Senior Data Engineer, Platform Data

Remote ✓

Leadfeeder turns B2B websites into lead generation engines. Every day, potential buyers visit your website and leave without filling out a form. Leadfeeder reveals which companies are behind that traffic, shows what they care about, and helps teams act while interest is high. By connecting website behavior with company data, intent signals, and automated workflows, Leadfeeder helps marketing and sales teams prioritise the right accounts and turn anonymous traffic into qualified pipeline. We're a remote-first, international team building the next generation of lead generation technology for B2B marketers. Join us and help redefine how B2B companies generate leads from the signals already happening on their website. The Role We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Platform Data team and take a leading role in our production data pipelines — the systems that power Leadfeeder's product experience, from ingesting and enriching web visit signals to delivering intent data and account intelligence to customers in near real time. This is a deeply technical, engineering-led role focused on the production data layer — the pipelines, streaming infrastructure, and cloud systems that turn raw signal into product. Reliability, scale, and engineering quality are the bar. The platform you build is what customers experience every day. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to design, build, and operate the pipelines, streaming systems, and cloud infrastructure that move data through Leadfeeder at scale. You will shape how we ingest, process, enrich, and serve production data — defining the standards, tooling, and architecture that make our data platform a competitive advantage. Responsibilities: • Design, build, and operate production data pipelines that power Leadfeeder's product features — from ingestion through enrichment, processing, and serving. • Build and maintain streaming and real-time ingestion systems that move event data through the platform at scale and with low latency. • Own the cloud infrastructure underpinning the pipelines — compute, storage, networking, security, observability — designed and managed as code. • Collaborate with product and ML engineers to deliver datasets and pipelines that power product-facing features and AI/ML workflows. • Implement data quality, observability, and reliability controls across the pipelines so issues are caught early, incidents are short, and downstream teams can trust the data. • Drive engineering practices across the team: code review, testing, CI/CD for data, infrastructure-as-code, performance tuning, and cost discipline. • Partner with engineering, product, and ML teams to translate product requirements into scalable, well-documented data systems. Requirements • 10+ years of hands-on experience in data and/or software engineering, with a leading role in production data pipelines that power product or customer-facing systems (not only internal analytics). • Strong engineering background — production-grade Python, strong SQL, code review, testing, CI/CD, and operational ownership are second nature. • Deep cloud infrastructure experience — AWS (S3, Kinesis/MSK, Lambda, ECS/EKS, IAM, networking) or equivalent; comfortable with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK, or similar). • Experience with streaming or real-time data ingestion (Kafka, Kinesis, Flink, Spark Streaming, or similar) into a warehouse or lakehouse environment. • Solid experience with modern data warehouse / lakehouse technologies (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, Athena or similar). • Hands-on experience with data transformation tooling, particularly dbt. • Track record of building and operating distributed data systems at scale — with deliberate attention to performance, reliability, and cost. • Familiarity with data quality and observability tooling and practices (Great Expectations, dbt tests, Monte Carlo, or similar). • Background in enabling AI/ML workloads on top of production data. • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and non-engineering stakeholders. • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment. • Be physically located within Europe. Nice to have • Knowledge of data cataloguing tools, data contracts frameworks, or data mesh principles. • Background in B2B SaaS and familiarity with intent data, web event data, CRM, product analytics, billing, and support tooling. Benefits • The chance to work with a very knowledgeable, high-achieving and fun team. • Recharge Fridays - the third Friday of every month is a paid day off for everyone at Leadfeeder. • An international, diverse, dynamic and committed work environment. • The opportunity to work remotely, with a flexible work schedule. • Mental health support with Auntie. Leadfeeder is committed to transparent compensation practices. All candidates invited to any stage …

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate production data pipelines that power Leadfeeder's product features — from ingestion through enrichment, processing, and serving. • Build and maintain streaming and real-time ingestion syst…

Manager of Scaled Customer Success

Leadfeeder turns B2B websites into lead generation engines. Every day, potential buyers visit your website and leave without filling out a form. Leadfeeder reveals which companies are behind that traffic, shows what they care about, and helps teams act while interest is high. By connecting website behavior with company data, intent signals, and automated workflows, Leadfeeder helps marketing and sales teams prioritise the right accounts and turn anonymous traffic into qualified pipeline. We’re a remote-first, international team building the next generation of lead generation technology for B2B marketers. Join us and help redefine how B2B companies generate leads from the signals already happening on their website. Position Overview Leadfeeder is modernising Customer Success to work at scale, not just at the top of the customer base. This role covers the majority of our customers, so how it's run shapes what most people experience after they buy. The goal: a lifecycle where customers reach first value fast, build a habit, renew, and grow — supported by programs where programs do the job, and a named CSM where the relationship earns it. The team delivers that lifecycle through three connected motions: • Priority coverage — a smaller group of customers per region gets a named CSM, chosen by value concentration or risk. • Digital programs — the long tail is covered without a named owner: triggered outreach, one-to-many programs (office hours, webinars), self-serve content, and a shared expansion queue. • Onboarding — every new customer on our mid-tier package gets a live, round-robin-booked onboarding call. We're hiring a Manager to own all three and decide, with evidence, how the team's time splits across them. The operating model, segmentation, and capacity framework are already live — designed earlier this year. What's open is proving them out: testing capacity assumptions against real volume, turning usage and health signals into weekly targeting the team can act on, and finding where automation and AI genuinely help rather than add noise. If you like pressure-testing a fresh model in the real world, this is the job. If you want a fully instrumented machine to optimise, it isn't. What you will do • Run a multi-motion coverage model • Own named coverage: a small CSM team working a defined portfolio — driving stalled adoption, securing renewals, stabilising at-risk relationships. • Own the digital long tail: triggered outreach, one-to-many programs, self-serve enablement, a shared expansion queue, and clean hand-offs to Support. • Own onboarding: every eligible new customer gets a live first session; keep booking mechanics, volume, and completion rate healthy. • Decide and defend the capacity split across the three. The current split is a working assumption — proving it out is one of your first jobs. • Build the digital program engine • Design programs that reach thousands of customers without a named owner: lifecycle campaigns, office hours, webinars, in-product prompts, self-serve paths. • Decide where a human conversation earns its keep versus where a program does the job, and move the line as the evidence changes. • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales — most of this motion runs through channels CS doesn't own alone. -Turn signals into action • Read renewal load, expansion signals, and onboarding volume across the team every week, and act on them. • Turn usage and health signals into thresholds: which patterns warrant a human conversation, which trigger a program, which are noise — sharpen these as you learn. • Build reporting that gives an honest view of portfolio health, retention risk, and expected revenue movement. • Feed what this team sees back into Product, Marketing, and Sales. • Use AI where it creates leverage • Apply AI to scale reach across the long tail and get more from the signals we already collect: health scoring, risk alerting, outreach personalisation, call prep. • Ship AI where it genuinely changes the model's economics — don't run experiments that never launch. Use our internal AI ops team for support. • Stay ahead of the curve on digital CS. • Develop the team commercially • Coach a small team who shift between three postures: individually accountable, program-driven, high-volume onboarding. • Build skill in renewal, expansion, onboarding, and early risk conversations. • Set expectations around outcomes — adoption improved, renewals secured, expansion surfaced — not activity cadences. • Hire and develop as the team grows. Requirements Essential • Experience running CS at scale — named coverage, pooled/tech-touch, or a mix. Only run one? Show how you'd design and stand up the other. • A track record of managing and developing people across genuinely different ways of working on one team. • Real exposure to digital or programmatic CS within B2B SaaS: lifecycle campaigns, automated outreach, one-to-many enablement. You know what works …

Responsibilities:

• Run a multi-motion coverage model • Own named coverage: a small CSM team working a defined portfolio — driving stalled adoption, securing renewals, stabilising at-risk relationships.

Demand Generation Manager

Leadfeeder turns B2B websites into lead generation engines. Every day, potential buyers visit your website and leave without filling out a form. Leadfeeder reveals which companies are behind that traffic, shows what they care about, and helps teams act while interest is high. By connecting website behavior with company data, intent signals, and automated workflows, Leadfeeder helps marketing and sales teams prioritize the right accounts and turn anonymous traffic into qualified pipeline. We're a remote-first, international team building the next generation of lead generation technology for B2B marketers. Join us and help redefine how B2B companies generate leads from the signals already happening on their website. Position Overview The Demand Generation Manager builds and runs Leadfeeder's global demand generation programmes: the ideas, campaigns and initiatives that create demand for the product, and the distribution that carries them. The aim is compounding demand for our product-led growth (PLG) motion: work that brings the right people to the product, gets them using it, and turns that usage into the next wave of demand. Something we want to say up front, because it shapes the whole role. Anyone experienced enough to do this job well is, in effect, one of the people we are trying to reach. We want that used. This role involves building a public presence in the market under your own name, through writing, publishing and presenting ideas, and where you are comfortable, on-camera formats. We are open to discussing what that looks like for the right person. Marketing to your own persona is a real advantage, and we would rather hire someone who already thinks that way than someone who needs persuading. This is not a series of one-off launches. What we are building is a demand engine that matures: programmes that get sharper each time they run, an audience that compounds, and a body of work that keeps earning attention long after it ships. We are a PLG business, and the demand model reflects that. We think in loops more than funnels. Content and community bring people in, the product gives them something worth talking about, and that talk brings the next cohort in. Designing for that compounding effect, and for the virality that makes it work, is core to this role rather than a bonus. The role sits in the Demand Team and reports to the Director of Demand. It is global, with no regional mandate. Four things make up the job. Demand generation is the outcome: programmes built to create and capture demand among the people who look most like our best customers. Content is the primary engine: the reports, frameworks, arguments and points of view that give the work something worth paying attention to, written largely by this person. Distribution is how it reaches anyone at all: every piece designed with a route to its audience, and the channels worked to carry it. Community is how far it travels: building audience and presence where our buyers already are, rather than relying entirely on channels we rent. The person who has the idea is the person who makes it happen. Concept, positioning, the writing, the distribution plan, and the numbers afterwards. That does not mean doing everything alone, and you will pull in the people who own the pieces that are genuinely theirs. It does mean rolling your sleeves up rather than briefing someone else to do the work. And nothing is finished when it ships. The point is to learn from it and make the next one better. This is not a channel role. Paid media and SEO sit with their existing owners, and building audiences and campaigns inside ad platforms is their job rather than this one. What this role brings them is the idea, the creative and a clear brief. The model is built to stand up on owned and organic channels, with paid amplification as upside rather than assumption. Why This Role • You get to build a public profile as part of the job. Publishing under your own name, in your own style, in the formats that suit you. Not something you fit around the work, and not something we will quietly discourage once you are in. • A running start, and an open brief. We have tested a lot over the years, so you inherit a real read on what works here and what doesn't. From there, nothing is off the table. • A PLG model to build loops into. People can try Leadfeeder without talking to sales, so the work you make can travel into the product and back out again. Designing that compounding effect is the interesting part of this job. • An existing audience to build on: real traffic, an established brand in the space, and a creator programme running at full ambition that you can plug your work into. • A strategic seat, not a delivery seat. A right hand to the Director of Demand, with real input into how we generate demand rather than a plan handed to you. • Your ideas get made. You decide what to run, how it lands, and what happens next. Nobody else will execute your idea for …
