Launch Growth Marketer, Dash (Remote)

Remote ✓
P

We believe in the power of process and its potential to unlock growth in teams everywhere. Who we are Process Street is an AI software and compliance operations platform startup from San Francisco. We help our customers build, document, automate, and track recurring workflows. Our platform automates the work, enforces the standards, and proves compliance so our global customers can run their businesses. We service over 3k customers around the world, and are VC-backed by Accel, Salesforce, and Atlassian. Our Mission To make work fun, fast, and faultless for teams everywhere. Our culture Process Street was founded on a strong belief in the work-life benefits of a healthy, collaborative remote culture. We value flexibility because many of us are parents, travelers, or just creatives who aren't inspired by the construct of a mundane 9-to-5. Spread across 9 different time zones, we communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and take real ownership of our work. We know human connections are what make teams strong, so we regularly do coffee chats, game-playing, story-telling, and more, to build strong relationships. If you're entrepreneurial and seek an environment that values impact, ownership, and flexibility we look forward to meeting you! The Opportunity Dash is a managed AI teammate for small teams, built by Process Street. It picks up the recurring work that falls between people — the follow-ups, the handoffs, the things everyone assumes someone else did — and does it in Slack or Microsoft Teams, checking with a human before anything goes out. Dash is new, and most of the people who'd love it haven't heard of it yet. Your job is to change that, and to turn the attention you create into pipeline. This is demand creation, not demand capture, and the distinction shapes everything. There's no proven channel to scale, no playbook to inherit, and no installed base to build referral or expansion programs on. Every source of growth has to be invented and proven before anyone can optimize it. The role has four connected parts: create attention, produce the content that sustains it, convert it into pipeline, and keep finding the next advantage. They're one job. The campaigns only work because there's a content engine behind them, the content only compounds because there's a conversion engine in front of it, and none of it holds for long without constant experimentation. Dash runs like a startup inside a funded one. Process Street has investors behind it. Dash has a small team, its own budget, and has to earn its next dollar — which is exactly why this role exists. Budget won't be the lever that makes a campaign succeed. Creativity, timing, partnerships, and earned attention will be. We want someone whose instinct is to manufacture reach rather than purchase it, and who treats a small budget as a design constraint rather than an obstacle. The same discipline applies to the direct marketing engine: spend should be deliberate, measured, and defensible against the pipeline it produces. You'll have real leverage behind you. Much of our content, research, and distribution runs on an automated production layer, so one person here can put far more into market than they could at a company doing this by hand. You won't be limited by how much you can produce. You'll be limited by what you decide is worth making — and whether it's good enough to ship, backed by a system that moves as fast as you think. What You'll Do • Run stunts that earn attention. Conceive and execute the kind of campaign people stop for and share. This is a distinct craft, and we're hiring for it deliberately. • Build launch moments. Time the creative, the paid push, and partner distribution to land together. One well-built moment is worth more than months of steady output. • Build creative partnerships. Source, negotiate, and close deals with creators, communities, and complementary brands, including working out what makes each one worth their while. • Invent channels, online and off. Prove new routes to an audience that doesn't know us yet, using events and activations as part of an integrated campaign, and be as quick to abandon what doesn't work as to pursue what does. • Own the content calendar and the output. We publish at high volume across search, video, social, and community. You own what gets made, when it ships, and whether it's good enough. • Direct the automated production layer. Brief the agents, review what comes back, correct what's wrong, and extend the system into new formats and channels. Make modern content — short-form video, images, ads, and written work — at a pace that only works if you use AI as a genuine force multiplier. • Own discovery in both directions. Traditional search optimization and AI-assisted discovery, where a growing share of buyers now form their shortlist. Work the conversation through community and reply marketing where our audience already is, kept human rather than automated into noise. …

Responsibilities:

• Run stunts that earn attention. Conceive and execute the kind of campaign people stop for and share.

We service over 3k customers around the world, and are VC-backed by Accel, Salesforce, and Atlassian. Our Mission To make work fun, fast, and faultless for teams everywhere. Our Culture Process Street was founded on a strong belief in the work-life benefits of a healthy, collaborative, remote culture. We value flexibility because many of us are parents, travelers, or just creatives who aren't inspired by the construct of a mundane 9-to-5. Spread across 9 different time zones, we communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and take real ownership of our work. We know human connections make strong teams, so we regularly catch up over virtual coffee chats, play games, share stories, and more to build strong relationships. If you’re entrepreneurial and seek an environment that values impact, ownership, and flexibility we look forward to meeting you! The Opportunity We're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our sales team. This is a full-cycle closing role for an early-career seller - someone with 2+ years SaaS sales experience who’s ready to own deals end-to-end, sharpen their craft, and sell a product that’s differentiating how AI is reshaping work. You'll own every inbound lead that lands in your pipeline - from first discovery through close - and you'll help build the playbook for how we convert them. Process Street is selling a new way of working, and this role is for someone who wants to help build a new way of selling it. You won't be handed a finished motion. You'll shape it. You'll carry two products: Process Street, our compliance operations platform, and Dash, our browser and Slack-native AI coworker. Dash is brand new — you'll be among the first people selling it, which means you won't inherit a pitch so much as build one. This seat is for someone who's entrepreneurial by default. You manage your own week, figure things out without waiting to be told, and are energized by ambiguity. This role is an opportunity for real ownership and a chance to compound your craft fast. This position will be based in Eastern, Central, or Pacific time. What You'll Do • Own your full sales cycle - from first discovery call to close • Run discovery calls to understand prospects' workflow pain points • Present and demo Process Street to prospective clients • Sell across our product line — the Process Street platform and Dash, our browser and Slack-native AI coworker — and confidently articulate how AI agents change the way teams operate • Leverage AI tools to optimize your own sales workflows, boosting personal productivity and shortening the feedback loop • Build and refine the inbound conversion playbook as you go - what works, what doesn't, what we should do more of • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene • Collaborate with Customer Success on handoffs and early expansion opportunities • Meet and exceed monthly activity metrics and quarterly pipeline targets About You • You have 2+ years experience selling AI tools, SaaS, or professional services with full-cycle closing exposure • You're comfortable selling something new — you can hold a confident conversation about an emerging product in a category that's still being defined • You are entrepreneurial and self-directed by nature • You are comfortable in ambiguity and would rather figure it out and ship than wait for a playbook to arrive • You are a 'Challenger' or Gap seller • You have a proven track record of sales target attainment and exceeding goals • You have a passion for start-ups and technology • You adapt well, and you're a fast learner • You are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn sales craft • You communicate clearly and confidently • You're enthusiastic about improving processes and systems Our Benefits • Unlimited PTO policy – Most take 3-4 weeks, plus their major holidays, AND a company-wide week off in December. • Social time – Regular coffee chats, games, story-telling, house tours (only if you're comfortable), and more to build connections. • Generous health insurance for US employees and their families. • Equity for all full-time roles. • A chance to shape how companies around the world run through the future of no-code automation. Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. At Process Street, we believe in growth. So, however you identify and whatever background you bring, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come to work every day. We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. Spread across 9 different time zones, we communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and take real ownership of our work. We know human connections are what make teams strong, so we regularly do coffee chats, game-playing, story-telling, and more, to build strong relationships. If you’re entrepreneurial and seek an environment that values impact, ownership, and flexibility we look forward to meeting you! The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help architect and evolve Process Street into an AI-native product and engineering organization. This is not a traditional “just ship tickets” role. We’re looking for someone who is deeply comfortable working in multi-session coding environments, leveraging tools like Claude Code, Codex, and other agentic workflows to design, build, and iterate faster than conventional development allows. You’ll operate at the intersection of: • Product engineering (React / Scala / APIs) • AI-assisted development systems • Internal tooling, agents, and developer workflows You’ll help us rethink how software is built - from how code is written, to how systems evolve, to how teams collaborate with AI. What You’ll Do • Architect and evolve backend systems (Scala / Play / Postgres / AWS) • Design and deploy scalable APIs and AI-assisted services • Own feature development from end 2 end (ideation to production) • Build frontend features using React, Chakra, Storybook, and modern state tools • Develop and maintain agent-driven development workflows • Use tools like Claude Code / Codex to accelerate implementation, debugging, and refactoring across multiple sessions in parallel • Create internal tooling, prompts, and “engineering systems” that improve velocity and code quality • Optimize performance across frontend, backend, and AI-assisted pipelines • Help define best practices for AI-native software development • Eventually lead a small team (2–3 engineers) and shape how they work with AI What You’ll Bring • 7+ years of software engineering experience • Strong experience with backend systems (Scala, or Java / Ruby / C#) • Strong experience with JavaScript and React • Experience building and scaling SaaS products • Deep familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.) • Comfort working across multi-session, agent-driven workflows • Strong intuition for when to rely on AI vs. manual implementation • Experience designing systems, not just implementing features • Excellent written communication (async-first culture) About You • You live in a timezone between UTC -6 to UTC+2 (North American Central Time through Central European Summer Time). • You think of coding as a collaboration with AI, not a solo activity • You’re a Claude Code / Codex power user - you understand configuration deeply, know how to structure contexts, and can reliably steer long-running coding sessions • You’ve experimented with or built: • Custom dev workflows using LLMs • Internal tools, prompts, and “skills” for engineering • Agent-like systems that operate across files, repos, or tasks • You’re comfortable jumping between: • Writing code • Designing systems • Prompting / guiding AI agents • Debugging AI-generated output • You care about leverage . Getting more done with smarter workflows, not just more effort. • You want agency. PMs provide a problem statement and some guidelines – no tickets, no detailed specs, no high-fidelity solutions, and no estimates. Designers and engineers are trusted to craft the best solution possible in the cycle using user research, data, experience, and grit. During the 2-week cooldowns, you have the autonomy to work on what's important to you – including code maintainability or making the team faster. If a lot of responsibility, freedom, and ambiguity sounds refreshing, this role is for you. • You love the process but loathe meetings, bureaucracy, and ceremony. We think process is a tool. Used well, it makes us a better, faster team. But when it's not doing that, we drop it. We avoid unnecessary meetings whenever possible. A typical week for our engineers and designers has fewer than 5 hours of meetings. • You want to have a big impact. …

This role focuses on internal technical enablement, navigating complex customer environments to architect the cleanest possible solutions, partnering closely with Product, and driving best-in-class standards across all of Zip’s integration workflows - with a specific focus on the SAP ecosystem. As Zip continues to scale rapidly across enterprise customers like Coinbase, Notion, Canva, Samsara, Snowflake, and Databricks, your impact will be foundational: creating reusable integration assets, defining standards of how the Zip product interacts with external systems.
