About Us Socket helps devs and security teams ship faster by cutting out security busywork. Thousands of orgs use Socket to safely find, audit, and manage open source code. Our customers - from Anthropic to xAI, and Figma to Vercel - love Socket (just check out their tweets https://socket.dev/love to see for yourself!) Founded by Feross Aboukhadijeh https://www.linkedin.com/in/feross/, a long-time open source maintainer with software downloaded over a billion times a month, Socket has raised $ https://socket.dev/blog/series-b125M in funding https://socket.dev/blog/series-c from top angels, operators, and security leaders. ABOUT THE ROLE Our customers are the most demanding buyers in software: security teams and engineers who can smell fluff from a mile away. Keeping them successful takes a technical post-sales team, and those teams need strong leaders driving them. You'll lead a team of EMEA-based Technical Account Managers who own everything after the deal closes: onboarding, adoption, customer health, and the deep technical partnership that keeps engineers happy. Your team owns making sure there's never a product reason to walk away. You have deep experience in post-sales, a track record of coaching team members to success, and have owned retention numbers that matter. You’ve been the person others go to for guidance, and you’re looking for the right opportunity to manage a small, dynamic team. The Socket blueprints exist: segmentation, a health score model, role charters, and playbooks are drafted. Now we’re hiring a leadership layer to strengthen our operating muscle: automation, targets, cadences, team accountability and growth. You'll inherit a strong team and a customer base that genuinely loves the product. Your job is to turn the blueprint into a retention engine that runs without heroics. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead, coach, and grow a team of TAMs. Hire ahead of need as we scale. • Own adoption, customer health, and gross retention outcomes across the customer base, partnering with AEs who own the enterprise renewal • Influence and mature the post-sales operating system: our segmentation, health scoring, and lifecycle playbooks exist. Make them run, then make them better. QBRs should tell a real story with real data instead of a slide of vanity metrics. • Be the senior escalation point when an account is at risk. Run the deep dive, build the save plan, and see it through. • Set the bar for performance and career growth on your team, then hold it • Make the team faster per head every quarter through automation, playbooks, and one-to-many programs • Feed technical field intelligence back to Product and Engineering so customer patterns actually reach the roadmap • Report retention, adoption, and team health to leadership with numbers you'd bet on WHAT YOU'LL BRING Required: • 4+ years directly managing post-sales teams (TAM, Solution Engineering, or related). You've hired, developed, and performance-managed ICs. • 6+ years total in pre or post-sales roles (TAM, Solutions, or Services) in B2B SaaS • You've owned GRR, NRR, or adoption targets and can walk us through the number, the misses, and what you changed • Background in security, developer tools, or an adjacent technical product. You know how the SDLC works and how devs and security teams actually operate. • You've been the escalation owner on at-risk enterprise accounts and have the save stories to prove it • You've built, operationalized, or improved on core post-sales systems: segmentation, playbooks, health scoring, QBR frameworks. • Ready to step in as an individual contributor to support team needs, cover gaps, or lead by example when the team is at capacity. • Executive presence with CISOs and VPs of Engineering, and with our own leadership • Willingness to travel for customer and company meetings as needed • Demonstrated success in supporting and scaling relationships with large-scale enterprise customers, managing complex stakeholder requirements and high-stakes technical environments. • You must be located in Europe Preferred: • Domain experience in software supply chain security, AppSec, DevSecOps, or open-source ecosystems • You scaled a post-sales function at a high-growth startup through rapid ARR and headcount growth • You've managed TAM charters and kept each motion distinct but coordinated. • Hands-on with Vitally or similar CS platforms and scaled/digital-touch programs TOOLS YOU'LL USE Slack, GitHub, Zendesk, Vitally, HubSpot, Grafana Hiring is a big decision on both sides. Read more about our Hiring Philosophy https://socket.dev/hiring-philosophyand how we approach the process at Socket. Benefits: Our benefits are crafted to support you and your family, so you can take care of what matters most and thrive in and outside of work. We offer: • Market competitive salary bands • Meaningful equity program • Comprehensive health benefits for you and your …

Engineering Manager - Control Plane Platform Engineer

Remote ✓
C

About the team The Control Plane Platform team is building the shared foundation that every product in ClickHouse Cloud is built and shipped on. We give ClickHouse engineering teams one place to own and deploy their product, remove the overhead of rebuilding common plumbing, and keep the customer experience consistent as the number of integrating teams grows. The team owns API gateways and API standards, shared platform services, deployment and infrastructure patterns, testing and CI, local developer experience and Control Plane observability. About the role We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Platform team. This is a high-impact, high-trust role at the center of our Cloud product, combining people leadership, technical direction, product thinking, and operational ownership while maintaining the reliability customers expect. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product, Infrastructure, Security, Support, and engineering teams across ClickHouse. This role goes beyond engineering leadership. Together with your team, you’ll help shape how new products and teams will integrate and deploy their applications in ClickHouse Cloud. What You’ll Do • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team - recruit to a high bar, set crisp expectations, give direct feedback and career development, and manage performance — while fostering a healthy, inclusive environment built on empathy, psychological safety, trust, and a high technical bar. • Own outcomes across the platform surface: API gateways and API standards, shared platform services (event bus, notifications, feature flags, websockets, audit records), deployment and infrastructure patterns, CI and testing, local developer experience, disaster recovery, and Control Plane observability. • Treat the integrating teams as your customers and measure success by their delivery velocity and adoption of the platform, not only by what your team ships. • Guide architecture and help senior engineers make explicit, sound tradeoffs. land cross-cutting migrations, deprecations, and contract changes across teams without stalling product delivery. • Jump into designs and code for complex areas - gateway routing and auth/RBAC enforcement, spec-driven code generation, event delivery semantics and idempotency, multi-region rollout safety. • Build the culture of operational excellence: Own SLOs, reliability, on-call quality, and cost-efficiency for k8s-hosted, multi-tenant services across cloud regions. • Systematize support, reduce toil, and build self-serve/auto-healing capabilities - golden-path templates and generators, auto-healing, and documentation that gets a new team integrated in days rather than weeks. • Shape the platform vision, turn it into a roadmap, sequence bets for business impact, and ship fast with tight feedback loops — including writing the RFCs that build cross-org consensus before big changes land What you bring • 8+ years in software engineering and 3+ years managing software engineers with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong talent. • Experience leading a platform or infrastructure team whose customers are other engineering teams — you've driven adoption and cross-org migrations through influence and good tooling rather than mandate. • Experience leading distributed global teams, fostering an inclusive and autonomous culture, and creating clarity across time zones. • Experience building scalable, highly available, and secure cloud-based infrastructure in AWS (EKS, SQS, DocumentDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, Lambdas) with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm) and progressive delivery (Argo Rollouts or similar). • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), including patterns for hosting many independently deployed applications in a shared cluster. • Familiarity with API platform work: OpenAPI-driven contracts, API gateways, and the shared concerns they centralize — authentication, RBAC, rate limiting, versioning, and deprecation. • A track record of decomposing a monolith into independently deployable services without stalling product delivery. • Technical credibility to engage deeply in architecture and incidents without owning daily implementation. • Hands-on: you still enjoy diving into code/designs for complex or critical areas, reviewing code, and guiding via feedback. • Strong execution judgment across ambiguity, parallel workstreams, risk, and long-term system health. Nice to have • Experience with large TypeScript/Node monorepos and the developer-experience problems that come with them: CI scale and flakiness, build and test times, local development environments, and code generation from specs. • Designed and implemented strategies for load balancing, auto-scaling, disaster recovery, and failover for cloud environments. • Experience building CI/CD at scale • Experience with internal developer platforms: service catalogs, golden-path templates, and …

It provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities, reducing operational complexity for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers. You'll be joining the Solutions Engineering function as a core contributor on our pre-sales team. Your focus is squarely pre-sales — partnering with sales and our Partner Solutions Lead to run discovery, design winning solutions, and build PoCs that close deals. You'll operate within the frameworks and playbooks our Solutions Architect has established, and bring the technical depth to execute them deal by deal. You'll partner directly with our Solutions Architect, sales team, and Implementation Manager. This is a high-impact execution role — you'll be running deals end-to-end and delivering the technical win alongside sales. THE OPPORTUNITY • Run technical discovery with prospective customers alongside sales and our Partner Solutions Lead — map their architecture, constraints, and compliance needs to our product suite (Embed, Ramp, Earn, xStocks, CF Benchmarks) • Surface recurring customer asks and product gaps from your deals and feed them to the Solutions Architect to inform the roadmap • Design tailored solutions spanning our existing offerings, customizations to those offerings, bespoke integrations built on top of our platform, or hands-on work directly in the customer's codebase • Scope and build proof-of-concepts that demonstrate technical feasibility and win the deal • Own a clean, structured handoff to our Implementation team — delivering PoCs, solution design docs, and knowledge transfer sessions that ensure what was promised gets built • Execute the pre-sales playbook — discovery frameworks, solution templates, PoC standards, and handoff runbooks — and contribute improvements back to the team as you learn what works WHAT YOU BRING • 4+ years in a technical pre-sales role (solutions engineering or solutions architecture) at a B2B API or infrastructure company • Proven track record executing the technical pre-sales motion — discovery, solution design, PoC delivery, and deal-winning • Fluency with REST/WebSocket APIs, auth patterns (OAuth, JWT), webhook architecture, and integration debugging • Experience designing and building complex integrations for technical buyers at fintechs, banks, or neobanks — including customizations and bespoke work • Strong knowledge transfer skills — you know how to package a solution design so an implementation team can execute it faithfully • Clear, structured communicator who can run a discovery call, a design review, and a handoff debrief back to back • Experience writing RFPs and documenting solution approaches that clearly communicate how our product and our customizations will solve a customer's problem NICE TO HAVE • Crypto domain knowledge — trading, custody, KYC, staking, fiat ramp mechanics • Experience with embedded finance or crypto-as-a-service products • Experience with Coast and building out proof of concept sales demos inside Coast • Hands-on with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor) for rapid prototyping Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance. OUR COMMITMENT Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto. At Hugging Face, we're on a journey to democratize good AI. We are building the fastest growing platform for AI builders with over 11 million users who collectively shared over 4 million models, 1 million datasets & 1.5 million Gradio apps. Our open-source libraries have more than 700,000 stars on Github. About the Role Roles at Hugging Face are very fluid and dynamic — we are looking for someone who is comfortable taking on different challenges that will evolve over time. You'll join the Applications team, whose goal is to build the tooling that helps developers create machine learning applications on top of the primitives we offer on the Hub: Gradio , Spaces , Inference Providers, Datasets, Xet, and more. Concretely, that means maintaining and growing libraries like Trackio , a local-first, agent-friendly experiment tracking platform, FastRTC , our library for real-time audio and video streaming in Python, and Gradio itself, used by more than 1 million developers each month. These tools have made machine learning accessible to a wide audience — for the first time in history, anyone with an internet connection can use cutting-edge models right from their browser. Several of these libraries are still early in their life, and new ones will start from scratch. A large part of this role is taking a project from its first users to widespread adoption: shaping the API, shipping fast, and getting it into developers' hands. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, developing, and maintaining core features across the team's libraries, ensuring scalability, reliability, and ease of use for ML developers. • Architecting complex Python projects and frameworks that serve as foundational tools for the ML community. • Growing early-stage libraries: defining the API surface, writing the demos and documentation that make them click, and driving adoption in the developer community. • Working on real-time streaming and networking capabilities, a core priority for Gradio 7 and beyond. • Collaborating with open-source contributors and engaging with the broader community through code reviews, discussions, and support. • Integrating modern frontend technologies to create seamless and intuitive user experiences for Python-based web applications. • Adapting to evolving engineering challenges and contributing to the direction of our developer tools as the landscape changes. Requirements If you love open-source, are passionate about making machine learning more accessible, have experience building Python frameworks, and want to contribute to some of the fastest-growing libraries in the ML ecosystem, then we can't wait to see your application! What you'll need • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field • 5+ years of professional Python development experience • Experience architecting complex Python projects or frameworks • A track record of taking early-stage libraries or products from first users to broad adoption • Professional experience with JavaScript or TypeScript • Professional experience with a modern frontend framework such as React or Svelte • Experience core-contributing to or maintaining open-source software projects Nice to have • Experience with real-time audio/video streaming or networking (WebRTC, WebSockets) • Contributions to libraries such as pipecat , LiveKit , FastAPI , or Starlette If you're interested in joining us, but don't tick every box above, we still encourage you to apply! We're building a diverse team whose skills, experiences, and backgrounds complement one another. We're happy to consider where you might be able to make the biggest impact. One more thing At Hugging Face we believe great AI shouldn't require a massive cluster, we build for everyone, especially the GPU-poor. And because we read every application, here's a small sign that you read this one too: start your answer to the first application question with the words “ GPU-poor and proud ”. No trick, no catch, it just tells us a real person is on the other side. Benefits More about Hugging Face We are actively working to build a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusivity . We are intentionally building a workplace where people feel respected and supported—regardless of who you are or where you come from. We believe this is foundational to building a great company and community. Hugging Face is an equal opportunity employer and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We value development. You will work with some of the smartest people in our industry. We are an organization that has a bias for impact and is always challenging ourselves to continuously grow. We provide all employees with reimbursement for relevant conferences, training, and education. We care about your well-being. We offer flexible working hours and remote options. We offer …

We build cloud CPaaS/CCaaS infrastructure - the routing, messaging and real-time layer that contact centres run on. High traffic, event-driven services, and a UI that has to stay correct while thousands of live conversations move through it. We're hiring a senior engineer for a team where AI agents are part of the normal development loop, not a pilot. You'll own features end-to-end across a Go backend and a React/TypeScript frontend, and you'll be accountable for everything you ship — including the parts an agent wrote. This is not a prompt-engineering role. It's a senior engineering role where AI-assisted delivery is the default working method. Requirements What will you do at MMDSmart? • Own features end-to-end across Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend; • Design and develop solutions for high-load and distributed production systems; • Use AI coding agents as an integral part of your everyday development workflow; • Guide AI agents, review and verify their output, and take ownership of the final result; • Build and evolve backend services, APIs, frontend functionality, and external integrations; • Investigate complex production issues and drive them to resolution; • Contribute to architecture decisions, technical discussions, and system improvements; • Help improve our codebase and development practices to make AI-assisted engineering more effective. You are a perfect match if you have: • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience and strong Senior-level engineering fundamentals; • Strong hands-on production experience with Go - 4 years of experience; • Practical experience with React and/or TypeScript; you don’t need to be a frontend expert, but you should be comfortable working with frontend code; • Hands-on experience with high-load and distributed production systems; • Experience designing, building, and debugging production services and APIs; • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, or similar - beyond simple autocomplete; • Ability to use AI to work effectively across different parts of the stack while critically reviewing and verifying its output; • Strong engineering judgement, ownership, and ability to make technical decisions independently. Our Tech Stack: • Backend: Go, microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL • Frontend: React, TypeScript, Zustand / Redux Toolkit, WebSocket / SSE • Event-driven: Kafka, NATS / JetStream, RabbitMQ, event-driven architecture • Data: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB • Infrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code • Observability & Performance: structured logging, metrics, tracing, profiling, high-load and concurrency tooling • AI Development: Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot and other agentic development tools • Domain: CPaaS / CCaaS, messaging, voice, real-time communication, external provider integrations Will be a plus: • CCaaS / CPaaS / telecom background: contact-centre routing, ACD, omnichannel messaging. • Voice stack: WebRTC, SIP, media servers, or CPaaS APIs • API gateway and microservices integration; GraphQL federation. • Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD ownership, infrastructure-as-code. • Polyglot persistence: Redis for caching and ephemeral state, PostgreSQL where a document model is the wrong fit; plus the judgement to tell the difference. MongoDB Atlas or self-managed cluster operations. • Internal tooling, evals or automation built on LLM APIs. • Open-source contributions, especially in Go. What you get: • An AI-first engineering environment where AI is part of real production development; • The opportunity to use AI to work across the full stack and expand beyond your primary expertise; • Work on high-load communication products with real business impact; • A team where Senior Engineers influence technical decisions and architecture; • Remote work. Benefits Why do talents choose and stay at MMDSmart? Embrace the opportunity to work in a company that cares about: Your Wellness: Access to mental health programs, comprehensive medical insurance, and a sports card*. Your Happiness: Enjoy the company of cool teammates, a friendly atmosphere, a strong mentorship, and a variety of bonuses & corporate gifts. Your Development: Benefit from free educational events & courses, and English classes with native speakers. Your Career: Focus on your professional development in a supportive environment. Work-Life Balance: Choose your working format - remote, office-based, or hybrid and engage in team-building activities. Think this role's got your name on it? Go ahead and apply, we'd love to see what you've got! Equal-Opportunity Employment We are an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, …
