Was du tun wirst In dieser Rolle unterstützt unsere Finanzbuchhaltung im Tagesgeschäft und bei administrativen Prozessen. Du bearbeitest Posteingänge, digitalisiert und verwaltest Dokumente, prüfst Eingangsrechnungen und unterstützt in den Bereichen Kreditoren. Zudem stimmst du dich mit internen Fachabteilungen ab und trägst aktiv zur Optimierung von Abläufen bei. Deine Hauptaufgaben • Digitalisierung, Zuordnung sowie strukturierte Ablage von Dokumenten • Unterstützung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Finance-Umfeld • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung effizienter Abläufe im Office- und Dokumentenmanagement • Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft der Kreditorenbuchhaltung • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen • Aufbereitung von Daten und Informationen für die Buchhaltung • Eigenständige Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen zur Klärung von Differenzen • Unterstützung in der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere in den Bereichen Kreditoren und Sachkonten Was du mitbringen solltest, um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein • Student:in eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengangs, wie zum Beispiel BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office Anwendungen • Erste Erfahrung mit Spendesk und/oder DATEV Unternehmen Online sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss • Zahlenaffinität und eine strukturierte, sorgfältige sowie zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Interesse daran, in einem motivierten Team zu arbeiten kombiniert mit wertschätzender, offener Kommunikation Das Gehalt für diese Rolle 15 Euro/Stunde brutto, mit Option auf Erhöhung nach sechs Monaten. This role is the best opportunity to learn directly from experienced founders and the leadership team in an extremely short period of time about how to build a business from scratch, how to solve any problem and how to achieve any possible goal. We are looking for a full-time intern based in Munich Your Responsibilities • Support the fast scaling of Avi Medical and get deep insights into Expansion • Strategic and operational support for the Director Expansion • Own and execute individual projects such as analysis of the various types of data and target market, hands-on roll-out of new practices and many more • Setting up, question and further develop existing processes • Contribute to Avi Medical’s open and empowering culture!
