commercial. • Evaluate new market entry and partner with regional GTM leadership on market expansion priorities, including coverage models and impacts to org design. Qualifications • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Field Operations supporting a B2B enterprise or strategic sales organization in technology or software. • Proven track record supporting multiple sales motions at once: net-new logo hunting, growth/expansion within existing accounts, and self-serve or hybrid AE-assisted motions. • Demonstrated AI-native working style: hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, or purpose-built GTM AI tools) to accelerate analysis, automate repeatable ops tasks, generate insights from large datasets, and improve the speed and quality of decision-making. We are not looking for theoretical familiarity—we want to see how AI is embedded in how you work today. • Deep experience across EMEA markets and fluency in the cultural and commercial similarities and differences across these markets. • Hands-on experience with building equitable territories, account scoring, quota allocation, and capacity modelling across a multi-country region. • Strong Salesforce expertise, including building scalable reports and dashboards across multiple sales motions and segments. • Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights for regional sales leadership; comfortable pairing SQL, BI tools, and AI assistants to move faster and go deeper. • Strong cross-functional partner who can work effectively with regional sales and SA …

Z

Why Zyte? At Zyte, we don’t just collect web data—we solve complex web data challenges at scale. We are a globally distributed team that is bold, curious, and dedicated to building innovative ways to deliver clean, reliable web data from across the internet. • Data is our passion: We unlock access to open web data, empowering organizations—from startups to global enterprises—to power competitive intelligence, analytics, and AI pipelines. • Remote-first culture: Work from anywhere in the world. With over 260 Zytans across 33 countries, our strength comes from diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. • Engineering excellence: We love diving deep into complex code bases, evaluating emerging technologies, and pushing technical boundaries. If you thrive on creative problem-solving and reliably delivering production-grade solutions, you will fit right in. • Established system design framework: We systematically analyze functional and product requirements alongside architectural trade-offs to make informed, sustainable design decisions. • Real-world distributed systems challenges: Tackle rare engineering problems in custom networking, high-throughput streaming, and large-scale orchestration under real-world operational constraints. • Strong product ownership: Work on a profitable, market-leading platform with dedicated time and resources allocated for architectural research and strategic feature engineering. Why This Role? Zyte API powers a suite of Java and Python microservices running across multiple cloud providers and data centers. Every engineering team—spanning Core API, Browser, Edge, Antiban, AI, and Agentic products—relies on foundational infrastructure managed by our team: Kubernetes clusters, high-throughput Kafka pipelines, billing engines processing per-request metrics, and robust inter-service contracts. We are evolving Zyte API into an automated software factory: a platform where developers and AI agents seamlessly create, validate, deploy, and maintain data extractors and workflows through governed interfaces. Two foundational layers drive this evolution. The control plane (service/schema registries, health-aware routing, automated canary releases) is actively under deployment. The context plane, which synthesizes observational signals to guide automated repair and optimizations, represents our next major design effort. As a Staff Engineer, you will own both architectures, setting the engineering standard for how services at Zyte are designed, built, and operated. You will be the technical lead in the Core & MLOps squad, collaborating closely with the Team Lead, Senior Engineers, DevOps, and QA, while directly influencing the release velocity and architecture of five neighboring squads. Requirements What You’ll Do • Architect the control and context planes. Advance the control plane (service registry, schema registry, SLO enforcement, CLI tooling) into a robust production substrate. Design and build the context plane to aggregate operational signals—such as domain extraction histories, IP reputation scores, and BigQuery cost/performance telemetry—creating automated feedback loops between intent, execution, and self-healing maintenance. • Own the service chassis and golden path. Maintain and refine multi-language client libraries (Java and Python), standardized workload specifications, Helm charts, and deployment pipelines, driving seamless adoption across all product teams. • Define inter-service contracts. Establish gRPC and Protocol Buffer definitions, API gateway transcoding, versioning policies, and schema evolution rules to enable autonomous, safe deployments across teams. • Operate the platform substrate. Partner with infrastructure engineers to run Kubernetes (across OCI, Hetzner, Servers.com, and GCP), Terraform, HAProxy/Nginx ingresses, Confluent Kafka, real-time event-billing pipelines, Valkey, and ongoing database modernizations (MySQL to PostgreSQL). • Drive architectural strategy via RFDs. Lead Requests for Discussion (RFDs) on critical platform initiatives, including durable workflow orchestration (Temporal/DBOS), per-request gateway orchestration, multi-cluster routing, and automated failover. • Institutionalize reliability engineering. Establish clear SLOs and error budgets for core capabilities, implementing health-aware traffic isolation and automated weighted canary deployments to eliminate manual release bottlenecks. • Share production ownership. Participate in the shared infrastructure on-call rotation, lead incident post-mortems, and translate operational lessons into platform improvements. • Elevate engineering standards. Mentor engineers across squads on distributed systems design, review system proposals, and establish intuitive best practices that make building reliable software effortless. Who You Are • 10+ years of experience building scalable distributed backend systems, with a proven track record of authoring internal platforms or core …

Lead Applied Scientist - AI Search & Brand Intelligence

Remote ✓
S

SE Ranking, an all-in-one SEO and digital marketing platform, is looking for a Lead Applied Scientist to reverse-engineer how AI search and generative platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, AI Overviews) recommend and describe brands - and to build the measurement layer that proves what AI visibility is actually worth to a business. This is a founding-level role for a new discipline: AI Search Optimization and Brand Intelligence for Generative AI. This is not classic SEO, and it is not classic data science. You will be the technical owner of the research agenda - from hypothesis to experiment to insight to shipped product capability - and you will work alongside a small team (one ML Engineer today, a second one you will help hire), while staying deeply hands-on yourself. Why this role is different • You get proprietary data most researchers can only dream about: SE Ranking's SERP, backlink, content, audit, GA and GSC datasets, plus Planable's social media data - combined with systematically sampled AI-generated responses • Your output is not only product features. It's the GEO best practice the industry will end up using - with the opportunity to represent that work at conferences and in company research, if that's something you'd enjoy • The discipline is barely a few years old. Nobody is "the expert" yet - the first rigorous answers will come from someone with your access to data How the role splits This is primarily a hands-on technical role with some team leadership on top - you'll stay deeply hands-on in research and modelling, while also directing a small team's day-to-day work: setting technical direction, running 1:1s, unblocking people, and contributing to hiring decisions: • ~45% hands-on research and modelling - you design and run experiments yourself • ~45% technical and project leadership - hypothesis prioritisation, decomposition, methodology review • ~10% people management - directing a small team's day-to-day (1-2 people): setting technical direction, running 1:1s, unblocking people What you'll do - first 90 days • Partner with our SEO/GEO specialists and selected engineers to set up a repeatable experiment pipeline: hypothesis data scope design run insight decision • Run the first 3-4 experiments and, with Product, define candidate features that would give our customers a real AI-visibility practice • Design sampling methods to systematically collect and analyse AI responses across topics, intents and regions - with explicit handling of variance, bias and representativeness • Establish an evaluation framework for LLM outputs, prompts and model behaviour, so results are comparable over time What you'll do - ongoing • Apply LLMs via batch API (including open-weight models) as feature extractors and judges: entity/sentiment/positioning extraction, prompt evaluation on holdout sets, cost-aware batch inference, agentic/tool-using pipelines • Own the team's model evaluation & validation standards: leakage detection, temporal/out-of-time validation, and metric definitions tied to business outcomes • Develop predictive and ranking models - gradient boosting (LightGBM/CatBoost), learning-to-rank (NDCG, precision@K) - for brand visibility, probability of mention in AI answers, and traffic/impressions in AI search and SEO • Build classification, clustering and representation-learning models (embeddings, approximate nearest neighbours) that map how AI systems perceive and position brands • Work directly in ClickHouse (or a similar columnar OLAP) on SERP, backlink, content, audit, GA and GSC data at hundreds-of-millions-of-rows scale, on infrastructure shared with the product • Source hypotheses from across the company and the market, generate your own from patterns in data, and maintain a prioritised backlog with a clear execution cycle • Mentor the ML Engineer(s) you work with: set technical direction, review methodology, delegate meaningfully, and participate in hiring • Turn findings into product features, published research, conference talks and our own GEO best practice - working with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Leadership What you'll bring • 5-6+ years in Data Science or Applied Science, with a track record of taking ambiguous research problems from hypothesis to a shipped decision • Deep, hands-on expertise in ranking & information retrieval (learning to rank, NDCG/precision@K, LambdaRank/LambdaMART) - the core lens for how brands get surfaced by generative AI systems • Strong, current GenAI/LLM expertise: using LLMs as an analysis tool - prompting and evaluating both commercial APIs and open-weight models (e.g. Llama, Mistral, Qwen - models we can run on our own infrastructure), LLM-as-judge or agent-evaluation experience, and an understanding of how sampling, context and model behaviour affect what a model "says" about a brand • Rigorous model evaluation and validation: leakage detection, temporal/out-of-time validation, and choosing metrics …

We thrive in challenges. We challenge assumptions. We execute with speed and ownership. If you view obstacles as signals to step forward - not backwards - you’ll feel right at home here. Our Moonshot is bold: Unlock $100B in customer value by 2035, and redefine how global industry works. Join us in this venture where AI and data meet ingenuity, and together, we will forge the path to a smarter, more connected industrial future. How you’ll demonstrate Ownership As Tech Lead for the Supply Chain CoE, you own the technical spine of Cognite's Integrated Supply Chain offering — knowledge graph, generative AI agents, and command-center UX. You'll act as the subject-matter expert across source-make-deliver, modeling customers' supply chains and showing how AI/UI tools turn an integrated graph into deviation triage and resolution. You're equally comfortable in a C-level value conversation and a technical session on data models or agent skills. The bar goes beyond prompting AI: you'll engineer domain expertise into testable, deterministic playbooks — treating CoE knowledge as a rigorous system with guardrails, ground-truth testing, and staged rollouts. The Impact you bring to Cognite • Solution & CoE Strategy: Align the CoE on high-impact use cases (e.g., delayed inbound spare maintenance delay order risk) and deploy them as demos or customer solutions. • Knowledge-Graph Data Modeling: Lead customer modeling sessions; show how domain data models and complex hierarchies absorb requirements securely and at scale. • Data & AI Architecture: Guide customers on adopting our graph/AI/UI stack, including integration patterns (Snowflake, Databricks, ERPs) and why agents must be grounded in deterministic graph paths. • AI Skill-System Authorship: Turn domain expertise into structured AI skills with fixed parameters, guardrails, and testable anchors, keeping data models and agent logic aligned. • Agentic Tooling & QA: Serve as escalation point for complex graph queries and agent/UI design; own testing and evaluation frameworks, classifying failures rigorously before changing agent logic. • Enterprise Architecture & Value Selling: Support end-to-end architecture reviews and quantify commercial impact (orders at risk, delay penalties, landed costs) for executive business cases. • Partner Enablement & Documentation: Equip partners with reusable demos and accelerators; maintain clear, consistent terminology across models, docs, and AI logic. Required Qualifications • Deep knowledge of industrial supply chain planning/execution and its links to production, quality, and maintenance; fluency with ISA-95/88 and SCOR frameworks. • 3+ years in industrial supply chain (planning, logistics, inventory) and 5+ years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or delivery for enterprise software. • Experience designing industrial information/knowledge-graph data models (temporal relations, typed hierarchies) and integrating structured/unstructured enterprise data. • Hands-on proficiency in Python and frontend (TypeScript/React), with strong engineering discipline (ADRs, automated testing, CI/CD). • Systemic AI/testing mindset: optimized tool routing, rigorous multi-stage evaluation, root-cause debugging, and graceful handling of edge cases — not just prompting. • Excellent client-facing skills, able to translate complex data/AI concepts for audiences from engineers to C-level executives. • Familiarity with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark/SQL), source systems (ERP/MES/WMS/TMS), and agentic AI/LLM workflow design. • Prior experience in high-growth (startup/scale-up) environments; Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Learn more about us • Impact 2025 • Cognite's Industrial AI: Moonshot • We’re globally recognized domain experts with an international presence that spans Phoenix, Houston, Oslo Tokyo, Bengaluru, and Abu Dhabi. Equal Opportunity Cognite is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment at work and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive the same level of consideration for employment.

We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. People make a difference in the big game, we may help to find the right ones. Currently, we are looking for Senior Backend Engineer for Elva. Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time ABOUT THE PRODUCT: We’re building an AI-driven video production platform that transforms ideas, references, and media fragments into structured video content. The product uses a multi-agent AI system to handle different stages of the creative process — from content analysis and scripting to editing and video production. It is designed for both professional creators and everyday users, allowing them to go from an initial concept to a finished video with significantly less manual work. ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for an engineer who will help build and scale the core AI infrastructure behind the product. You’ll work on LLM-powered workflows, multi-agent systems, integrations, and backend services that turn user inputs into reliable production pipelines. The role combines hands-on engineering with architectural ownership: designing how agents interact, improving system reliability and performance, and experimenting with new AI capabilities. You’ll work closely with the product team and have significant influence over both the technical architecture and the quality of the final user experience. Our stack: • Python 3.12, FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy 2.0 (async, asyncpg), Alembic • PostgreSQL (Cloud SQL) • Google Cloud: GKE (Kubernetes + Helm), Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Secret Manager • Ory Oathkeeper (API gateway), Centrifugo (real-time), n8n (worker orchestration), KEDA (autoscaling) • Docker, GitHub Actions, Artifact Registry • pytest (asyncio) + Testcontainers • structlog, Google Cloud Monitoring / Logging What we expect: • 5+ years of professional Python development, a solid share of it on an async stack (FastAPI / aiohttp / Starlette); deep understanding of asyncio. • Strong PostgreSQL: schema design, transactions and locking, indexes, slow query analysis. • Experience designing REST APIs and webhook integrations: idempotency, retries, consistent error handling. • Hands-on performance work: profiling, metrics, load testing, and fixing the bottlenecks you find. • Docker as a daily tool; Kubernetes at the "I deploy and debug my own service" level (each service ships its own Helm chart). • A habit of writing tests (unit + integration) and taking features to production end-to-end: from design to monitoring. Nice to have: • GCP experience (or AWS/Azure with willingness to switch to GCP), Terraform. • Mobile app billing: RevenueCat, Paddle, App Store / Google Play subscriptions. • Auth systems: JWT, refresh token rotation, API gateways. • Real-time messaging (WebSocket), workflow orchestration (n8n, Airflow, Temporal, Celery). • BigQuery and analytics pipelines. • Backend experience in mobile products. What’s next? If this role sounds like a fit — we’d love to hear from you! Just send over your CV and anything else you’d like us to consider. We’ll review everything within five working days, and if your background matches what we’re looking for, we’ll get in touch to set up a call and get to know each other better.

WHO WE ARE AeroVect is transforming ground handling with autonomy, redefining how airlines and ground service providers around the globe run day-to-day operations. We are a Series A company backed by top-tier venture capital investors in aviation and autonomous driving. Our customers include some of the world’s largest airlines and ground handling providers. For more information, visit www.aerovect.com http://www.aerovect.com. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Localization team and take ownership of our calibration systems — from robustifying and stabilizing the existing offline calibration stack, through adapting it for new sensors and environments, to building online calibration validation for continuous autonomous operations at major airports. Beyond calibration, you will contribute to the broader localization, mapping, and sensor integration efforts as the team scales. You will work under the supervision of a Staff Localization Engineer and collaborate closely with the Perception, Planning, and Infrastructure teams. You Will • Own the calibration stack end-to-end — improve reliability of existing offline calibrations, close coverage gaps across the sensor suite (LiDAR, IMU, GNSS, cameras, radar), and ensure every calibration is repeatable, traceable, and has clear pass/fail criteria • Design and build an online calibration validation system that monitors cross-sensor consistency during live missions, detects drift, and integrates with the vehicle's safety architecture • Contribute to the localization and mapping pipeline — sensor integration, performance tuning, regression testing, and deployment to new operating environments • Develop tooling for calibration health logging, diagnostics, and post-mission analysis • Deploy, test, and iterate using data from real autonomous operations at active airports You Have • 5+ years of experience in robotics or autonomous vehicles with hands-on work in sensor calibration, localization, or state estimation • Strong practical knowledge of multi-sensor calibration - intrinsic, extrinsic, and temporal - across LiDARs, IMUs, GNSS, and cameras • Proven experience with non-linear optimization frameworks (Ceres, GTSAM, g2o) or filtering approaches (EKF, UKF) • Strong C++ skills (C++17+) and working experience with Linux and ROS/ROS2 • Understanding of how calibration quality propagates through localization and perception • BS or MS in Computer Science, Robotics,Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field We Prefer • MS or PhD with a focus on calibration, localization, or state estimation • Experience building online/runtime calibration monitoring for deployed autonomous systems • Experience with factor graphs, graph-based SLAM, or open-source tools like Kalibr, LIO-SAM, GLIM, Ceres, GTSAM • Track record of deploying calibration or localization systems on real hardware in production environments • Experience defining safety-relevant thresholds and working with safety monitoring architectures • Familiarity with OpenCV, PCL, or Open3D
